Great service. Super clean!!!! The owner is sooo sweet and such a cutie pie! I will go back!!

They're the BEST nail salon I've ever gone to they're so attentive and listen to what you want. My gel lasts so long and they do it so well. It's very clean and they open everything up in front of you so you know it's never been used on anyone else before. They're very kind and you get more then what you pay for. I have never had a bad experience here and I've been going here for a long time. I will never get my nails done anywhere else truly amazing! read more

Excellent experience here! I felt like my manicurist was patient and took the time to do a thorough job. Surprisingly enough it's been a few days and the polish hasn't chipped yet!! A rarity these days. Great place I will definitely be going back to. read more

Jay takes so much pride in his business and it really shows through with his interaction with his clients. If you make an appointment, SHOW UP because I witnessed him turn away a woman with 3 young ladies because he had an appointment booked. That's classy and great business practice. read more

Nice basic salon. Clean. Friendly staff, especially the male manager. He saw my purse on the floor and moved it to a chair and apologized for not moving it earlier stating that it was his job to take care of his customers. Pedicure was $25 - not a bad price for the area. Massage was great. Even used a warm stone to massage calves. I'd go back next time I'm in the area and need a pedicure. read more

Just got my nails done here for the first time and they look great! Very kind and attentive staff! The lady attending to me asked if I wanted an extra coat of gel polish before I even had to ask. read more

Pretty surprised at the service I received based on the reviews I read before coming. I made an appointment and as soon as I sat down, I felt rushed. I wasn't a fan of their color collection either. My gel manicure was done in 15 minutes. She forgot to remove the cuticles from one hand, I had to tell her to file my nails evenly because she didn't even look at them after swinging the nail filer around, and 2 nails had marks in them from her not painting them correctly. She didn't even look at my nails at the end to see if they were ok. I then sat in the pedicure chair for 20 minutes waiting for someone to start my pedi. I think that defeats the purpose of making a nail appointment. The positives were that they used individual disposable liners in the pedicure chair which was sanitary and the staff was friendly but I will not be coming back based on feeling rushed :( read more

I had a lovely experience at Cosy Nail & Spa! It was incredibly easy to make an appointment and they were very kind and welcoming when I came in. The woman who did my nails did a great job, and she even double checked that they were all perfect before finishing. She fixed any little flaw on each nail before massaging my shoulders and moisturizing my hands, which I greatly appreciated. My gel manicure from Cosy Nail & Spa is exactly what I wanted and did not disappoint! read more

I want to get my nails done here on Saturday for the first time. The woman was very kind. I brought my own color with me that I could often touch it up. I wasn't please with the fact that she used some kind a nail Hardner that I had to actually pay an extra dollar for given my nails got weak from nail gels. While I wasn't surprised I had to pay extra for harder, as I've done that at other nail salons. What bothered me was that the product was very gooey and so a few of my nails did not dry properly. I also asked for regular manicure after I had a gel manicure from another nail salon and she charge me five dollars extra just to soak it off which has never been the case at other nail salons. However It was worth the five bucks given she did take all of the nail gel off well. Yet overall, I'm not so sure I would go back here anytime soon when I have been to far better nail salons and they are now at least three in every other corner in every other town. I've been to better and in fact, have offers on Monday Tuesday Wednesday where you can get a gel manicure and pedicure for $ 35 bucks or mani/pedi for $25. read more

Came to Cozy Nails on a Sunday looking forward to a relaxing pedicure. Worst ideas EvER! They completely rushed through both my manicure and pedicure, cuticles were barely touched and I could have painted my nails better at home. The woman painted on my skin in several places and never even bothered to remove it. For one of the more expensive places I would have expected much better. Will not be returning. read more

After years of searching, I've finally found my salon! Very sanitary & clean (store and all tools), the nail technicians are extremely talented and the service is excellent! The owner Jay knows how to treat his clients!! He's very welcoming & hospitable. I get massages while waiting for my nails to dry or picking out a nail color. They're open on Sunday which is a huge plus for a Bergen County business. You get $10 off after 10 visits. The regular pedis ($25) include a hot stone massage & a paraffin wax treatment. All of my gel manis ($30) have lasted a solid 3-4 weeks without any chips. Prices are fair; You get what you pay for! Cozy is a solid 5 STAR. read more

Three of us went in today to get mani/pedis and had such a fantastic experience! We were very very late for our appointment so we called and they still had room for us! Super thankful and lucky! We felt very welcome walking in, its a very nice place, extremely clean, and a lot of excellent nail polishes to pick from! The manicure was great - I just got a regular one. She did a fantastic job! The pedicure was amazing too, Jay did a great job! They both really spent time with us and we did not feel rushed at all. The massages were so good too! The best part - He even remembered all of our names! Looking forward to going back again! read more

Called at 10:40 on a Wednesday morning for an appointment the same day, and the owner asked if I could come right now, for 11:00! Mom got a French gel manicure and I got a traditional manicure. We got there for an 11 o'clock appt and were finished, paid, and out the door in about 35 minutes. The nail techs were professional and friendly, the salon is very clean (including sanitized instruments) and relaxing. We each got two massages, one while I was getting the manicure and one more while my polish was drying! The owner gave me a punch card to get a $10 coupon after 10 visits, and gave me Mom's credit too, since she lives in Florida and was here visiting for Christmas. I'll definitely be going back here. read more

My 4 daughters and I went there for manicure/pedicures the day before her wedding. As soon as you walk in you are happily greeted. We all picked our colors. I have to say this was the best pedicure and manicure I have ever had. The massages alone will keep me coming back. Hot stone massage, yes ! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The manicure massage is awesome as well. They really take their time. I've Been to salons where they rush you. Not here. Thank you Cozy salon... Alida read more

My daughter and I were at IHA for an event, and planned for lunch in Ridgewood. The Yelp reviews seemed appealing and Cozy Nails did not disappoint us at all! I had a gel manicure and a regular pedicure, my daughter had a regular pedicure and regular manicure - this past Wednesday! Both manicures still look great! Even though I live in Clifton, I might find an excuse to come back up to Ridgewood and Cozy Nails! read more

Super clean (they wore gloves so make sure you notify them if you have a latex allergy) and very well done! I got a gel pedicure and it was so good! I'm very picky when it comes to my nails, so I've come to expect to find small issues with how it's done if I don't do it myself but this was great!! My toes look amazing and everyone was so friendly! I'm glad my usual place couldn't take me, this was a good find. read more

Amazing relaxing pedicure. New to the area I tried a few Salons in the wyckoff area and they were dirty. This place is super super clean, the technician I had was very sweet and did a beautiful and very relaxing job. So happy I found this place. read more

This place is great! My pedicure was amazing. I loved that they used a disposable foot scrubber! No sharing dead skin with others. They massaged my feet and legs for a good amount of time AND it was amazing! Probably the best foot and leg massage I've had at a pedicure. Afterwards they gave me a brief chair massage while my toes were drying. $25 people!!!!!! Get here :) read more

I dont event know where to start, other than to say that if you want a relaxing mani/pedi this is not the place to go! I specifically called and asked what time there was an opening and was told to go at 3:30. Got there a little early. Started with the mani. Prior to getting nails painted, I went to the bathroom. As I was coming out the man says "pls. sit- we have other appointment"! What?!?!?!?!? That might explain why I got no water bowl to relax hands in, no cream, and no arm massage! The lady doing my nails rushed through the paint job so she could get on to the next client! Then to the pedicure. All was good with the pedicure until he took the cuticles that he had cut and dumped them into the basin where my other foot was soaking. That was terribly disgusting Needless to say, I will not be going back! read more

Terrible service. The pedicure girls have no idea what theyre doing. My husband and i both had a terrible experience. Wouldnt go back even if it was free and you paid me to go. read more

Happened to be in Ridgewood with some time to kill and decided to get a pedicure to relax and treat myself. To be totally honest, my experience was great. The massage was especially relaxing and the paraffin wax treatment for my heels was excellent. HOWEVER... about 36 hours later, my lower calves were covered in painful, itchy pimples. I didn't immediately trace it back to the pedicure, but my doctor asked a few questions that made it obvious the salon was the source of my folliculitis. They made the very odd choice to dump the exfoliating scrub into the bottom of the empty soaking tub and have me rub my feet into it before then using it to scrub the rest of my lower legs. I thought this was a little weird, but I didn't think much else of it at the time. But now my legs look gross, I'm on heavy duty antibiotics, and the pain and itching are pretty unbearable, especially in the summer heat. Will this happen to you? Probably not. Am I incredibly annoyed that it happened to me? Very much so. read more

Great attention to detail! Jay and all the ladies at cozy nails do a fantastic job. Will be coming here again in the future.

Great place! Loved the service .. Was there first time and felt very welcomed ..will surely go back..

This is a great, clean, friendly, relaxing place. I get pedicures and they last a very long time. Occasionally I get a pedi in NYC because I work there but I'm always disappointed in how it looks and how long it lasts compared to Cozy. Lovely owner remembers me and even who I came in with last time -- and I don't come that often. read more

Amazing! Had a party of 10 ladies they were very accommodating , most of us got mani/pedi combo and I must say the experience was very pleasant they took their time and J was so kind and very appreciative for our business. The pedicure was very clean they used hot stones and paraffin so relaxing ! I had girls aged 18-29 and all received top notch customer experience!!! We all want to go back soon we also received punch cards which is always great. read more

This place was great! First, the regular pedicure is so relaxing; it includes much more than other salons I've been to (hot stone massage, paraffin treatment on the heel). It's a great value. Second, the technicians were very kind. They went above and beyond to ensure that the gel color for my nails matched the regular polish on my toes! I'll definitely go back! read more

I went with 4 of my gfs for manis, pedis and it was a great experience. Had the place to ourselves because we made appointments in advance. The manicure was the best I've had in awhile. This is my favorite nail place, I won't go to any others. When I first moved into the area I had a hard time finding a replacement salon, until I found this gem. The staff and the owner are so warm and welcoming, they always remember my name and even what's going on in my life. As for nails, they do a wonderful job, my favorite is the pedicures. They take the time to give you a deep massage, paraffin, AND hot stone, I would get one every week if I could afford too, but instead I make it by every 2-3. Love this place and I am constantly bringing people I know in so they can try. I highly recommend! read more

Better than some of the places I been to where they just play with your nails. Over here they wont play with them unlike this one place called Godwin Nails. Will not play with them here guaranteed. Ok? Will not Play. I don't get it, with some people. They play with your nails while this place is great. Ok I'm sorry. some people will jump to the conclusions too but thats ok. No games; no playing. perfect no playing will go here now and not godwin nails bc they do not play with your nails. I hope people will go here instead of godwin. No playing here..will not play with godwin.. read more

I love Cozy Nails. Case closed. The owner, Jay, is the sweetest man alive. The service never fails to make me feel like a pampered princess. GO TO COZY FOR QUALITY NAILS. Gels are $30 and they do an amazing job, while other places are $35-$40 and do a mediocre job. Love them. Best nails, best service and best people. read more

This place is terrible! I went to get the gel manicure and the person that did it did not know what she was doing. The nails of my fingers burned because it was kept under the lights for the gel for a long time. On top of that, the price does not match the quality. I can get better quality gel manicures at a cheaper price, were the technician will not burn my nails. In addition, the nail salon is not clean. I saw a lot of ants on the floor. read more
