I had a terrible experience with Covers And All. I had ordered from the before and they called me to verify dimensions and everything. The second time I ordered they made all but one cover wrong. They blamed it on me. They said the measurement was wrong but it was more than that. Their customer care is HORRIBLE! Their product did not live up to their advertising. I took my much less expensive screen mesh door panels off to replace with these superior screen mesh door panels. They looked good but their magnets are weak. Just a light breeze opens my panels. And then when I complain to them, they said sorry we gave you what you ordered. I was in need of a small, 5 x 7 vinyl tarp with grommets and located Covers and All in a Google Search. C & A's website was well designed and easy to navigate without the need to speak to a sales associate. I was prepared to be patient, as the world was already well in the grips of the COVID pandemic by April 4 when I placed my order, I was pleasantly surprised to discover a COVID alert banner atop of the C & A home page: "DELIVERING COVERS & TARPS RIGHT ON TIME Our supply chain is not affected by the Corona Virus Outbreak (COVID-19). Your order will be delivered on time. Order Protective Covers Now." I relied on that assurance, because there were numerous other suppliers with which I could have placed my order. Sure enough, I received an order confirmation via e-mail indicating delivery on April 24. This was perfect, because I needed the tarp no later than April 29. Five days later, on April 9, I received a second notification by e-mail advising my order would be shipped on time, April 24. I interpreted this to mean my order was in production. A good sign. This was the last notification I received. April 24th came and went with no word from C & A. Same on April 25-28. When I was finally was able to reach a call center customer service rep on April 28, the CSR was unable to provide me a date my order would be produced, much less, when I would receive it. He had no response to my question inquiring why I received a second confirmatory e-mail on April 9, or why the web banner about their intact supply chain and on-time delivery was still up. As it turns out, the CSR informed me, the product is manufactured in India. I didn't need the CSR to inform me India is on lock down. There is a massive amount of media coverage about the Indian lockdown order that came on March 24, 2019--10 days before I placed the order and several days before I saw the banner on the C & A home page. After a significant amount of back-and-forth about when I needed my order, I informed the CSR that I needed the product on the date it was twice promised, but that April 29th or even April 30th would still work. Reluctantly, after placing me on extended hold, C & A agreed to cancel my order and return the charges to my card. The CSR confessed once again, that he had no idea when my order would be placed in production or where, for that matter, production would occur. I had placed an order online with the demensions of my patio cushions request. The next day i called and asked if I could change the colour. They advised that no its not possible its already gone into production. I have over 10 emails requesting my dimensions again and again. UPDATE... after receiving my order somewhat later than expected: The quality and accuracy of the cover are good. The material is very heavy and does not appear to be breathable, so we'll need to see if any issues such as (mold/mildew inside) develop as a result. It is certainly waterproof from what I can tell. Due to its weight and size, it is cumbersome to install and remove, but my outdoor sectional is also fairly large. We also ordered a round firepit cover and that item is of similar quality. It is important to note that although the company lists U.S. contact information, it appears their company is actually located outside the U.S. This didn't seem to prevent a reasonable delivery time once the items were actually shipped. this is the MOST dishonest company I have ever dealt with. they mislead you about their discounts (they tell you 30% off while you are shopping and then cap the discount at $60 at checkout on a $1,000 order). Then they tell you that production takes 24-48 hours but my order has been in production for over a week. they promised a delivery date that will now be missed by at least a week. I called customer service (in India) everyday and was told each time that the order was shipping out that day. nothing shipped. my emails have not been answered. my next move is to fight it out through PayPal. I recently placed 2 orders for covers for some music recording equipment, a mixer and a MIDI keyboard controller. There are dust catching spots (keys, sliders, dials, cable jacks) that could really benefit from covers as I'm always dusting the surfaces. This gear is only kept indoors so water resistance or waterproofing was not a requirement. The website specifies to measure dimensions exactly but that there will be some additional space built into the cover. I just received the covers and they are expertly crafted. They are both sized up a bit (as advertised) but the built in drawstrings allow the covers to be snugged so they cannot come off. I am fine with the somewhat loose fit but if you really want a glove-like fit, I suggest that you specify about an inch less than your exact measurements in all dimensions. I added custom logos to my orders and they were added just as I envisioned. One cover is Cover Rite material (fabric), likely not extremely water resistant in case that matters to you, but soft and flexible. Not sure if this material would do a great job of keeping patio furniture cushions dry in the rain. The logo is screened INTO this material so it's not as bright as it would be if applied ON TOP of the fabric, but it still looks great. The other cover is Cover Max material, which appears waterproof to me, or at least very water resistant. It's less pliable than the Cover Rite material due to the PVC vinyl coating. I ordered this material for the second cover because I wanted black, and black is not available for Cover Rite material. A benefit of Cover Max is that the logo screened ON TOP of the material, resulting in a very bright white logo that contrasted the black vinyl material. Once again, the cover was slightly oversized but the drawstrings allow you to snug it, although not as easily as with Cover Rite material divide since Cover Max is stiffer. Overall, I am very happy with the products that I received, especially considering the value of the reasonable pricing. After a supposedly reputable and recommended company dropped the ball multiple times, reached out to Covers and All for my much needed outdoor kitchen cover. With pics and verified dimensions, Covers and All hit a home run. Don't get me wrong, it was a work in process with many pieces to incorporate, Covers and All were beyond user friendly and professional throughout the process. Was on vacation when my cover was delivered, well wrapped and protected. The wife and I opened up the package this morning and in 5 minutes had it installed, looks great and know it will do the job to protect our kitchen throughout the seasons. These covers are great quality, but nothing last forever in the outdoor elements. Full sun during summer and freezing winters will take its toll on anything, thus the need for covers. Very good quality and a good value. I will purchase from again. PS, I did add an extra inch for each measurement so it wouldn't be so tight. read more

I have to say I'm really glad we took a risk and despite the previous reviews placed an order for replacement seat cushion covers with Covers and All. It seems like cushion covers is something they do well! We received our covers very quickly.. I think with two weeks, which is pretty impressive considering they ship from India. The quality is better than the originals, I like the fabric, the stitching, the zipper, all very good. The size is exactly as ordered, one size are slightly baggy but thats down to my measuring, next time I'll be sure to knock off a half inch here or there. These replacement covers saved us scrapping our patio set and spending maybe $2000 on new ones... instead our set looks brand new for around $250, couldn't be happier! read more

I ordered a mesh tarp cover for use on a truck/trailer. I paid extra for double stitch and extra rings. After the 2nd use of the tarp, a couple of the rings fell off, and by the 3rd or 4th use 3 or 4 more. I asked the company for comment and all they said was "sorry", there is no warranty, but we still would have given you 3 months, but alas, that time has passed. They represent this great product, have you pay more for increased durability and do not warrant anything? I would say that is pretty suspect? I live in the Rocky Mountain where we get lots of snow. I wanted covers to protect my custom ski chairs during the winter months. I knew I would need custom covers because of the unique shape of my chairs. I recieved the covers today and so far am happy with the results. I ordered the highest grade material since our winters are very harsh. While the winter is just starting, the material appears to be very durable and the design fits my chairs. I wish I knew the covers were not made in the US - the advertisement was a little misleading noting the "design" was created in the US. I was suprised how fast this shipped from India. They asked for pictures then a video of the wrong size. I sent everything they asked for and the response i get is a link to a Youtube video explaining how to put a cushion cover on. WTF. You try calling them and when you get to #1 in the hold queue they say they are busy and hang up. Even if you have them call you back, when they do call its a recording saying they are busy and it disconnects. Its really too bad because the covers that were correct are decent. Ordered a custom cover on June 6th and was told it would arrive by 6/20. They did reach out a few days after the order to confirm measurements and I answered right away but after that I received no confirmation until I filed a customer service inquiry. I was told it would be sent to production but then as of 6/20 it was still in production and I filed another inquiry. The answer to that inquiry was that it was in the final stages. It didn't ship until 6/24 and didn't arrive until 6/30. I have the feeling that if I didn't keep submitting inquiries it would still be sitting "in production." I was initially very happy with Covers and All with the product. Then when I opened the bag with the parts I discovered that there were several anchors missing. The product was delivered 3 months ago, but I had waited until it was time to install the cover to open the package. I contacted customer service and they requested pictures of the tarp and the anchors. I'm not sure what good that would do. It's just missing anchors. How can I take a picture of something that is missing? Since this was the 2nd Email from the "Resolution Specialist" I figured it was going to be a huge deal for them to send me the product I ordered. It seems like the "Resolution Specialist" is just there to delay and frustrate people so they go away. And I did. I can get what I need from Amazon for $15 and move on. I don't have time to wait for them to determine if they can send me what I ordered. It would probably take too long to get the parts anyway since I was planning to start last week. SO quality of the product is good, but the customer service sucks. Just send me what I pay for. They refused to give me a refund on my order (mind you, I was only canceling a portion of it, and still spending well over $250). Their stated reasoning was that it was already "in production." I will note that nowhere under the "Refunds and Cancellations" portion of their FAQs does it state that you cannot cancel an order once it is "in production." Nonetheless, I accepted this reasoning ... until I received an email stating that the delivery of my order was being delayed another 10 days from the original delivery date. How it is that the cover is already manufactured / outside the cancellation window, yet somehow cannot make it to me for at least another week and a half? I agree with other reviewers that the "Chat" feature is useless, with many "apologies for any inconvenience caused." Not to mention, they refused to retroactively apply my 20% discount for enrolling in their emails, stating that the only way to redeem it would be for me to cancel my order! I should've read the reviews here before deciding to buy a custom cover from this company. Don't let this company sucker you into buying from them with promo codes, free shipping, or whatever discounts they throw at you. It is not worth the headache. I recently purchased a custom cover from them and they sent me a cover that's about 2 inches short both in length and width. Then I tried chatting with them on their web site and their chat system literally says "responses usually take 9 minutes" every question you have. It took forever so I used their "RAISE A TICKET" button and told them my issue even telling them I'm willing to send them back the defective product with the wrong measurement. Then this guy Gary Gonzal took over and started emailing me asking for picture after picture after picture every email interaction. We have. Meanwhile the furniture I was supposed to be covering continues to soak in rain since their stupid cover does not fit. This company's customer service is non existent. They won't take responsibility for anything. They take several days to respond and every response you get is asking for a picture of their defective product. They will just stall you until you give up. No option for zero stars but that's definitely their rating. They said I did not contact them within a the one week time period. They said this is not fair problem and now want half the original purchase price to honor the original order. I had used covers and all previously and watched as the quality of the product deteriorated. Due to the recent hurricane, I tried to put on a product. I ordered a television cover, and it was the first time I had attempted to put it on. So I freely admit it had been over a year since I purchased the item. I never had a reason to put it on and it did not fit. I called the company showed them the measurements, it should've fit, but for some reason, it wouldn't fit the television.
