We inquired from 4 contractors. We choose RF CON because, first of all, we already have a good feeling during the first meeting and you always follow your instinct. Paul and his crew are very professional and knowledgeable. Paul (or Pawel) answered every question that we have, walked us through every step of the construction process. Communication was excellent, we could just text or email if we have questions or concerns and we get a promt reply, or we could just ask Paul personally because he's always on site. Cloud Nine Construction company installed a shower in my guest bath that we have had nothing but…read moreproblems. The shower backs to my hall wood floor....within a short time I noticed bumbles appearing in my wood floor and I contacted the floor person.....bumbles in the wood is water damage!! By means of attempting several solutions to no avail, we have to totally tear down and redo after only 3 1/2 yrs. We realized the leaking has to be an issue under the floor......The pan was put in wrong, so it drained out around it in one of the corners! The Cloud Nine owner, Gilbert, refused to assist when I wanted to find out who installed the glass doors as we were trying to attempt to have more reap holes drilled thinking that might help drainage! His response, was, it's no longer under warranty! You don't care about warranty when your trying to fix a leaking problem damaging your floor. The attitude of the owner was uncooperative. Their Installation was not done correctly and has had cost & headaches to try to fix! No stars from my experience with Cloud Nine Construction!

Jonathan, the company owner, came out to inspect the condition of the porches and provided us with a written estimate. The estimate was very detailed to include all of the prep work (power spray washing, scraping and sanding) and new paint. The crew arrived on the date promised and got the job done in two (2) days. They were very good at protecting adjacent wood surfaces and nearby objects (such as trees) with plastic tarps. The painting crew was very professional, efficient and experts in prep work and painting. They did a great job in cleaning up the site and even replaced and secured some equipment on the porch that I had to remove before they arrived. The job estimate was right on the mark and very reasonable. The painters that Jonathan has working for him are outstanding!
