Service was great--our waitress was very attentive, and we knew to expect about an hour wait for the pizza. Unfortunately, when it came out, it was really burnt. My husband didn't mind since he likes his pizza well done, but for me it was too overdone and I was honestly surprised it was served that way. Ambiance was a fun modern bar scene I've always enjoyed this place in the past, so I'll definitely give it another shot, but this visit was a bit of a disappointment.

They had some great sours on tap, and they also feature bottles from other breweries. Everyone who worked here was so nice and laid back. After a couple beers in, some of us were having the munchies - and get this, they had Totinos pizza rolls! Can you imagine a better combo!? Beers + pizza rolls = me in heaven. If I'm ever back in Niles i would love to stop by again to chill, and enjoy a couple cold ones.

A lot of items on the menu were not available. They didn't have anything I wanted. So I ordered a Tenderloin sandwich, with fries I wanted mayo, onion, lettuce tomato, cheese and pickle on it. They didn't have any lettuce or tomato oh and no cheese. I got the order and it come with potato chips and no fries. The tenderloin was good but the bun was only 12% the size of the tenderloin. It use to come on a sub bun. The place is in dyer need of a good business manager. Stacy was and is only a cook and does not know what she is doing. I will never return there. Place is going down hill since Ed passed away 2 1/2 years ago.

They will bring in crock pots…read moreof food and deserts and eat it at the bar while all the customers are having to pay for their food that is made there. Very rude practice and uncalled for. But the owner Stacy Walsh will do what she wants because its her business. Since the death of owner Ed Walsh Jr. His wife took over and she does not know a thing about managing a business. All she is , is a cook. Then she lacks with that now. The burgers are terrible and the fries are not good at all. Most of the time when you look at the menu, you see a lot is offered. Yet try ordering something different than your usual and it will be out of stock. Stacy Walsh does not know how to order food and has less knowledge in how to treat people. She is rude and bossy. The help she hires has a lot to be desired and some of them like. Boston tattoo girl, foul mouthed full of complaints and talks bad about the business and Stacy. WOW and she got hired there. Stacy will not listen to anybody and is in full control of everything.

Took two tries to get the sauce. My sliders had zero seasoning and the fries were luke-warm, brown and limp - nothing like the ones I saw around us. My wife ordered her tacos with the sauce on the side, they came doused in sauce. She ate one, then asked for the remaining one to be re-done with the sauce on the side. A VERY long time later, they brought another full order. By that time, we were done and asked for it "to-go." After waiting a LONG time for our check, we looked in the to-go box and realized that there was NO sauce on the side. ...another long wait. Waitress explained that the owner was adjusting the charges which was why it was taking so long. We said "she needs to come over and talk with us," but she did not. The tacos were discounted, but really should have been comp'd. That isn't why I'm complaining, though. We were very frequent customers at their previous restaurant and drove quite a distance to try this one. We will try one more time, but it won't be for awhile. Kitchen needs to get with it. Owner needs to own-up to mistakes.
