I wish every once in a while A good review could be left I have tried for three days to place an order with this joke of a company how are they even in business? Do yourself a favor if you need any type of patio cover or really anything this company sells go someplace else quite possibly some of the worst customer service really that's not even the correct term it would be customer no service as I have not been able to speak with someone for three days about placing a sizable order. If you have nothing but time on your hands give this company a try as it's what I'm finding to be impossible to get in touch with them regarding a question before placing an order. Obviously I will be going somewhere else... read more

I would give zero stars if I could! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The customer service is horrendous. They will NOT take anything back. I ordered Christmas Tree storage bags, however they were gigantic and unusable. I reached out regarding a refund numerous times via phone and email and was basically given the run-around. Finally, an "Escalation Specialist" called me in response to an email and told me that it was my fault I didn't read the dimensions correctly and no refund would be issued. So much aggravation. I had to send pictures of the bag and the inside label, when really they had no intention of refunding me, regardless. read more

I special ordered a cover from Covers and all and am very disappointed. When the measurements were sent in, they sent me a standard cover that was close to my measurements but not quite. The only thing they offered was 25% with a new cover purchase. Should have ordered from the Coverstore. read more

First of all, they are in INDIA. So 'expedited shipping/processing' is not even possible though you can choose that option checking out for $20. I still haven't received my product and it's been over a month now. It's hard to contact anyone at the company and they keep lying about my delivery date. The tracking number now has it sitting somewhere in India for the last week. Really disappointed and I want my money back read more

I ordered a custom cover for a big green egg table that I custom built. They did a great job with the cover and made sure that the dimensions were correct. They corresponded back-and-forth several times to make sure we got it right. Highly recommend. read more

Horrible company to deal with. Do not stand behind their products. 11 pictures later and they still want more proof it's their problem. Simple 56"x27.5"x14" rectangular table. They didn't add the 1-2" in the 56" direction that they clearly state on their website so the cover doesn't fit. Won't just make their mistake correct. They have all the information they need but try to find fault with the customer so they don't have to remake the product. Don't do business with this company from India. They are unethical. Very good US companies that stand behind their products for 5% more. If you think you're getting a deal, your buying a problem with this company. read more

I wish I could give a zero rating!!! This company is horrible. DO NOT purchase anything from them! They will not accept a return on items they cut incorrectly. Their measuring tool is inaccurate. Do not waste your money with this company. HORRIBLE!! WORST Customer service. They refused a refund or take a return of their item. read more

I was referred to coversandall.com by the place where I bought my BBQ. On their site, I was pleased to get a 20% off code so I placed an order. I provided all the measurements requested in their online form, and proceeded to checkout. At checkout, the code gave me a 14% discount instead of 20%. THIS IS A BAIT AND SWITCH! They hope you won't notice. I called them and they gave me another code that didn't give the correct discount, then a third code that finally gave the 20% and I submitted the order. Then I got an email asking questions about the dimensions and asking for pictures. I provided the pictures and the information. Then I got another email with more questions about the dimensions. In this email they used letters to indicate the different dimensions, whereas on the web form they used numbers. And again this was information I had already provided. I provided it again but then decided they are just too difficult to work with and I didn't trust them. So I asked them to give me an additional 10% discount for all the time I had spent, or cancel my order. They refused the discount. Therefore I assumed they were processing the order since I had sent them the dimensions three times. I waited a few weeks and when it didn't arrive I went online to check my order status. I FOUND THEY HAD PUT MY ORDER ON HOLD! When I inquired they had no good answer. This was outrageous. They neither refunded me nor processed the order, they just set it aside. At this point I demanded a refund, which I got. In my experience coversandall.com is a horrible, untrustworthy company with whom I would never do business. I've also notified the BBQ place not to refer to them any more. read more

If I could give a zero, I would. I ordered a black custom cover, and once I got the confirmation email it said navy blue. On the confirmation email, it said if you need to change your order, to do so within 2 hours. I immediately emailed and said I needed black, not navy blue. Never got an email back. I called 4 times the next day, wasting hours on hold. Nobody ever answered the phone. Finally a week plus later I got a response to my email, but they stated they already shipped my product so I couldn't change it. Will never order here again. read more

very disappointed. I asked for a cover for a couch parens three seats parens and I received a cover for something entirely different such as a tall 5 foot bureau. I asked for a refund because I received the wrong cover. That was not usable.. covers and all sent back a response and said "no refunds". I don't recommend doing business with companies that refuse to give refunds, especially when the error is 100% theirs. Additionally, when you open up the covers package, you will get in extreme toxic, chemical smell... Both of them. Will not do business with this company again. read more

From the website: "100% waterproof, and UV-resistant fabric makes sure your furniture is protected at all times." This statement is patently false. Even the higher-end fabric I chose is not UV resistant. There was noticeable fading within a couple months of being on a patio that gets sun half the day. There was no rain, so no other weather factors contributed to the discoloration. Temperatures do not get higher than the mid 90s, so extreme temperatures are not to blame. Also, I measured and remeasured the cushions to ensure I had exact specifications per the template on their website. Rather than putting the zipper on the back as it was setup, they all came on the side. So, each cushion has a zipper going halfway under the legs. Their website currently shows an average of 4.71 stars out of 5, but I know my, and many other reviews I saw, do not appear on their website. This is purposefully misleading and deceptive. I tried contacting them multiple times about my order's delay, delivery time from when they stated it was shipped (which was a lie, as someone I chatted with through their website let slip,) and actions they would take to correct their production mistakes. I got absolutely no help and they took no measure to rectify the problems they created. read more

As advertised on their home page no shipping or duty, no true. I ordered a cover for my fire pit. Was so so but wouldn't buy another cover for anything again. About a month after I picked up my package I received a bill for #23.45 for duty, shipping and handling from DCL! Apparently The shipping company used does not have an account with DCL so the costs fall to the customer. Have emailed, called and emailed again. No response. Do not risk it when ordering, you may receive a bill long after you picked up your package. I have no other option other than to pay otherwise this will negatively impact my credit rating, something coversandall probably count on. read more

They advertise selling "Hot Tub Covers". Anyone who has lived in the US for the past 50 years knows that a hot tub cover is a rigid piece of foam wrapped in vinyl that typically folds in half and insulates your hot tub. So I ordered one using their online ordering and it specifically shows a typical hot tub cover complete with insulation. What I received was a worthless sheet of vinyl that wasn't even the color I ordered. There is no insulation and no place to put insulation. They won't take it back. This is a spin on the bait and switch maneuver. They are located in India so I guess I got what I deserved. RIPPED OFF! My credit card company is now disputing this with them. BUY IN USA if you want quality and protection from con-men. India is notorious for rip offs and cons. read more

Horrific - completely non-existent customer service. I order a tarp for a cover for my hey ring. The ring didn't last a week, and the stitching came loose, causing to to fray. Buyer Beware! I was told the cushion cover has a fabric feel. It does not. There is no different feel than the storage cover we purchased. It even makes the same scratchy sound when you run your hand over it. There is absolutely nothing fabric about it! Terrible experience overall. Bad customer service, no follow up, and now I am disputing the charges of 2 custom-made covers the were never sent to me. I ordered in April with expedited shipping, never received it, contacted the company 5 times with no follow up, finally talked to someone that didn't help, and just made a claim with my bank to reverse the charge. It's June 17th and I never received the item, and the tracking number became invalid after May 26th. I was supposed to get it delivered by 5/13/2020. OMG, what a nightmare. I'm only rating the customer service because I HAVE NOT GOTTEN ANYTHING YET! These people lie. After it missed it's promised delivery date, I call customer service. The person says "oh, it's packed and ready to be shipped". So the next day when I don't get an update with tracking number, I called again. "No, it's still in production". Ten days later I'm told it's shipping by end of the day (it was 6:20 pm EST when this conversation was occurring). According to my order dashboard it actually was packed yesterday, so not quite sure why almost 24 hours later it hasn't shipped. By the way, before you order from here, understand that all customer service is based out of India, AND the covers are manufactured and shipped from India. The address listed for this business is a non-descript building that doesn't appear to be more than a store-front for a foreign-based business. At least that's my guess. read more

Prepare to be lied to by this company. Luckily I got my refund surprisingly fast. Cheap covers, but not worth the headache.

Based upon earlier reviews, it seems this company had extreme difficulties last fall. However, I just placed an order and was very satisfied with the results. I placed an order for 3 custom curved couch covers and the estimated delivery date was about 4 weeks from the date of purchase. This was stated up front before I confirmed my payment. I will admit after ordering I read all the negative reviews and was a little worried, but I also did not really need the covers right away so I sat and waited. About a week before the estimated delivery date I received an email stating the delivery date would be delayed by a mere 2 days. I received a FedEx tracking number and it arrived right on time on the updated delivery date. The quality of the covers is fantastic and the custom cut is perfect! These covers will definitely hold up in inclement weather! The covers did ship from India as other reviews complained about. I think the seller could communicate that better, but that said I do not understand the super negative reviews. The company is up front about the delivery timeframe and in my case it was accurate within 2 days. The product is made of high quality material and the company does a very good job with custom measurements and sewing it all together. 5 stars is deserved! read more

My first order was great. They made to fit a custom gas fire pit, with an emblem that turned out very nice. My most recent order has been "meh". I have replied to several comments by the company but have no idea what the status of my order is. Tried multiple times to talk to a human, not a chance - even got hung up on several times. Then tried to use the chat app. Again, multiple attempts resulted in receiving no status. I purchased a custom 34x84x34" patio table cover via their website about a month ago. My goal was to have a cover which completely shielded the table from UV exposure, since it is constructed of Cedar with a natural oil finish and I do not want it to darken or turn grey any time soon, considering I put close to 80 hours into this furniture-grade woodworking effort. When ordering, I selected the more expensive Cover Tuff material, in the Grey color option. The cover took about 5 weeks to receive, and I did have to send a message to their customer service at one point when the original ship date had passed. They were polite and quickly got the order shipped out thereafter. Since I had expected a 4 week lead time anyway, this was not really an issue for me. When the shipment was late and I saw all of the reviews on here, I thought that I was going to have to have my CC company do a charge-back, but thankfully I ended up as a happy customer. Having inspected the cover, the material and workmanship are good, particularly for the price. The Cover Tuff material is heavy and has a substantial rubberized feel to it, and it is definitely opaque enough for my requirements. Overall I am pleased with the product that I have received and would order from them again. read more

Agreed this company is a complete RIPOFF. I ordered $1,000 worth of covers (before I saw these reviews!) and they left out a $13 air bag from the orders. You'd think it would be a pretty simple thing to just send us a replacement air bag. Nope - 5 phone calls and emails later, they are steadfastly refusing any customer support and just leave me on hold for 20 minutes at a time "researchnig the problem" until I just give up. Do not under any circumstances buy from this company. I ordered 4 custom outdoors curtains for my barn and not one of them was the correct size. Three of them were 3 feet too long and any where from 2 inches to 5 inches too short in the width. The customer service is atrocious in that the communication was the worse experience I have ever had it was very difficult to understand what the representative was saying (that is what I get for not buying US made products). Each time I talked with them about the wrong sizes (total of 4 times) they came up with a new requirement. They even sent a scathing email stating the case would be closed due to no contact. There were multiple (10) emails sent by myself to them starting with "I do not want them replaced, I would like compensation for having to add wood pieces to support beams in order for the curtains to fit in width and compensation to have the additional 3 feet cut off the bottom." Well guess what there is no resolution for their mess up, and this cost me $800 and now I have to fix it. This is the worst company I have ever come across. Too bad they are not a member of the Better Business Bureau because they would be reported and of course there is no way to leave comments on their web site. Buyer be wear of this horrible company.
