I decided to give this place a try as I wanted a mani/pedi and they were able to accommodate before…read morethe long weekend. I booked online not knowing that when you do so, you get 20% off their prices. My mani and pedi ended up costing around $40 (regular price is $45 plus tax). When I arrived they had a sign to wear your mask before entering. I was about 10 minutes early but they were able to seat me in a massage chair. The chairs are spaced out so that every other one is in use. They have a plexi glass in between the employee and yourself. However when they do your hands they only have their mask on and no plexi glass in between. Also, when I was given a pillow for my manicure the pillow was not covered in plastic wrap which makes me wonder how many people touch that every day. Also, my hand towel had a stain on it which hopefully was just nail polish that wouldn't come out in the wash. I'm not sure I'll return as I wasn't too comfortable especially since we're still in a pandemic. But, if you're okay with this, the price seems great and they're usually able to get you in last minute!

I love how friendly the staff is, and they know how much I love to watch friends during my treatment!. The secretary is always so accommodating with my crazy work schedule.. if I'm 5 minutes late or stuck in traffic she's always so understanding when I call or need to rebook. I also really love the online booking system they have. Makes the whole process very smooth and hassle-free. I usually book with Emma and Britney, but all of the girls are very professional, they know what they're doing. I don't trust anywhere else on the north shore but cutie pie.

The owner took one look at my nails and said of course she could take me! Of course? They were packed. I guess she must have felt extra bad for me because I've had sub par shaping at a few different salon closer to where I live lately and she spent an extra bunch of time fixing the side shape of my nails. I had been breaking a few nails recently and she explained it's because I needed more shape on the sides to accommodate my nail shape. I am so grateful. It's kinda funny how you don't realize how bad something has gotten until someone take the time out of their day to fix it for you. I will go back to making the extra 35 minute drive to come back to these guys every two weeks. They are so friendly, accommodating, and kind. I apologize in advance for the photo. Skip this place (in the mall beside Osaka supermarket Park Royal ) no matter you have a low budget or on a time crunch, it doesn't worth the hassle and pain.

However, as soon as the person next to me left the staff were very quick to move my friend next to me! They care about their customers! Not just that but my appointment was at 6pm but because of the traffic on the bridge, we were a few minutes late. I apologized because I know they close at 7pm but they were ok to stay open a bit longer for me and my friend.. it was very kind of them. I got gel nail polish (no design) on my hands and feet for $68 including taxes!! Highly recommend this place!!

On my first visit I brought in a simple nail design and the technician was happy to replicate it for me. The manicure was a little painful whenever they used the small drill to buff the acrylic but other than that it was a good visit. It costed about $78 for the entire set which is a little pricey. I saw on their website that a normal set is $50 and up but I guess if you want nail art they raise the price accordingly. My nails lasted for around 2 weeks but it did chip a little on the tips of my nails. My second visit was for a fill. The tech I had was Megan and she was lovely. I brought in a simple nail design again and she helped me pick the colours for it too. She was really gentle and it was nice having some conversation. This set came to $68 which was slightly cheaper than before (assuming bc it's a fill). Definitely enjoyed myself more this time around. Pretty good sanitation efforts too. I saw many people come in for pedicures so maybe I'll get one sometime in the future!

They consult with you, care and sell you appropriate products based on your skin. They also do events so you should pop in there or call and have your email info added to their list. You'll be amazed. My skin looked like it was un repairable for life. When I encountered there services my face has now been transformed totally. I get such great remarks about how wonderful I look. I am very happy that they are in our neck of the woods. This is a must visit place no matter what. Enjoy!

Overall, there are many places to go and this is not a place I would repeat.

I decided to try a new nail salon in West Vancouver as I was unhappy with the very busy salon I have been using for the past two years. Cosy nail salon was everything that I hope it would be. It was quiet and spa like and the service was attentive and gentle. They explained the various menu options and I chose the hot oil Mani Petti with shellac for nails. It was just what my feet and hands needed with all the dryness they were experiencing. Selena and Sophia were terrific. I will definitely be making this my regular nail salon. Ample parking also and prices are reasonable. read more

We called around to maybe 4 different places and charisma was the only location to accept 4 of us as walk-ins at the same time. The location is right on a busy street so it is a little hard to find parking. When we entered there was one woman getting a manicure and 5 pedicure chairs along the opposite wall. The ladies here took great care of us, me and my buddy got a standard pedicure and our partners added polish. Pricing seemed expensive but when doing the conversion, were from Seattle, it was on par with our prices. We all agreed, this random shop we stumbled upon was probably the best pedicure either of us have ever had, and collectively, we've had ALOT. They do such good work here. Make you feel very comfortable. The only thing that could make It better was if they served drinks (hint hint) lol. If you're looking for a solid pedicure at a fair price, come here!

This took forever and the end result was a nightmare. -I wasn't told what the person's name was, nor was i offered a beverage. The one thing I did like is that they played movies to watch. (I was there so long, I sat through almost 2 entire ones! ) My neck and back were so sore, I almost couldnt stand the pain. -I asked the girl to make the stripe silver- she made it gold (as well as all of them way too thin and crooked) -I asked her to make the bows bigger and she argued with me (so much that someone else came and did them) I wish the same person would of also completed the hearts- as they turned out very deformed. -She did not trim down, or push back my cuticles as every other place always has. They look awful -Many of my nails are lopsided, misshapen and or deformed. Looks like they were not professionally done at all. -She also did not clean out the underside of the nails. She left my original nails showing all different lenghts -it looks horrible. -She also did such a terrible job that after 2 days my thumbnail cracked -then broke right off! The other thumbnail, and middle nail cracked as well only 4 days after getting them done! I sent an email about this and have not heard back. After paying 110$ I am quite upset how horrible of a job this place did, especially since they were supposed to be an "award winning" salon! *Please see Photos* They look so bad that i am embarrassed about them - not to mention now I have to pay to get them fixed elsewhere as well as take time out to get them fixed I will not be returning ( since they have not contacted me about the email I sent about the problems I had ) *Update*- a week after getting them done my middle nail broke off so far down the nail bed it is super sore and it was bleeding a lot This is the second broken nail now, plus the cracked thumb which I am sure will also break off at any time. I have been getting my nails done for 20 years and never have they cracked and broke off like this - especially in the first week ! I emailed them again but unless they wish to refund a portion of the money I doubt they will be contacting me. Many nail places to chose from - this certainly won't be one of them.

My shellac polishes always last and it's the only way for my thin nails to grow without breaking I have now ventured into acrylic nails after I caved on holiday & got a 1st application/set in Maui...what a nightmare!!! Luckily when I got back Jenny corrected the thick & terribly shaped nails into a beautiful thin set that looked totally natural and my 3 fills since then were with Zoe and her work has been flawless. I am not gentle with my nails as my work includes maintenance work, but these nails are bulletproof . I'm even thinking to shape one tip like a screwdriver next time & I'm not kidding!!!

What I've noticed is that when you book an appointment, they actually respect the time of your scheduled appointment. This is really important to me because I usually don't have time to be waiting around. I frequently visit this spot out of convenience, but if I have the time to go downtown then I go to my usual nail salon. :)

Dishonest Pricing and Poor Customer Service…read more I brought my 12-year-old daughter here for a pedicure, which is listed on their website for $28. I called ahead to confirm the price and was told it would be $35 because it was shellac. When it came time to pay, they suddenly said it was $45. I reminded them of what I was told on the phone, and the woman at the front responded rudely, saying my daughter "didn't look 12." After some back and forth, they said they'd charge $40 instead -- but I refused because I had already confirmed it would be $35 and that was already more than what they have listed on their website. They finally agreed, but the entire situation was uncomfortable and unprofessional. I also got a shellac manicure for myself, listed online for $40. At checkout, they charged me $45 without any explanation. Again, they didn't care about what was advertised or discussed ahead of time. This place is dishonest and does not honor the prices they advertise on their own website. It felt like they were trying to get away with charging whatever they could. I won't be coming back, and I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone looking for transparency or respectful service.
