Made a total mess of the residential…read morejob site, did effectively nothing, then charged egregiously for half-an-hour of "work" which would have taken literally 10 minutes had the ABR employee not been training an apprentice the whole time. Upon leaving, the employee said the invoice "wouldn't be much because we didn't do anything." Then I received an insane invoice about ten times expected for 30 minutes of work. When confronted regarding the invoice, was told fees began at initial phone call the day prior to the appointment. Huh? Then was told by the "president" over the phone that people commonly have issues with their [shady] invoicing practices and continued to be incredibly belligerent while consistently expressing the need to "inform me" of the way things were. I hardly got a word in edgewise. He pitifully complained about "overhead" costs like paying his government mandated liability insurance, fuel for "his" truck, and for tools. Sad.

At annual inspection #2, despite the inspector telling me I passed and them leaving a green tag on our system, they told me and many of my neighbors that we had failed the inspection and attempted to charge us outrageous fees to repair things they were responsible for. These are brand new homes and we all passed the previous year. Very shady and bizarre. No idea how this place is still in business. We are making sure to share our experience with all the other HOAs in our area.
