I see all of these negative reviews and am surprised. Received cover timely and is good quality. Measurements were precise. These covers are great quality, but nothing last forever in the outdoor elements. Full sun during summer and freezing winters will take its toll on anything, thus the need for covers. Zero stars. The customer service is horrendous. They sent me the wrong size custom cushion cover. Trying to get a legitimate response is next to impossible. They asked for pictures then a video of the wrong size. I sent everything they asked for and the response i get is a link to a Youtube video explaining how to put a cushion cover on. WTF. You try calling them and when you get to #1 in the hold queue they say they are busy and hang up. Even if you have them call you back, when they do call its a recording saying they are busy and it disconnects. Its really too bad because the covers that were correct are decent. Ordered a custom cover on June 6th and was told it would arrive by 6/20. They did reach out a few days after the order to confirm measurements and I answered right away but after that I received no confirmation until I filed a customer service inquiry. I was told it would be sent to production but then as of 6/20 it was still in production and I filed another inquiry. The answer to that inquiry was that it was in the final stages. It didn't ship until 6/24 and didn't arrive until 6/30. I have the feeling that if I didn't keep submitting inquiries it would still be sitting "in production." They sent me a $50 code but I'm not buying from them again. read more

I should've read the reviews here before deciding to buy a custom cover from this company. Don't let this company sucker you into buying from them with promo codes, free shipping, or whatever discounts they throw at you. It is not worth the headache. I recently purchased a custom cover from them and they sent me a cover that's about 2 inches short both in length and width. Then I tried chatting with them on their web site and their chat system literally says "responses usually take 9 minutes" every question you have. It took forever so I used their "RAISE A TICKET" button and told them my issue even telling them I'm willing to send them back the defective product with the wrong measurement. Then this guy Gary Gonzal took over and started emailing me asking for picture after picture after picture every email interaction. We have. Meanwhile the furniture I was supposed to be covering continues to soak in rain since their stupid cover does not fit. This company's customer service is non existent. They won't take responsibility for anything. They take several days to respond and every response you get is asking for a picture of their defective product. They will just stall you until you give up. No option for zero stars but that's definitely their rating. Go buy elsewhere, it's not worth the headache...unless of course you like taking pictures and can do it continuously every email correspondence you have. read more

They said I did not contact them within a the one week time period. They said this is not fair problem and now want half the original purchase price to honor the original order. Don't be fooled by Coversandall. They sell a flawed product with the excuse: 'the cover has been made in accordance with our standard procedure'. That standard procedure adds 3"-4" of material to all dimensions resulting in a big, oversized mess of a cover. The images on their website show false renderings of perfectly fitted covers. This is the worst company that I have ever done business with. They sent me the wrong size cover, and I sent photos and a video back to them to prove it. They said that wasn't good enough, their records show it is the correct size even though it was made in India and never verified in the USA. The size is off by 3 FEET, not just inches. Also, you cannot talk to customer service by phone. I am in the process of doing a chargeback with by credit card since they won't replace this cover. They refused to give me a refund on my order (mind you, I was only canceling a portion of it, and still spending well over $250). Their stated reasoning was that it was already "in production." I will note that nowhere under the "Refunds and Cancellations" portion of their FAQs does it state that you cannot cancel an order once it is "in production." Nonetheless, I accepted this reasoning ... until I received an email stating that the delivery of my order was being delayed another 10 days from the original delivery date. How it is that the cover is already manufactured / outside the cancellation window, yet somehow cannot make it to me for at least another week and a half? I agree with other reviewers that the "Chat" feature is useless, with many "apologies for any inconvenience caused." Not to mention, they refused to retroactively apply my 20% discount for enrolling in their emails, stating that the only way to redeem it would be for me to cancel my order! I ordered a custom cover for my ping pong table online. Everything seemed fairly straight forward except one strange measurement requested. In addition to a total width of the table, it requested a curvature width with an image that suggested measuring length between the legs of the table. No follow up was made following the order. Just shipment of the product. Unfortunately, the length of the cover was cut to the curvature length, making the cover 14in too short. So bummed. Not sure why they would ask for total length and not cut to it. I reached out to CoversandAll and received a series of responses that read like AI answers. Absolutely no effort to remedy the problem other than to tell me why I was wrong, why they are not at fault, and that they would be happy to offer me 15% off another $380 cover. None of the responses addressed the misleading image or how it would work for anyone supplying measurements online using it as a guide. I am guessing I am not the first with this issue. This company is perfect example of good idea that fails with automated execution. Be very careful using them. Their order structure is not intuitive, is at times deceptive, and is lacking any post-order follow up to confirm dimensions. This would be OK except their products are pretty expensive. So mistakes are very costly. I would strongly recommend using a local company that has quality controls in place and can handle their mistakes well. read more

Today I tried to get questions answered about the correct size to order for some outdoor furniture I wanted to order and could not get anyone to answer my question. First, I talked with someone overseas, then complained on a chat line online so someone called back from the states and she couldn't answer it either. This took up most of my afternoon. I now realize that if it's this hard to get an answer about the product before I buy it, I can only imagine how hard it would be if I had an issue after I bought it. Then, I found the reviews here and realize my frustration and hang up may well have saved me from buying a nightmare. Next time I will check here first. The way I see it, this is a staff training issue not a customer service issue. My guess, and it's only a guess, is, they hire people to work the phones, hand them a book full of FAQ's and expect them to know what they are doing. I doubt one person in customer service has come close to the products they are hired to help us with, much less be able to answer questions about them. False Claim/Advertizing #2 The sites states that you can pay with credit cards. Untrue. 3. Service--The service was the worst of any that I have encountered. I reached out to them and they told me that since the warranty period was 90 days and we were beyond that, I was out of luck. I was hoping to give this as a gift so that when we haul the camper out we can advertise while we explore the dusty dirt highway. I approved the logo as it was exactly what I sent. The writing and logo were gray with a yellow line. The product showed up all in white which as a company owner knows that is not the logo then. I was told it wouldn't work in the colours on black I would have considered a different background but I was never contacted and they proceeded to do it in all white without my approval. They offered 25% off on a reorder why would I reorder without them communicating changes or getting it right the first time. It's bad business. Never delivered my order since they wanted to add a surcharge. Never emailed, texted, or notified me. When I called, after it was not delivered (after a month) their justification was weak. They first told me it shipped and gave me a FedEx number. Then they said it was not shipped due to non-payment. Then they said they charged me extra because a change I made needed more fabric. I told them my change dropped the use of fabric and wasn't even necessary but I followed the advice of the person who reviewed my order. Then they said, we have ti charge you anyway. I said it made no sense. Then their supervisor said they would take 60% off the extra charge instead if 50%. I then asked for a new delivery date. They said they could not tell me until I paid the fee. By this time, 2 hours later, I had enough. I cancelled the order and will never do business with them again. read more

They said it was shipped and I should contact FedEx. FedEx says they have not received it yet (it's sitting in India) and it could take months for it to get to me.
