    When I purchased my phone 6 months ago, I specifically asked for a model with a shatterproof…read morescreen. Much to my surprise, my screen shattered this past November. When I went to ask about the problem, I was told the employee who had sold the phone had recently been fired (also for lying to customers to make sales). And despite their acknowledgement that I had been mislead, I was told I would simply have to pay to have my shattered screen repaired or replaced. I was told they would take care of the problem ONLY if I could provide recorded proof I was lied to. As if I go around recording all my transactions on the off chance the sales associate will outright lie. I escalated the matter through district and corporate levels. Now, it's the middle of January and I still have a broken phone. I was given two options - they would pay the deductible on the shattered screen (but could offer no assistance if it broke again during my contract). OR if I wanted to pay off the remaining neatly $500 on my broken phone, they would start a new contract on a new phone at FULL price and provide several additional hardware upgrades I neither need nor want. The situation is still not resolved, and their communication during this time has been severely lacking. All I want is what I asked for - a phone with a shatterproof screen. I told them I would be happy to have this one fixed with the reassurance that if it breaks again I will be covered. Or to start a new contract on a shatterproof phone at full price with the balance on this one paid off. They have this far been completely unwilling to stand behind their service in the face of their own admittedly deceitful former associate. Needless to say I am incredibly unhappy with the way I have been treated. Caveat emptor, people, as this store apparently will not stand by their customers even when they know themselves to be at fault.

Every time I go in with a problem, and bawling my eyes out (drop your phone in water- you'll see what I mean), they have been so patient with me, and helped me out. They also are so personable, and really care about customers over product. I went in yesterday to get a new iphone- and they helped me with any questions I had, and made sure I got the best deal I could! They were so helpful- that I had to let them know I only needed one person to help me! Any time I needed something- they all would jump up to help me. JUST AMAZING!!! Very lucky to have found this place, would choose over central park location any day.

    I've been tired of dealing with DSL for a while. So I decided to go with excede as I have had…read moredirect tv for years. The installation was a bit complicated, but Kurt's guys, Joe and Adam, stuck with it and didn't take the easy way out. The next day, a Sunday, a piece on the dish went bad. Excede told me I would have to wait three days for a tech to come out to make the repairs. This is after more than 50 minutes on the phone. I called Kurt, and he drove in from his home - 90 plus minutes each way - to hook me back up to the Internet. I am very grateful for his diligence and integrity in backing up his product. He answers the phone and is available, and Always, Always seems to have the answers I need, When I need them. He is devoted to his customers and loyal, and his install team does a fast, efficient job too. My first dish with them, Joe installed in ice and know and I know his hands were freezing too! They are good, hard working and really get the job done right! In this business, they truly excel and do care about their customers, something other companies should do, but many don't give us the time of day. It is a relief to be able to call someone who knows and is willing to go that extra distance. They are really an asset and very valuable team and you're lucky to get their service and install!
