The fields are upkept very well!! Staff and personnel here are very friendly and helpful and you can tell who works here or not, that is important when it comes to sporting events when things arise that you need assistance with. They have a concession stand that stocked pretty well with the basic needs and then some for these events, seeds, gatorade, hot dogs, etc. Bathroom are pretty well maintained as well. Lastly their website is user friendly and you can count on them updating things such as rainouts and rankings pretty efficiently!

I brought my daughter here this time and it was her first time here. She noted how friendly everyone was from the fans to the staff. We even got to take pix with Rudolph the mascot easily. There are plenty of food and drink options and a variety of seating including a grassy area. Not a bad seat in the house. The evening views of Mt Rainier are stunning and insta-worthy. There's a lot of quirky minor league side events happening to keep the audience entertained between innings like the sax playing gorilla or the palm frond waving staff for the VIPs in the special section. There is a decent amount of parking although on this night we had to find street parking. It was closed off for fireworks night which was spectacular! Very nice ballpark, great dining options. It was Chick-Fil-A special but it was limited tickets so we purchased regular tickets. It was a fun evening overall.

The seats aren't too uncomfortable, and the stadium is small enough that it doesn't take long to walk around it. We always love shopping for merch and checking out all the food options. My wife and I came from Seattle to check out Cheney Stadium, but unfortunately, we were turned away…read morebefore we could even get inside. A security staff member told us that only people with "business" were allowed in, but when I asked what that meant, I never received a clear explanation. What made it especially confusing was seeing two female visitors enter shortly afterward, despite us being told we couldn't. I don't know their circumstances, so I can't say why they were allowed in, but from our perspective, the policy did not appear to be applied consistently. It left us feeling unwelcome and questioning whether we were treated fairly. The outside of the stadium has potential, although the parking lot and surrounding grounds looked like they could use some maintenance. Unfortunately, we never got to see the inside or experience the stadium itself. It would have been nice if I had been able to go inside and see what was there, as that would have allowed me to give a more complete and informed review. I hope management can communicate its visitor policies more clearly and ensure everyone receives the same welcoming and respectful treatment.

Had an amazing time at the electric run. This was my second untimed 'fun run' in recent years, and…read moreit didn't disappoint. The energy was great, staff were super friendly, parking was easy (and free!), the race felt well organized, the lines, though long, moved quickly, the shirts are cute and glow in the dark (of course), and the course was just super fun. Loved the candy land theme with gummy bears and dance party at the end - I'm more of a hip hop R&B girl, but EDM seemed fitting. lol. and loved that they also served scones there! :D :D :D. Best part: I lost my ID somewhere amidst glow sticks, suds, black light and fun... lost and found didn't have it, so I found myself retracing my steps while everyone else grabbed a beer :(..but every staff member was so friendly and helpful.... half way through the course, I miraculously decided to turn right instead of left and a police officer called over to me and asked if I was looking for someone. I told him I had lost my ID and he said oh...what's your name and birthdate? Smiled, and handed me my ID... what are the chances!? :)

This is my 2nd year volunteering at the electric run in Puyallup (or Seattle, as they label…read moreit...even though it's like 40 minutes away from Seattle but oh well!) It's so much fun. The energy is amazing. The people you get to work with are amazing, the whole experience is...amazing. I was stationed at the last stretch of the run last night, the energy of all the runners when they found out it was almost over was so much fun to work with. To be the light at the end of the tunnel for these runners was exciting. After the run is done, you get to go into the pavillion & join a huge dance party. They have a live dj & fun decorations. The atmosphere is high energy!! They threw out a ton of glow Sticks & had huge balloons everywhere. Everything was glow in the dark & black lights. This 5K is one of the bests around. Sign up as a group & run with all your friends. Dress up, dress down, whatever you want! The different courses you go through make it go by quickly & you have fun every step of the way. If you've never done one, make this your first.
