She then writes me and says there is a price increase and I have to pay an additional fee because of is. So i do, in full. The day of my wedding she drops the cake she made and sends us a picture of the dropped cake. First of all, it wasn't what I had ordered at all. Slightly resembled the cake I did order but even being dropped it was clear it wasn't the same one we had agreed upon. Then, decides to not even show up at all with the rest of the order. She then texts my coordinator, while our ceremony is taking place to say that she's not coming at all and says she dropped the cake and has other things to handle. She said to my coordinator as well as to me that she would issue a full refund and replace the cake. Issued a partial refund and is refusing to pay the rest because She worked so hard on the cake and feels that we are even because she's so upset she dropped it. Will be filing a suit in court for the remaining balance and have lost all respect for this woman and her company. SHES UPSET?! THIS ORDER was for my WEDDING!
