Justin was great. Abel helped too. I hate everything about cox, but finally a couple people with decency. Way better than the Moore store.

I am an elderly (old) man who is nearly deaf and has severe visual limitations. I was twice…read morerecently in the T-Mobile store in Brixton Square, Oklahoma City (Store # 278, I think). Two outstanding agents /technicians helped me with my android phone: Tatum B. and Kristoph M, They both were extraordinary technically and in their communication-challenging relationship with me. I had several issues, which they addressed, never rushing me. They were attentive, kind, compassionate, often repeated phrases I could not hear or remember. They solved the technical problems I have brought, and showed me how to perform the tasks on my android that had baffled me. Because I have Parkinson's, my hands/fingers are often shaky, which makes me hit wrong keys, and sometimes do not realize it. Most of the time I can correct myself, but these two times my fingers stuck keys that changed major functions of the entire phone. I was unable to use the phone, and could not re-trace my error. Both Tatum and Kristoph found ways to turn off/disable the keys I accidentally struck, thus enabling me to use my phone despite my disability. With my several disabilities, they were respectful, helpful, and restored my functioning within the realities of my limitations. They both are outstanding human beings and android technicians -- which are in real life inseparable. Thank you. Howard F. Stein. 1-12-2026

I just left the store. He had no answer and shouldn't be in management. I hope he wasn't the manager. He a Asian guy not that matter, just wasn't the person for that position. The place was dead and the employees look like they didn't want to be there. Everyone was on their phone in between heads down conversation. I'll go somewhere else.

Normally when you walk they take your name and tell you it'll be a few minutes if they're busy. The one staff member came up and took my name- I told him I have a defective modem to return, he said it will be just be a few minutes. About five minutes later, different staff member told me the ATNT stores do not take any returns. He went on to say the procedure is that you take equipment to UPS. UPS will scan the Modem/ equipment and send it back to AT&T with no charge. AT&T needs to train their staff on their return procedures. They proudly Displayed a little hand written YELP sign.
