Their system does not seem capable of properly distinguishing between charges for a full set versus two fills under the monthly membership, which resulted in me being overcharged. Instead of proactively resolving the issue, I was left having to repeatedly question and track the charges myself. What made the situation even more frustrating was the lack of care and professionalism from the front desk staff. Rather than showing understanding or attempting to help resolve the issue, the interaction felt dismissive and transactional. Customer service should involve listening to concerns and working toward a fair resolution, especially when billing errors occur. I expected much better communication, transparency, and accountability from a business that promotes recurring memberships. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling undervalued as a customer, and I would caution others to carefully monitor their billing if they sign up for a membership here. I have since cancelled my membership and will no longer be a client.

I get the feeling this is not her full time business or at least she prefers to work only during the week and not on Saturdays. That's cool, it just doesn't work for me.
