There were still some furnishings to complete (there were unforeseen delays). They kept the same menu offerings but it will be expanded within a month. We ordered the following: 1. Citra Terre D'Abruzzo Pinot Grigio - Italy (glass $14.95). 2. Coke. 3. Crab Cakes ($19.95). 4. New Orleans Shrimp Cocktail ($19.95). 5. Jambalaya Aranchini (weekly special). 6. Blackened Lamb Chops (weekly special). 7. New Orleans Fisherman's Plate ($39.95). 8. Pecan Pie warmed with Ice Cream ($14.95). 9. Bananas Foster ($14.95). 10. Beignet ($14.95). The dish had some very nicely cooked seasonal vegetables: roasted potatoes, a red pepper, string beans, a broccoli, and a carrot. This dish will be put into their regular menu in the near future. The New Orleans Fisherman's Plate is great if you want a little sampling of their seafood: Blackened Fish, Cajun Calamari, and Coconut Beer Shrimp. It also comes with rice and seasonal vegetables. It was a 10/10 for me. I ordered the crab legs with corn and potatoes in the Cajun garlic butter sauce. Crab legs are very big. Potatoes are perfect size and the corn was sweet and juicy. They didn't give me way too many potatoes. It was just the perfect amount. I also ordered the mussels with potatoes and corn and I got the coconut sauce with that. OMG! If I could drink that sauce I would! I was sold after tasting it and will always get that sauce for everything. My friend got the dinner platter for 2-3 people and she had so much food!
