I came and golfed here on a Monday afternoon and it was surprisingly crowded. The pace of play was okay, it took exactly 5 hours to finish 18, had to wait about 5-10 minutes or so to hit off the tee box on each hole. For the price, I feel like there are better courses with ~15 miles, I wasn't impressed with the upkeep of the course. It's definitely better than most courses, but most courses are $112 to play. The other courses in this range have better upkeep in my opinion. The course is very narrow which makes it challenging and a lot of layups needed because of the layout. The range is very good, great mats, great balls, great putting green. Overall, I would golf here if you get a deal, otherwise I would probably pass on it for the price. read more

THE GOOD-- The Cafe was great with staff being polite, friendly and attentive. Pro shop was just that, no formal tips or recommendations even after saying it was first time at course, and practice facilities are nice and clean. The fellas who take care of the carts are great too. THE BAD -- $130 cost for a morning tee time with a pace of play of 5hrs. The price did not match. Alot of dry spots, more than anticipated. Slow play from 2 groups ahead of us. For $130 they don't provide range balls or towels. There are plenty of courses in driving range that are priced better and better pace of play. For $130 I expected a lil more especially on the pace of play. I guess you're paying for the exclusivity of this place. No thanks. I'll pass next time I get invited here. read more

We recently had our wedding at Coyote Hills Golf Course. The events team at CHGC are the best! They truly care for each event that is held at their property. We were lucky to tour Coyote Hills at their wedding show and instantly fell in love with the space. Their outdoor arbor is beautiful for ceremony and we could not pass up having our reception there as well. Our wedding was perfect because the arbor was the most stunning backdrop for our special day. We worked closely with Hannah as our on-site event contact. Hannah is professional in every sense of the word - kind, caring, responsive, and helpful. She was an integral part of throughout the wedding process and answered our many emails/phone calls without hesitation. The way Hannah handled an anxious bride like me eased a lot of wedding nerves. Jourdan was our day-of lead and was equally as amazing as Hannah. She was kind and helped us navigate throughout the day. We brought a lot of our own items for our wedding without any issues. Keep in mind that there is a 10pm noise ordinance if you decide to have your wedding outdoors. Also, highly recommend checking out their wedding shows for incentives to book! read more

I played Coyote Hills golf course 7/6/2026. This course has taken a turn for the worse. This was a Dry,low maintenance, and over priced desert like Fairways dry, tee boxes dry, water features with now water. To pay over $170 for this is robbery. Finding a club where the staff makes you feel like a VIP is rare, and having a starter like Bill can completely set the tone for the rest of your round. ​A great starter is like a conductor--keeping the pace of play moving while making sure everyone is relaxed and ready to tee off. It's his small interactions, like a quick joke or a bit of flexibility with the tee sheet, that turn a standard eighteen holes into a great experience. I love playing here all the time. read more

The waitress/bartender woman that works in the restaurant named Cristin is FANTASTIC!! My husband went to golf with his buddies and I spent some time in the restaurant and she truly took great care of me! She is so attentive, knowledgeable about the current menu and specials they have, and she even told me about some of the items I've been wanting to get as a gift for my husband at the golf shop downstairs. With the many golf courses I've been to with my husband this waitress has absolutely been the first I've encountered with her kindness and sweet demeanor. I don't typically leave help reviews but with the service I experienced with Cristin, I hope she gets some recognition or promotion! Great job crew with having strong team members! read more

For the price of $160 on Sunday is WAY over priced. This course is beat up, the greens are not what you expect for that price range and the tee boxes are the same. It's a pig with lipstick. If it was $100, it'll be worth it on the weekends. The group of 10 that played today will probably not come back. I was disappointed at the greens to most. Not worth it for $160. 6 AM tee time was great in pacer was good as the old Korean people in front of us were pretty fast. I love this driving range for a couple of reasons: Flags at good distances and multiple signs noting the distances Good quality, newer balls, and good mats Friendly staff, at least the older guy (Bill?) that's usually there on Saturdays Good music playing, 60's - 70's, not cranked up so you can't think, just the right level to enjoy the music without being distracting. My fiancé accidentally left his golf club behind after playing one morning and realized it shortly after. He called immediately and followed up by stopping by the following week to check if it had been found. He answered all of their questions and was cooperative throughout. When he returned again to follow up, he discovered that the club had been placed in the used section for sale. To make matters worse, Glen made an unnecessarily rude comment and was completely unhelpful during the interaction. We're glad he was finally able to recover the club, but the way he was treated was completely uncalled for. Very disappointing experience. read more

I visited this venue for a Sunday late afternoon wedding. I was immediately surprised by the ample self parking and that it was directly at the entrance. Nothing beats convenient and easy parking. We immediately were approached by a staff member in a cart to drive us around back to the ceremony location. Pleasant surprise and amazing customer service. The seating was beautifully decorated and the ambiance was spectacular. We then were guided to the terrace area for hors d'oeuvres and open bar. Again the staff was top tier, along with the coconut shrimp and bruschetta. The organization of how they then guided us into the ballroom for the reception dinner was perfect. I had salmon and it was cooked great and the glaze was amazing. The celebration continued with dancing and socializing. I'd definitely recommend anyone here for a wedding. read more

As a Fullerton local I'm a big fan of the Coyote Hills membership. It's the only way I can play this track and not pay and arm and a leg. The membership does make the driving range quite crowded, but I swing by 2-3 times a week for practice, and I never have to wait more than 5-10 minutes for a spot to open up. The course is well kept, but as others have said they do paint the fairways for a good chunk of the year. That takes away from the conditions of a course like this. I also think Coyote hills is a bit expensive for what you get. The only way I can justify playing is by being a member. Most weekends are over $100 even with the membership. $100 is about the most I would pay to play here. Because the playing cost without the membership is pretty high it's hard to get some of my friends to play here, understandably. I give the overall membership and course 4 stars. I've never had a bad experience here and I come here quite often. Pace of play is usually pretty good. All of the starters here are great and take their job seriously, including Bill. The Marshals actually monitor pace of play which is becoming more and more rare. The price for value isn't always the greatest though. read more

This course was super fun! The greens were wet at first, but dried quick and got super fast. The sand boxes had nice sand, making it a breeze to get out of. The layout of the course was cool, and had some challenging holes, with a good mix of par 3,4 and 5's. The staff was great, and the cart girl showed up the perfect amount of times. I really love this beautiful and well-maintained golf course near my home. However, sometimes people smoke on the benches at the driving range, and the smell can be unbearable. One time I had to leave with my son because the smoke was so strong that we couldn't even finish our practice. It would be great if the management could enforce a no-smoking policy or put up "No Smoking" signs around the driving range. We come here to exercise and stay healthy, not to breathe in secondhand smoke. read more

Very disappointed in playing the back 9 here. The course itself is nice, but we came to play an enjoyable early game of golf. Not to have the course landscaping people working next to the tee boxes and having their cart motors running when we're trying to shoot. Or having 3 or more of them walking on the greens, having their carts at the edge of the greens between us and the pin, watering, or raking the sand traps when we're ready to put our balls on the green from 100-150 yards away. Even when on the green putting, they would come right up and start watering the green with a hose right next to us! It seemed to us they were probably told by management that they had to just ignore any golfers so they could get their work done as soon as possible. It just didn't make sense! We just had to laugh, cry, and got totally frustrated with the whole thing as they completely ignored us and some even followed us after hitting in their gas carts. It really was a waste of $130 to feel like we were playing in the middle of a busy street! We won't be coming back and sticking to other places near by where there is more common sense, respect, and curtesy. read more

This review is concerning weddings so please skip if you're looking for a golf review! After looking at 10+ wedding venues, we finally found the one at Coyote Hills. This place was meant to have weddings. The ceremony site is absolutely gorgeous with the waterfall in the background and the greenery and draping that hangs from the framings of the site. The ceremony site provides so much beauty that we didn't even need to go all out in flowers or an arch (yet flowers were still pricey ). We had an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour with an indoor reception. The ballroom is also very stunning and elegant and they made very good use of the space for 125 guests. We had the diamond package which is quite inclusive - $8 floral credit per guest, wedding cake through local bakers (please go with Patty's Cakes - best cake I've ever had), 3 course meal, 4 selections of hor d'œuvres for cocktail hour, late night snack, open bar, and more! We had many people telling us how much they enjoyed the dinner and I was honestly surprised by how well they cooked the steak. I had lower expectations given that the tasting didn't blow me away but I also had to cut them some slack given that they are making steaks in bulk. But, I have to say, the chefs did a phenomenal job cooking the steak. The caterers and servers were also so friendly and accommodating and made me and my husband feel super special. If I could give this 4.5 stars I would but our wedding day was absolutely perfect. The only reason why I would give it slightly lower than 5 stars is because our venue coordinator (Hannah) wasn't as involved in our wedding planning process as much as I had hoped. We only met with her one time during the whole year of planning. She wasn't even present at our rehearsal or the actual wedding day. Luckily we had an amazing wedding planner (JenEvents) to pick up the slack but would've loved to have a venue coordinator be more present. Again, I wouldn't have changed a single thing about our wedding day and wish we could relive it. read more
