Several different items. Really cool textiles.

Ok the things in here are magnificent. Great finds! However their is no bargaining at all. Even if you buy several things from a stall. They will not budge--not a cent.

    boots from the antique peddler

This place was next to the RV park where some of my relatives were staying, and one day while we were visiting them, we wandered over to look around since my mom loves antiques. There were some really cool things there. I love stuff from the "Old West" and was pretty impressed to see an ancient Winchester rifle and a Colt pistol. There were also a ton of old belt buckles, a pair of spurs, some old holsters, and a saddle. There was also a Dick and Jane book my mom said was worth a lot. It seemed like they had some pretty worthwhile stuff in there. They also had some pretty good records, but they were priced appropriately, which means I couldn't afford them. I ended up getting a pair of cowboy boots that were clearly not antiques (they weren't even real leather) for about $15, just because I've been wanting some boots. Despite the cool stuff in the shop, the dude who worked there seemed weirdly argumentative/confrontational. Maybe I'm misinterpreting his personality or motives, but I was not a fan. Still, if you want some moderately cool relics from a moderately historic area and you happen to be driving by, it's worth a stop in.

the front door on a very snowy day

I found this place on my way back from my vacation in Lake Tahoe January of 2006. Me and Rob E. had been driving amidst a snow storm for quite a bit of our journey. Finally, when things calmed down a little we saw this place and decided to give it a go. We get up to the door and there was a sign that said "we are open just ring the door bell and we will unlock the door for you in a few seconds." http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/zLaWTGfNl0hYn8yYTfz41A?select=9-Z0dL17BsmHmImqR4MFVA Great stuff! So we didn't wait too long before Gary came and opened the shoppe up for us... he told us that him and his wife didn't usually get many costumers on a snowy day such as that one. The store was filled with tons of incense, stones, jewelry, and other little nic-nacs. I bought an awesome pair of indian moccasins- made by original indians! love those shoes and love this little shoppe!

So glad to have a new store in Lone Pine! Wow, what a variety to find in a small town! Definitely…read moreworth stopping by and seeing if they have something you're looking for. This isn't your every day thrift store. It's more of an antique store thrift store collectible store all in one. There are things I personally am not interested in (coins, knives, sports cards), but I do love that they have such a variety of items - both rare and hard to find as well as things you just need (western cowboy cowgirl hats, vintage and modern fishing gear (took pics of reels, fly fishing items and wood lures), off-road gear (motorcycle boots, helmets, etc), modern and vintage gaming (I saw Atari and Wii), books, hiking gear (backpack), etc.). Ok here goes - I'll try to include everything I saw (in pics and words). Automobilia, vintage license plates, die cast cars, vintage military items (Vietnam, WWII), crystals and petrified wood and rocks (my favorite!), vintage and maybe modern ski gear and sleds, antique bottles, Coca Cola/coke collectibles, tribal/Indian items - arrow heads and kachina dolls (?) and pottery, jewelry, artwork, glassware, on and on and on.

Lots of cool Knick knacks to check out if you're in Lone Pine. The owner is very nice and friendly…read moretoo. Found a couple cool things and was happy to support a small local business!
