I know so we/I are trying to get this updated with current Wi-Fi and everything else that has happened with technology since 2006. The store is easily accessible off Broadway extension in edmond. It's bright and roomy (as it isn't crowded) today. We walked right up to one of the customer service counters and was told to sign in via cell phone. As you can imagine my client doesn't have a cell phone so he is unable to sign into their system.. this should be a consideration and people allowed to use house phone number as many people (some) still have house phones. I'm just saying but I don't have a house phone clearly I'm up to date with technology and have a current cell phone We waited patiently and the sales person (Brennon) was very nice, personable and professional. As my client is very detail oriented and requires you to repeat yourself often and then he repeats what he heard before asking more questions. It requires a lot patience and most people accommodate him because of his kind demeanor! Overall a good experience but as always with any service it took alittle time to process everything, it wasn't as easy as a quick in and out! Thank you Cox!!!!!

Now, I needed to verify my identity as an authorized user. The only way to verify identity was through call or text, which was going to be a problem since I didn't have a working SIM card. The girl helping me approached two other girls working there how we should figure this out since my SIM card wasnt working . They had no idea what to do. Seemed like we were sitting around waiting for lighting to strike. They even told me to try sending the verification code through again to see if it would work on the WiFi. No, it didn't! It was only after the final time I sent a verification code that the girl helping me had the BRIGHT idea to take my SIM card out and put back in. Well, now my phone works. Now I can get a verification code. But...it was too late and I'm locked out of verification attempts for the next 24 HOURS. SO I HAVE TO TRY AGAIN TOMORROW. You'd think that could've been suggested earlier. Now I've completely wasted my time. I'm going to another location.

Without actually explaining that was what they were doing....... We had a wonderful experience at the Verizon in Edmond on Broadway. Damaris helped us figured everything out and easily upgraded my phone with no issues (& no added lines lol) and he was great company while we had to wait to transfer my phone over. Highly recommend this location! And Damaris!!

My big regret is that I didn't discover them sooner…read more For the last 4 years I've been dealing with probably the worst phone service on the planet.. and not to name names; but their initials are S.T. Everything from their customer service to their phone service was abysmal. For unknown reasons they did everything they could to stop me from porting my phone number to 1-VoIP. It was a two week struggle, but the amazing people at 1-VoIP worked with me to make it happen. I could not be more impressed with the people at 1-VoIP. Justin, Markus, Luke and Gabriel are a few of the incredible agents that have helped to make this change go as smoothly as possible. Their customer service is absolutely 10 stars. I picked their Value plan for LESS THAN HALF of what I paid for S.T. The clarity on my phone now is 1000% better and the (free) optional features for your phone line are the icing on the cake. They have 17 listed features that I've only begun to focus on.. for example: call screening, call filter, do not disturb, spam filter, anonymous call reject, call forwarding, call waiting, even a wakeup call if you want. I would STRONGLY recommend 1-VoIP to everyone.

Sure,…read morethere are occasional technical issues, but I've always felt that their technical support people were knowledgeable and caring, a rarity in this business. In terms of features, 1-VoIP is the only provider to my knowledge that offers two free virtual numbers with some of their plans, and to me that was the clincher. I'm on their Premier Global Residential Plan and I think the value is unbeatable and the reliability excellent (although not faultless). Furthermore, I live in Canada and initially needed a number in the 613 area code, then more recently in the 418 area code, which they both offer. Many US-based providers do not pay much attention to Canada, which is not the case with these guys, thankfully. I used to be with Vonage (although that was nearly 10 years ago now) and have been way happier with 1-VoIP. It's like dealing with a mom & pop operation: no need to navigate through a complicated telephone menu, as the norm here is for someone to directly answer your call rather than a recording, so you get much more personalized service and, as I like to repeat over and over, their staff really cares. There is no issue I experienced with my phone line that we were not able to quickly fix together - they follow up on calls and emails and really work with you to solve any problem that arises. I highly recommend 1-VoIP for one very simple reason: because they've earned my loyalty.

Love, Love, Love this company. Forever, I thought AT&T probably hung the moon. I was even afraid to switch because I'd been with them for somewhere close on Cellular to 40 years. Try to stop something you don't want through AT&T. You literally have to go into the store to stop something. Go to T Mobile. See what you can get thru the. I really enjoy my Netflix, Hulu. TUBI AND Pluto. All free on your phone, and you can hook it up to your home TV. Best switch and only switch I've ever done for cell phone. I would not go back to my illusion of the Granbury of the other cell phone company. I know this was supposed to be internet service but if it has AT&T on it attached in anyway or buying out an existing company. I'm out. I can't stand this company. Be aware if you go with these people. Make sure the letter they send you either says do what you want with their equipment or they tell you to return it. I stop using them once. Got an email tell me to bring in my used equipment. About a week later I got another email tell me to just keep it. They didn't want it back. Then they sent me another email several weeks later telling me they were going to sue me because I hadn't returned their equipment. I called them and told them let's dance. I've got all my documentation of what you told me to do two different times. In fact I still have their equipment just I'm case. You do business with them if you desire but look at their rating.
