My problem is when I picked up my wheel I had my bike on the jack and after everything was done i rolled the bike backwards and thought man did I forget something and put the wheel on wrong? It's like there no tire pressure. Stupid me even rode it but was very careful on turns. When I got home I checked the tire pressure and it didn't register a reading. I blame the shop for overlooking something that could have been very dangerous and I blame myself for assuming they did everything as they done before. This is a lesson for me and hopefully they don't take it lightly.

Jazz was wonderful to us on the phone, and you got the feeling that these guys were proud of what they do and they were genuine people, not a shop trying to scam you out of your hard-earned money. They were honest and straightforward in what they did to our car. We have a 2010 Honda CRV and the AC compressor needed to be replaced, which is a very expensive job. We knew it was going to be expensive, but we also wanted someone that we could totally trust so they didn't charge us another $1,000 more. I had a good feeling when we walked into the waiting room. Jazz greeted us right away, as well as the mechanics walking in and out; they all greeted everybody in the room, telling them hello. You just don't get that at normal places. We have never been here, and because of the wonderful reviews, we thought we'd definitely want to give them a shot. We do not regret using them to repair our car. When it all came down to the total $$$, Jazz was able to save us another $300 off the initial cost because he was able to source a slightly less expensive AC compressor for the car. They also follow up with you a week later to see if everything is okay; you get the feeling that this is run by some really good, honest people that don't want to rake you over the coals like some of the other shops. I would highly recommend giving them a call and talking to them if you're hesitant about it. You'll probably have the same experience I did. Shops in San Francisco quoted me over $5,000 and required a special order. When I called Mack 1, the sales team informed me that Husqvarna owns KTM and that the bike I was seeking, the KTM SXE2, was in stock and identical to the EE 2. Not only did they have it available, but it was also much cheaper than what was quoted in San Francisco. I drove to Vallejo, which took just 30 minutes, and quickly returned home with the bike. Although the dealership isn't fancy and requires a bit of a drive, the fair pricing and the friendly, down-to-earth staff made the experience exceptional. I will definitely return to this dealership for my future bike needs.

Up to recently I sold my CTX-1300 to them as I didn't need the bike to commute anymore and, yet again, super simple and no pressure situation. They offered a fair price. Perfectly explained my options on if I were to sell it private party what I could ask for and also finished by saying I had time to think about it as the offer was good for a few days (forgot exactly, maybe a week I'm not sure). I've had a couple bikes serviced from them as well and, same - easy and low pressure. There's been plenty other examples of extra gestures that sets them apart from just a motorcycle dealer/shop to a well operated welcoming place you know you're not getting screwed over which is what Mach 1 is - purely top notch Next bike I buy I will be stopping into Mach 1 before anywhere else, without question.

Just beware. I would not recommend them to anyone. Is it that hard to find an honest mechanic these days? I am taking suggestions. The car salespeople were all very aggressive and tried to pressure me. I decided to check craigslist which is how I found The Scooter King. I am so glad I did. From the start, he did not pressure me at all. As I woman I appreciated and respected that. I test drove the car and I really liked it. From there he was happy to facetime my mechanic. This car was listed at $4200 and it is a nicer model by far then the ones I had looked at. My mechanic wanted to talk him down a little because the car is older. That is when he told us that was the walking price, and that he would mail me my pink slip (the pink slip arrived accordingly) AMAZING. The next day, I got the check ready but realized that I could not get to the shop to pick up my new car. I asked him if he could drop it off to me in Berkeley (he is located in Vallejo). He was happy to help. He was busy so his very sweet wife dropped it off for me. Great customer service. Literally going the extra miles.
