Probably, but if you want to "try out" how different beds feel, pretty hard to do that virtually! This is where a location with numerous physical beds set-up in their showroom can't be beat. The sales rep (Gary) was great, answered all our questions/concerns, and didn't try to up-sell us. The financing option (zero percent interest) is top notch. Our new bed was delivered and set-up the next day. Also, they took away our old bed, so we had no disposal hassles. A great experience all the way around.

I filed a complaint with the BBB, but BBB stated that the company "failed" to respond to them. I periodically call to follow up about this and never receive a call back. I would very much appreciate this company following up with me.
