    This is the rudest establishment ive ever been in. I went to make a payment for my daughter a few…read moremonths back bc she didnt have time. I walked in and stood there for 27 mins without either employee ever even lifting their head. I ended up walking out to leave and decided I had already wasted 30 mins I may as well wait and get it done so I didnt have to come back. I go back in wait 10 more mins with 0 acknowledgement until I was irritated enough to finally say "Im not sure what the issue is but you could at least say hello someone will be with you once we have finished instead of completely ignoring someone" then I finally hear it'll be a min. I let it go bc its not worth an argument and thought maybe it was a bad day but since my experience ive had 2 other people tell me they had the exact same thing happen to them. Then my husband went to pay my daughters bill this evening and the first thing out of his mouth when he got home was those people are fing rude! He had the same deal except it was 2 girls that continued to speak to him rudely. So I guess it's their whole team that treat people with 0 respect. How has corporate not taken care of this? If ive had 3 people other than myself have the same experience with different employees I know many others have been treated the same way. Hopefully this location gets a lesson on how to treat people.

    It was a stressful afternoon. The Carbon Monoxide Detector I had inherited started continuously…read morebeeping. The battery compartment was sealed. There was no way to remove the battery & stop the beeping. The display indicated it had reached the end of its life. Everything I found in research was for units whose battery could be replaced. FINALLY I found a Reddit post for the same model which detailed how to stop the beeping. Whewww.,.... The next step was to find a location that would accept it for recycling since it couldn't be disposed of with regular trash. The city, even the 2nd Precinct Police Station, was absolutely no help. Finally.....I found this close business & it was still open. I called Mr. Fix, telling him what I had, and he confirmed that he would take this evil device that had ruined my afternoon. The outside of the store was well maintained with nice signage & tasteful advertising on the windows. Entering the store I found a clean, neatly organized business with a friendly man behind the counter. He immediately knew who I was, probably from my still present vestiges of the continuous beeping stress. He immediately popped open the sealed compartment, removed the battery & cut out a capacitor. We discussed his personal projects that I know require soldering skills that are hard to find in today's generation. Having been in the electronics repair business for 25 years, I recognized him as someone who was competent in his skills & enjoyed electronics repair. Although my experience with the business was in electronics recycling I would feel comfortable with his working on my beloved iPhone & iPad. I'm happy that he will make use of the components in devices recycled with him (not in Phones or Tablets, of course). They won't end up in a garbage dump. The location is in the strip shopping center located on the southeast corner of the intersection on Pleasure House Road & Shore Drive. Parking is adequate. I found a space directly in front of the business. This is a business I would highly recommend for electronics recycling. From my observations of his care & work on the circuit board of the evil unit that I had abandoned, I would think he showed equal care on devices brought to him for repair.

HOWEVER. My husband and I recently moved and were told that our old router was "no longer compatible" which was false per research after the fact because it is still infact usable. Not only did the installation guy upsell us to a shittier router that functions off of 5G cell network (the gigabit plan which is terrible because it can get bogged down with any network crowding in the area and is also their lowest speed plan) but he also up sold us to a new router we didn't need and an extender which we also didn't need for our RESIDENTIAL house!! Of course we were in the middle of moving -- quite literally still had the movers putting boxes in our new house; so he took advantage of us. Our old plan and old router worked like a champ with no issues only needing a quick reset like maybe once a year. Now however we have had the new network plan and router with nothing but lagging issues, device incompatibility (yeah. Thanks consumer America) requiring jailbreaks or buying new products, and a friggin price increase by almost $35! Absolutely absurd! I would not trust a THING any of their service people tell you. Do your research online with your current router or if you want to buy after market for cheaper before hand. 0/10 we will be switching providers ASAP.

I…read morewas having trouble with my face recognition and went to the "V" store for some quick help. I was immediately told that they were not "Tech support" and I was directed to the Apple store. Anyone who knows about that, it is a day long ordeal. Frustrated, I went to your Shore Dr location and was warmly greeted by Josh K. He quickly identified the problem as being my screen protector's edge was slightly blocking the camera. I removed the cover and presto! Josh did a fantastic job, and refrained from the "it's not my job" mentality that unfortunately exists. He quickly identified and fixed my issue, pleasantly and epideictically. I was a General Manager for decades with Circuit City and Best Buy, among others. AT&T should be glad that I am no longer, because I would have tried to recruit Josh on the spot. Once my contract runs out with "V", I will be returning to check out your packages. Please pass this on the Josh's Store and District Managers so that he may get the recognition that he deserves. Thanks again for such a wise hiring decision!

However, they have really fallen to absolute trash levels. Firstly, I prioritized their higher end dedicated support, domestic dedicated support in the US. As a larger client their dedicated server support has been an excellent partner in my business, until 2023, when it really started to fall apart. Ever the optimist I decided to continue my patronage for an additional year. . . what a huge mistake. I should not have rewarded failing support with more business. In the last 180 days specifically it has been a dumpster fire. We are moving our sites and business elsewhere as soon as possible. Such a shame! Really wanted to support a US/VA business. Whatever went wrong, I can no longer recommend.

The tech support was very matter of fact: sorry we can't do anything about it. Today I tried to call customer service. After waiting on hold for over an hour. I found out that they can offer me 5 months of free hosting at the time of renewal which is going to be April 2020. Yes, I paid until then. Now I don't have a website but they will not reimburse my money. Instead they were generous enough to offer me $50 credit which will cover $50 penalty for early cancellation! I DON'T have a website that they are currently hosting but since I paid until April 2020 they will penalize me for early cancellation! Can anybody understand that? When I asked if they could offer a free help with building a new website the customer service rep muted his mike and consulted his supervisor for a long time. When he came back he announced that they can not do it for me. When I asked to talk to his supervisor he sounded very surprised (I guess I should be happy) said that he will transfer me and transferred me to someone's voice mail! I really hope they will go out of business. Judging by the reviews it's gonna happen soon.
