Not only was I never greeted by two women, who were visibly the only people in the store and who weren't really speaking to each other; they never once asked if they could help me or anything. Not sure if this store is run by Americans or people from another country... I am a big shopper, love novel stores (and have been to many in my travels abroad and across the nation and state); love to support small and local businesses. Unless the Owner(s) make an effort to smooth this really unpleasant experience over, than I'll just take my business elsewhere.

The odor was still present afterward, and I feel the service provided did not match what was promised. I wish they had been honest upfront about what they could or could not do instead of giving unrealistic expectations. Very disappointed with the experience.
