Came here during a summer road trip to mammoth, the fam and I found a bunch of cool stuff and spend 45 min here. I got 2 mammoth hoodies and a trucker hat for $13! Best souvenir spot in town read more

This place is really close to Vons... just around the corner in the same shopping center. Plenty of people shopping. Coming from outside of town, I was pleased to see so many ski boots, ski equipment, etc. it was so incredibly priced! I would definitely return (maybe with a car to haul the goods). Great place! read more

Lots of good finds, good stock and store seems somewhat cleaner than other thrift stores I've been to which was nice. The prices are super low and there were lots of nice brands too. The people working were all super friendly. Would definitely return. read more

Super thrift shop. No marked prices, but don't let that worry. The prices are great! Occasionally stuff wanders off, so you ring the bell till they find their way back. read more

Kat is such a sweetheart, all proceeds to go disabled athletes. Such good vibes, such good finds, definitely stop by next time you're in Mammoth read more

Really great stuff. No matter if you want clothing or sporting goods, they have a lot to offer.

Went here while grocery shopping for vacation, the lady at the front was so kind! Everything is organized and I found a couple of steals for 2-5 dollars each. They have lots of clothes and items like snowboarding and ski shoes. I'm coming back to thrift here soon read more

Great selection of items, lots of outdoor sports and cold weather gear. Often times prices weren't posted and were up to the cashier to price but the pricing seemed fair. Workers were friendly and they had a good vibe. read more

There are many things to choose from here and it's all laid out well. I got 2 large coffee mugs for $2 each. The coffee cups at rental were too small for me. And we got a bathing suit for $5 for a family member who forgot theirs. Everyone was helpful. Parking is easy. Fun place to stop. read more

Great place to drop off items (before 4pm) and end up finding some great deals. Love the fact that they support local and national causes. Very friendly staff. Conveniently located by Vons with plenty of parking. read more

I always find something when I come here. I lucked out with a super cute mini skirt. The staff has always been super nice and they have a lot of snow gear and house decor. read more

Crappy and dusty. All the gear and clothing is worn out. Service was rude and follows you around if you are a person of color. The value is pretty bad, you're better off ordering from Amazon. Wouldn't recommend. read more

I cannot rave enough about this little shop. As soon as we walked in we were greeted. Walked around and couldn't believe the wonderful prices. Truly how a thrift store should be. Wonderful loved pieces that won't break the bank. Their selection was so good too! I got a few pieces of clothing and a pair of shoes. Can't wait to come back again! read more

Although their prices seem a bit high. You should also check out the cast off by the bowling alley. read more

I had a score buying a gently used snowboard bag. At first I thought the price was high, went home and looked up online what the going rates were and even on eBay, it was a good deal. So I went back the next day and found the bag and took it with me. The store doesn't have a large selection of clothes, it's more on the snow gear and furniture. If you happen to be an out of towner that wants to donate some clothes, they really need it here. We used the bathroom over at Vons. Walking distance from this shop. read more

Got such cool snow gear for my son. They have gear from the mammoth ski team. Slim choices this time of year, but I hear they have a ton of gear coming in the spring read more

Such a cute little thrift store! They had a little of just about everything and the staff was very kind.

Surprisingly, my parents and I stumbled upon this thrift shop while in Mammoth Lakes, CA. We wandered in just curious but ended up buying two really good pairs of snow pants and some Christmas decorations for our home. Because it was Veterans Day, EVERYTHING WAS 50% off! So one pair was $10 and another pair was &15. AMAZING. There are a lot of little gizmos and gadgets to check out! It also just felt good to support the cause. read more

Great place for cheap gear! Find skis, boots, clothing- some nearly brand new! Check it out!

Poppen tags for the munchkin =) some cray cray deals here... And some not so great deals? Overall this place helps out with a special program or two... They get donations from multiple sources, including some of the outlet shops here in town. This includes jewelry, bags, clothing, etc... Pro Tip: They get a lot of lost and found items from the mountain and other places in town. They have a great selection of clothing and used ski equipment. The equipment in most cases was used and a rare now and then was new. they have all kinds of brands from good to bad; like burton, spyder, salomon, k2, etc. They also have a large selection of housewares, books, shoes, sundries/knicknacks, and some furniture. Need some new plates or glasses, well they have the hook up here doubt about it. So when you need a come up, get your butt in here and pop some tags buddy! read more

We were having breakfast before a hike and since I needed a sweater for the cooler weather, I decided to check out this thrift store benefiting Disabled Sports Eastern Sierra. They have the usual thrift store fare with the added bonus of sportswear for the slopes. They even have a section next door filled with snow sports gear: boots and boards for skiing and snowboarding. The proceeds benefit Disabled Sports Eastern Sierra, a program that provides outdoor sports instruction to people with any disability. Everybody should be able to enjoy the Eastern Sierra and DSES serves the community in a positive way. read more

I wandered into this thrift store and found a treasure trove! The prices are super reasonable and it's a very large space that's carefully organized. There are bins for snowboard binding gear, gloves, beanies, hats, neck gators, etc. There's a giant wall of snowboard and ski boots and other outdoor gear like backpacks, boots, poles, and snorkel fins! I walked away with a solid pair of climbing shoes and a neck gator but I saw a pair of Oakley 10k snowboarding pants for only $65! Such a steal. read more

What a gem! Worth the wait in line. I found quite a few treasures and they were priced to sell! Only bummer was that they're not allowing anyone under 18 so my daughter had to wait outside. read more

Their prices are ridiculous for a thrift store. Also they write the prices in sharpies in their tags which is just really not smart and cheapens the value of the item. I asked if it washed off and the lady said no. Right after I asked, the other employee guy with a beanie started to tell a story of another customer recommending magic marker. He acted like that was a ridiculous thing to even ask and it was just lame. Super rude especially right after I made a similar remark. Would not recommend!!! read more

Definitely one of the better thrift stores we've visited. The people are very nice. They have a lot of variety. They have lots of extension cords and phone cords. A great place to check if you lose yours. We got a like new extension cord for $2. read more

Ready to shred that gnar gnar, but needed some goggles and gloves. I found a wonderful pair of both.. in newish quality! Lady up front was super nice. Excellent selection of winter sports paraphernalia, clothing, home goods and more. Thank you very much for coming through for me. read more

Not a bad for a small town thrift shop. Very organized and has some good finds and quality items. Fair prices too. They have a cool dvd and book section for parents who need to find something for the kids and I've heard if you come after the winter craze you can score some terrific used ski and snowboard/ snow gear for a steal of a deal too! read more

The BEST store to visit no matter what! The gentleman behind the register was SO KIND and even tried to give me the couple cassette types I wanted to buy but I handed him cash anyway! INSANE prices - so cheap and tons of amazing mountain gear for pennies on the dollar! Please visit, I will definitely be back!! read more

Second Chance Thrift Shop came in handy when I forgot one of the cables for my Wii at home. They had miscellaneous cords and cables for less than $1 each. They also have a large selection of winter clothing (youth, women's and men's) but most were in poor shape. The ones that were somewhat used ended up costing $25-35 which I thought was way too much for secondhand clothing. Their belts were $5 and there was also a small pet section and a larger household goods section. I ended up buying a new belt for $6 at the Rite Aid down the street. However, if you're in a bind, Second Chance is worth checking out. read more

This used to be the greatest spot to shop I. mammoth. I would regularly show up here with my kids missing ski clothes and purchase used clothes at amazing prices. You could even by high end mismatched gloves for a song. But they moved locations and the prices seem to have tripled. I'm sad. Ah well. read more

We came here on a Friday and due to COVID restrictions, there is a limited capacity so you will more than likely need to wait outside in line for a bit. The line wasn't long. The shop is tiny, cute and has cool items like holiday ornaments, jewelry, and lots of snow and cold gear including boots and beanies. If you break a leg, get your crutches here because they have a ton! The whole store was 50% off. read more

Well organized store with a selection of everything you might need in a home. A fun little corner for the book lovers and lots of ski clothing and gear. Store was open till 6pm on the day we popped in. We found the pricing to be on the expensive side. read more

Moderately organized. Have cool shoes. The price tag is hardly on things so I have to ask. Their stuff is in good condition. Cheap prices. A large variety of things from earrings to books. A plethora of ski and snowboard gear including gloves and boots. Come here if you need any type of thing! They probably have it for a good price! read more

I have bought and donated hear many times, the manager is very kind and personable she keeps a good crew of nice and helpful employees as well . It's always fun to shop in a clean and organized environment for great deals ! read more

Went a couple days ago, and I was fairly impressed! They give you sanitizer to spray your hands before you go and limit the capacity to 10, so there is a lot of room to keep your distance between other shoppers. There's a good selection of winter clothes, skis, snowboards, boots, wetsuits, etc. I was originally going to buy a windbreaker, but the tag wasn't labeled with the price so they were going to sell to me at a standard price for sweaters. But I decided last minute to also purchase a board with bindings, so they threw in the windbreaker for free!! Overall, I got the two items at a great price and left a happy customer! read more

Clean, organized and tons of treasure in this thrift store. Love supporting the mission here while scoring some quality finds. They change out the merchandise based on the holidays/ time of year so there is always lots of new gold to look through whenever you go in. read more
