I have dealt with several of the Trotter employees throughout our experience and everyone was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!

Was not going to post a bad review for this company but just now they called my mom to see how the…read morejob was going. Problem is, after waiting for over 3 months to get them to get my moms roof done, we told them their services were no longer needed and moved on with a different company. After the initial claim was filed and insurance paid, all they ever did was keep coming out to take more and more pictures of the inside of her house, which was not part of the original claim, it was a building code for the decking that was the issue and several times they came out to take more pictures in the attic of the decking as well. What they did with the initial pictures is beyond me. I finally called mom's insurance company to find out what the hold up was only to find out no other paper work or contact had been initiated by Validated. That is when we told them we had enough, that was a month ago and Validated is now calling to ask how the job is going? They do not communicate within the company, with insurance companies nor with their clients.

After reading some reviews and having an older roof needing replacement, I contacted ACS - we live…read morein Dallas, but they serviced our area and gave me a quote which was competitive with the surrounding roofers. We scheduled the work and I have to say, I was really impressed. We've had work completed on our home for various items and we have had to work with a number of contractors - ACS are the first group that did what they said they would and when things happened, as they are apt to happen, they owned it. When someone stepped through our ceiling, they called me immediately and had it repaired. They never made excuses about anything and did exactly what they said they would do and took care of everything in a professional, quality workmanship way. If they were going to be late, they called, if something was taking more time, they let us know - if a sub needed to be replaced, we were notified, if they found something else wrong, they let us know before hand not afterwards. I was very pleased and will probably use them again for other work we need done, because at the end of the day, they have proven that they are trustworthy and forthright in their business dealings which unfortunately is more the exception these days instead of the rule. When our insurance inspector came out to check the work, they too were impressed with the quality of work. We received great craftsmanship, quality service at a fair price. Nick and his foreman Scott are fantastic as are their workers. We will have them back and I would highly recommend them and their crew to anyone needing work completed on their home.

They are about 2.5 hours away from where I live, but they showed up within two days of my calling and at the exact time they said they would be here. This was not a big money-making job for them, but they came and fixed my leak and didn't do a quick rush-job. It was inspected thoroughly. This company is easy and a pleasure to work with. The guy that came out was very polite, took pictures and showed my the problems and the repairs he had made. He didn't try to sell me a new roof, very honest and trustworthy, which is something you don't see very often these days. I'd recommend this company to anyone that needed a new roof or any repairs, no matter where you live!! I will absolutely call them again when the need arises. Their prices are reasonable, they aren't trying to get a second home in Hawaii by price-gouging people. Thanks Statewide for giving great service.

Multiple calls for help to Millennium, when we saw crew doing terrible workmanship got us no where. The Head Millennium agent in our area (who could speak English) quit in the middle of our total roof re-do. To finish the garage I had to give them a role of tar paper because they ran out of of Ice and Water shield. I could go on and fill up a whole page of problems we faced as a result of lack of supervision of the workers. To put it to a close - A year later I was on the roof and felt it loose and bobbing in certain areas. They (Millennium) had to redo a quarter of the rear of my roof because the new decking that replace rotten decking was not nailed to the rafters. If you use Millennium, make sure you watch the workers like a hawk and have intense supervision with a knowledgeable roofer.
