So I drove by about 5 times, finding them closed every time and not being able to figure out when they were open. On about the 6th time driving 40 minutes each way, I found them open. With my receipt in hand, along with the pants that the fabric tag had come off, but I still had it, I presented it to the owner. She said she refused to give me a refund or store credit. I asked what I am supposed to do with pants that do not fit, and she said she would take them from me (seriously)! It felt like a slap in the face when she said Merry Christmas as I walked out the door. I left feeling frazzled and sad that I had given even a dollar to this horrible heartless woman and business.

They were fit with fanfare lip-service that "Kitterdge stands behind boot fit for a full year and they will address any fit issues, no problem." I skied wearing New Boots only 2-hours at Mammoth prior to major wind/snow storm that forced lifts to close and us to leave. So, at start of 2026, sadly I experienced pain, gaps below food bed, shin blisters and general dismay on the fit of New Boots. With receipts, settings and Business Card for original fitter in hand I called and was asked; . . . "If I was sure that I had bought them there?" Then I was challenged with attitude; "So, you had them fit, skied them, and now have an issue with the fit?" I was blown off completely with the statement; "I am very busy here, will get back to you." Haven't heard a thing. NOTHING !
