I am completely devastated for my sister as this was her big day. Nya despite multiple attempts to get ahold of her never once reached out apologizing despite my sister emailing her and messaging on instagram. Until I started commenting on her facebook account asking to give my sister a refund She stated this has never happened before but by all the other yelp reviews it's a complete lie. I honestly don't know how she still can operate a business with how unprofessional it has been. She claimed she "spaced it"?! I am so unbelievably upset.
