This Xfinity store is very well set-up and extremely clean. There is a large television with comfortable seating where you can wait for a representative. A shout-out to Brian and Dan who were extremely patient, helpful, and competent. Try to avoid Orlando. He is officious. The experience with Xfinity, generally, was not a good one. But this particular store is a place we can recommend for help with not only transferring your data from one phone to another, but for general information. read more

**EDIT** Walked in today to the location and caught the manager who knew nothing about the exchange with his employee who blew me off. Dude seemed absolutely sincere and had the issue fixed in 20 minutes. For that, his service, and his attitude, I'm upping it to four stars. He also seemed pretty incensed about the employee and would have a rather nasty talk with him. Told me to follow up in a week. I still think their call centers are hives of scum and villainy. Go into a store. Grab the boss. It'll save time. ***/END EDIT*** Quite possibly the worst, most apathetic, and ignorant (or dishonest) service I've ever experienced with a carrier. My wife and I were on an international vacation, activated our global travel pass, and made SURE countries where our phones were on were on the pass. At some point, before entering Andorra and after leaving the country, our phones pinged one of their towers WHEN IN SPAIN. I've been trying to get over $700 in charges removed. We did not use our phones in-country. We did not download data in-country. 1) Almost a month ago, the manager of this store was on leave. A rep told me that he's elevate the issue to the manager and they would follow up. Nothing. 2) Called their customer service line, and after 10 minutes of "I don't want to speak with a 'virtual' rep," I finally got someone. They told me the charges would get taken care of. Nothing. 3) I just returned to the store to speak with their manager. The person did not even have the decency or professionalism to get off their ass in the back and assist me. They sent some rep. I want to reiterate: their manager is so worthless that they could not come out to do their job. 4) The rep gave me ANOTHER number which doesn't even cover cellphones. Worthless. 5) Called again the SAME NUMBER that sent me to an overseas callcenter. The virtual "assistant" just hung up on me. Xfinity's service is set up to maximize their ability to ignore customers. In-person staff can talk up a sale, but you'd be more likely to find less frustration with literally any other carrier. Do not activate anything with this deplorable company. Do not do business with a location where a manager cannot even get up off their lazy ass long enough to deal with a rightly furious customer. Good Quality, Value is not expensive but very good services, all the services requested for was good.

Was told my install would be very simple when I asked for instructions - by a condescending rep. However, the rep gave me the wrong cables for the install. Had to call for tech support and deal with all the blocks they have in place to get a live voice only to find out there was nobody available and I had to set up an appt with few options. So 6 a.m. the next day I spent 1 hour on the phone with a rep overseas who confirmed I was given the wrong cables. read more

I don't know why there are so many negative comments! They're all about the service of Comcast. This store was lovely, the staff was kind and helpful, and I got out of there within 10 minutes of asking a few questions. The store itself is great and highly recommend coming here with questions. I ordered Comcast phone and internet in August. When tech came for the install appointment she said they would need to run a line and would call Miss Utility. The next week Miss Utility called for the gate code and they would return in about 3 days. I have not heard from anyone since. I will not be contacting Comcast. If this is how a customer is treated when trying to establish service imagine later on. read more

Very disappointed in the service provided by Comcast but I cannot say I wasn't expecting it to happen eventually. I was sold a 2 year agreement based on info provided by a customer service rep & wouldn't you know it, what I was told was "not correct" information. Surprise, surprise! Both LaTonya & Beth "the floor supervisor" at the Fredericksburg, VA location were extremely unhelpful and not compassionate at all. Tried to email corporate and was provided 2 invalid email addresses for them by both calling Comcast as well as the live chat rep. Bait & switch is all i can say. Xfinity store was nice and the staff was also good. But overall xfinity was very disappointing. After returning all my equipment to the office after being a customer for over 20 years. I was charged an early termination fee. No not because I got new service and no longer wanted xfinity but because I had moved to an area they did not service. I was unaware that when buying a new home I had to also check to see if there services were offered in my area and if they were not I was not to buy the home. So I was charged an early termination fee of almost $400. But is it my fault they do not service my area and there sister company does. Unfair and bad customer service. Xfinity home internet and cable service will lie to you and tell you that they'll give you a promotional deal that will lower your cable bill if you sign up for internet too. So I signed up for this promotion and then I can't connect to the Internet so I call customer service and they say that I never signed up for this promotion. That I only have cable service. I am so sick of Xfinity and their lives it's not acceptable for anyone to lie to their customers and then make them feel like they never did what they did. Comcast wont refund my money from where our service was out for hours and days at a time for 5 months. They also wouldn't let me cancel my contract while still wanting me to pay my bill. I had the triple play with add ons and was paying over $200 a month. Now that I have moved they now tell me they cant see my services details. They also say that they cant see where we called the 1800 number and sent a signal to try and correct the problem. Which is what that is supposedly for.They credited me 179. That doesnt even cover 1 month of what I paid! read more

Should be ZERO stars. Horrible customer service from Comcast and especially from Cameron Evans. If you call this store to order services and "Cameron" answers, asks for another rep. Cameron will be very helpful - at first- but if you run into any problems and you call him for assistance - he will AVOID you (he will give you his cell number). We had a horrible time getting service out to our new home - actually took 23 days (in violation of the Stafford County Communications Franchise Agreement) . First tech said we did NOT have fiber optics and needed to get it installed which could take 14 days - only to have a crew show up later to discover we did have fiber optics with a very good reading from the box located 80 ft. from our house (we just needed the line installed). Comcast kept sending techs that did not know how to install fiber optics cable - just "regular" cable. My husband and I took 6 mornings/afternoons off work to meet with techs. Then, we had no updates, so I called "Cameron" on his cell. He did not return my first 2 calls. After speaking to another tech - she must have told Cameron to call me back because she said "your customer service agent should have helped you with this." Cameron called me. He was shocked we still did not have service and promised to figure out what was going on. He was able to determine that a fiber barrel drop would be done the next day. Next tech that comes out to install cable discovers the fiber line is damaged. Then we hear nothing back from Comcast. So I call Cameron again and he answers. He asks if he can call me back in an hour. He never called. I called him the next day - he thought someone else was going to call me back - asks if he could call me back in 10 minutes. He did not call back. Two hours later, I call him again, asking him to call me back with an update. He never called back. Finally reach another tech (which was not easy if you ever call and get their robot, can drive you crazy trying to get an actual person to help you) - Rene - got the ball rolling and after waiting 23 days with 11 techs and crew coming out to the house, we got service. We have received no apologies or explanations from anyone from Comcast but we got our first bill!! The Director, Government Affairs Comcast - actually tried to blame us or our neighbors on damaging the line (which was just installed) during construction of our house (which was completed a year ago). Altogether this was a horrible experience. We have 30 days to decide whether to keep Xfinity service - maybe this is the time to cut that cable line (we only went with Comcast to get internet)!! read more
