This company is a pyramid scam. I signed up in October 2024. I've had one match. (Trainwreck) I've reached out several times to no avail. I just keep getting "matches take 2-8 weeks," which wasn't spelled out by my intake person. Since then, I have copied the CEO on my emails, but I haven't received a response. I am seeking other avenues at this time. They did get my money, 7 K, for one date. Next stop BBB and Attorney General. STAY AWAY. read more

I had a pretty horrible experience, so the money part which is fairly important to understand if this is affordable comes after a two hour process about what you're looking for and all that stuff, that's fine but then when the money part comes in it's a very aggressive sales negotiation, with my experience the person I was speaking to told me that you can't take money to heaven, and then she told me about her 29-year-old family member that passed away... This is not a negotiation strategy but should be excepted. Very disgusted to be honest :( read more

I would give this a minus score if I could. I feel fortunate that at least I didn't give them any of my money. I signed up for the service but did not follow through with an interview or payment for services and I was nothing but harassed with phone calls and then rudely and unprofessionally spoken to when I declined to follow through with the services. I paid a lot of money for 4 introductions from this company. i had 3 prior to COVID and none since. i gave it time because of COVID. In January of 2022, i attempted to call numerous times and no one EVER answers nor return messages. It wasn't until i posted a review that i finally got a call. i was told i would be placed as a priority and they gave me an additional introduction. It is now 6 months later. i called once since then. Again, no answer return call from the message i left. They apparently DO NOT have the clientele they say they have. There is no way they cannot find a match for me unless they just dont have the clients they claim to have. Now, since i did get introduced to 3 individuals, one of which was no where near any attributes i listed, i demand a partial refund equivalent to 2 introductions. The contract says no refunds; however, they must also uphold their end of the contract as well!! read more

The matchmaker Sunny was knowledgeable and I was told she had a PHD in psychology with decades of matchmaking experience. She spoke of several possible matches with professional men which sounded very appealing. I'm a business owner and wanted a similar alignment with a date. I paid several thousand dollars to get 10 matches. My first match was a no go, we both declined. My second match lived in a less than desirable home (I did a little of my own background checking because i was disappointed with the quality of my first match.) He appeared to be unemployed & his social media accounts revealed several things that would raise a red flag to anyone considering meeting this man. It could have been a harmful situation. It's not locally owned, the contact doesn't match much of what was shared in the pitch and the customer service was atrocious even before they were aware of my dissatisfaction. I was not able to get my money back & have filed a complaint with the BBB. Do not use this service & beware of there other affiliated businesses.
