This is the worst company that I have ever done business with. They sent me the wrong size cover, and I sent photos and a video back to them to prove it. They said that wasn't good enough, their records show it is the correct size even though it was made in India and never verified in the USA. The size is off by 3 FEET, not just inches. Also, you cannot talk to customer service by phone. I am in the process of doing a chargeback with by credit card since they won't replace this cover. Take your business elsewhere, DON'T buy anything here! Daniel Kemp is the service rep, totally worthless. I would fire him today if he worked for me! read more

we had placed a large order. They messed up on the sizing of the order and refused to send us the correct size covers. We basically wasted $1400 even though the company was at fault when we put in the correct measurements they sent us the wrong ones and refused to exchange. Do not order from this company. They are the worst and they will scam you, save your time and money order from somewhere else. read more

After 3 months of attempting to get a refund, I've given up. This company should not be allowed to continue doing business. At best they seem awfully shady. If you don't believe me this will be your own fault, You will only get a run around but no refund. Try taking that to your bank! read more

Don't be fooled by Coversandall. They sell a flawed product with the excuse: 'the cover has been made in accordance with our standard procedure'. That standard procedure adds 3"-4" of material to all dimensions resulting in a big, oversized mess of a cover. The images on their website show false renderings of perfectly fitted covers. They refuse to do anything about it. They do NOT stand by their product. read more

This comment is about horrible customer service and frustrating post purchase experience. Spent HOURS on chat and phone trying to get an explanation about my delayed order. No one I contacted seemed to care about fostering good will and did not address my specific request. There seemed to be a disconnect between my request for information written in plain English with a specific request and the customer service people's native language. Did get one response to email but they did not seem to understand the issue or answer any of my questions. Zero stars for customer service and I am NOT going to buy from this business again!! read more

My mother ordered a screen door from this company. She accidentally bought the wrong size and was looking to exchange it for the correct one and they refused. The customer service staff were very rude and not helpful at all. In addition, the website is not simple to navigate. read more

I ordered a custom cover for my ping pong table online. Everything seemed fairly straight forward except one strange measurement requested. In addition to a total width of the table, it requested a curvature width with an image that suggested measuring length between the legs of the table. No follow up was made following the order. Just shipment of the product. Unfortunately, the length of the cover was cut to the curvature length, making the cover 14in too short. So bummed. Not sure why they would ask for total length and not cut to it. I reached out to CoversandAll and received a series of responses that read like AI answers. Absolutely no effort to remedy the problem other than to tell me why I was wrong, why they are not at fault, and that they would be happy to offer me 15% off another $380 cover. None of the responses addressed the misleading image or how it would work for anyone supplying measurements online using it as a guide. I am guessing I am not the first with this issue. This company is perfect example of good idea that fails with automated execution. Be very careful using them. Their order structure is not intuitive, is at times deceptive, and is lacking any post-order follow up to confirm dimensions. This would be OK except their products are pretty expensive. So mistakes are very costly. I would strongly recommend using a local company that has quality controls in place and can handle their mistakes well. read more

Technical issues on site cost me alot of money. Measurements not correct. Non refundable.

Today I tried to get questions answered about the correct size to order for some outdoor furniture I wanted to order and could not get anyone to answer my question. First, I talked with someone overseas, then complained on a chat line online so someone called back from the states and she couldn't answer it either. This took up most of my afternoon. I now realize that if it's this hard to get an answer about the product before I buy it, I can only imagine how hard it would be if I had an issue after I bought it. Then, I found the reviews here and realize my frustration and hang up may well have saved me from buying a nightmare. Next time I will check here first. The way I see it, this is a staff training issue not a customer service issue. My guess, and it's only a guess, is, they hire people to work the phones, hand them a book full of FAQ's and expect them to know what they are doing. I doubt one person in customer service has come close to the products they are hired to help us with, much less be able to answer questions about them. I will look elsewhere for my covers, and all! read more

Ordered my cover thinking it was a USA product which it is not it comes from India took 2 months to get here it is nowhere even remotely the right size have sent 3 emails four phone calls 3 different chats with them and nothing. I am going to dispute it with my bank as they aren't going to do anything to fix this obviously. You must avoid this company. read more

These people lead you to believe that you will get a fantastic discount only to find out that the coupon is expired or greatly reduced by the time you get to checkout. There "customer service" people have no idea of what you're talking about especially when it comes to a custom job. They spend most of the time apologizing for everything which sets off an alarm for me or they attempt to sidetrack you by asking idiot questions like "how is your day going?" When you are trying to explain what you want. After 3 weeks of haggling I finally have up and went with "Made In The USA". read more

Supposed cover for outdoor use. Drawstring cords broke after 6 months. Exceptionally cheap!

Happy with our purchase. I can't speak yet about the durability since we just received it within a week or two. But we had good customer service via email which was incredibly helpful. I think it did take a bit to arrive, but not much past their shipping time which I expected since it was traveling from India! Our outdoor furniture looks great and the covers appear to be well made! Very happy so far! read more

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. They promised expedited shipping when they're fully aware they can't even meet the non-expedited timeline. I ordered on 7/12, paid for expedited shipping, and was told delivery would be 7/23. On 7/26 I still had not received my order and when I inquired I was told they needed another two weeks. I believe they're intentionally misinforming people. They've broken my trust. read more

Entirely disreputable. 1. False Claim/Advertizing #1 The first lines on the Advertizement Site states: "WELCOME OFFER" "20% OFF SITEWIDE ON YOUR FIRST ORDER". Untrue--there are no qualifiers whatsoever - nor is there a footnote marker. Following that--multiple pages of pictures and thereafter in small font limitations are place--without footnote. 2. False Claim/Advertizing #2 The sites states that you can pay with credit cards. Untrue. 3. Service--The service was the worst of any that I have encountered. I expended hours attempting to cancel the order to no avail. Resolution: I will notify the California AG, BBB, and AmazonPay. I am suing in them in California Small Claims Court. read more

Never delivered my order since they wanted to add a surcharge. Never emailed, texted, or notified me. When I called, after it was not delivered (after a month) their justification was weak. They first told me it shipped and gave me a FedEx number. Then they said it was not shipped due to non-payment. Then they said they charged me extra because a change I made needed more fabric. I told them my change dropped the use of fabric and wasn't even necessary but I followed the advice of the person who reviewed my order. Then they said, we have ti charge you anyway. I said it made no sense. Then their supervisor said they would take 60% off the extra charge instead if 50%. I then asked for a new delivery date. They said they could not tell me until I paid the fee. By this time, 2 hours later, I had enough. I cancelled the order and will never do business with them again. read more

I purchase 3 custom covers on 5/19/20 and paid an extra $39 to have them delivered on June 4th. I called on June 3rd to find out where they were and I was informed that there was a delay of 2 weeks due to Covid. This company is not restricted and their business probably is up compared to normal. The lied about the order date. I then received an updated email stating they would be delivered on June 17. Then 3 days later on June 13th I received a 3rd revised date of June 19th today. I got on messaging and the person said my order was in production and would be another week. Then when done and ready to ship they would let me know. That will be another 2 weeks. Cannot believe anything they say. They are just in it for the order and zero customer service retention. If you have unlimited amount to time for covers go ahead and order from them but if you have covers needed for expensive outdoor furniture sitting in the Hot AZ sun I would pass and go to the Cover Store. They do not lie about their delivery date!!!!! read more

Avoid doing business with them. Worst customer service. I do not think I will ever see my product that I ordered. I really don't understand the company's low star ratings here. I absolutely love the product. I ordered 5 pieces to protect my Crate&Barrel patio furniture. The covers were extremely well-made, made to the exact measure and had l all the bells and whistles like vents and handles. Most importantly, the patio covers came on time, just as thick ash started hitting the ground and covering my backyard during the California wildfires. I truthfully can't think of any major negatives, and would highly recommend the product to all my family and close friends. read more

BAIT AND SWITCH! they promote heavily their introductory promotion for new customers of 20% off your first order. what they keep hidden (until you check out) is that the promotion is capped at $50. This is the exact copy of the text the send you: "CoversAndAll: Hi (name), Thank you for joining the SMS list! Enjoy 20% off your first order with code WELCOME20. Shop Now:https://kvo6.io/0/5sGhW8. Text STOP to opt-out" Nowhere does it say up to $50. not even when you build your cart and click on the link they send you. it is a total surprise at checkout. then their customer service reps would rather spend time arguing with you about promotion vs. honoring the offer that was texted to me and making for a happy new customer. They don't seem to have interest in the amount of business they COULD have had if they had honored their promoted offer. This company has a lot to learn about managing expectations and customer service. Buyer beware. read more

Well I guess I should have read the review before purchasing one of their products, it would have saved me from at least having to write this. I ordered a cover that I did not use right away, but with 30 days of use, 2 or the 4 corners stitching disintegrated. I reached out to them and they told me that since the warranty period was 90 days and we were beyond that, I was out of luck. So now I guess I will take this out to the end of the driveway on trash day and see if I can find a reputable company that makes products they stand behind and are made better. read more

Buyer beware! The grill cover sent was not what I ordered. I finally got the contact information and they told me to send pictures of the cover. If I could give less than one I would. This was a gift for my husband as he and his partners and very proud of their fledgling company. I was hoping to give this as a gift so that when we haul the camper out we can advertise while we explore the dusty dirt highway. I approved the logo as it was exactly what I sent. The writing and logo were gray with a yellow line. The product showed up all in white which as a company owner knows that is not the logo then. I was told it wouldn't work in the colours on black I would have considered a different background but I was never contacted and they proceeded to do it in all white without my approval. They offered 25% off on a reorder why would I reorder without them communicating changes or getting it right the first time. It's bad business. I feel like an idiot for not checking reviews on yelp first. I can clearly see I am out the $ and proper order. read more

I paid a significant amount extra for shipping so that my cover would arrive as my new couch did. I absolutely love the fact that you post loud and proud that your supply chain is not affected by cover-19 BUT that the order I placed on May 4th and paid priority shipping for so that it would be delivered on May 15th is "still in process" on May 13th. It actually says online that the expected delivery date is now May 19th. Glad I paid extra for a priority shipping... I tried to get more information using your chat support but Bhargav told me that the delivery date is May 25th. So just to resume I paid extra for May 15th, your website says May 19th, and your customer support representative says 25th. I have fair reasons to believe that I'm getting tossed around here. Why am I getting different answers? Why have I paid for priority shipping if you were unable to fulfill your orders in such timeframe? Why can't I speak to anyone but Bhargav? Customer service is horrible. I ordered custom covers and paid for the expedited shipping to receive by the 14th. When I did not receive the order I contacted customer service. They said it was shipped and I should contact FedEx. FedEx says they have not received it yet (it's sitting in India) and it could take months for it to get to me. Wow! I really should have checked reviews here first. Just like everyone else I ordered custom size outdoor chair covers and they don't fit. Their website states that they add extra inches to your provided dimensions so that the covers can slide on easily. They did not. It was very hard to get anyone in customer service but when I finally did they said to send photos of the inside tags on each cover. I did that. They replied that the dimensions were correct per my order. They requested more photos and video of me measuring the covers. I sent those 9 days ago and have had no reply despite my sending 3 follow up emails asking what was going on. Clearly they are betting on me giving up. I won't. Ordered a grill cover on April 17, 2020 thinking I was ordering from a US company with production here in the US. A call with customer service this morning told me to expect my order around June 26th. This is the 3rd estimated delivery date I've been given since placing the order. This is from their FAQs: "Where are the Products made? Depending on the product and quantity we make them in one of our three locations: Lawrenceville Ga, Phoenix AZ and India." It safe to assume that virtually ALL of their products are being made in the last location listed above. No local US phone number listed....only toll free overseas call center reachable. The product delivered seems fine. Although they give an address for their company in USA, covers are made in India. I made a mistake in my initial measurement when I placed order on a Sunday. I called their customer service number same day and was on hold for 20 minutes before being disconnected. I then sent an email so they could fix my order before making it. They sent me an email five days later and said all adjustment need to be made within 1 hour of submitting order......really, you started making it on a Sunday?
