Damaged finish from cover

Purchased two covers for brand new patio side tables. Placed the covers on the tables and a few days later the finish was ruined on the table top. I asked for them to replace the tables and they refused. I asked them to then send upgraded replacement covers and refund me for the original covers ( the refund would not even cover the cost of one table replacement let alone two) they also refused. They offered to send me new covers OR a refund. I'm not sure in what world it makes sense to put new replacement covers on ruined tables. The irony that the very product that was supposed to protect the table was the thing that ruined it. I hope it was worth the $41 to lose a customer that's been ordering from you since 2023. Would never recommend this company.

We've been happy with all three custom covers they've made for us including a 7' diameter cover for a large marble outdoor dinner table; another for a hammock that they modified from their basic picnic table design and, most recently, one for our large outdoor grill. The quality is high, the customer service is maddening. And the price is right. Breakdown of stars: 5 for the covers themselves minus 1.5 for the customer service. Since Yelp doesn't do half-star reviews, rounded up to 4 for the low price/high quality. Please keep in mind you're not dealing with Janus et Cie, our original high-end, service-oriented cover vendor who would literally charge $1,000+ for that huge table cover. So, if you can muster the patience to deal with their poor customer service, hopefully you'll be as happy with the results as we are (and we have high standards.) PS Covers and All and their employees are in India. Don't know why they use a virtual address and phone number in the state of Georgia. PPS As for those who say it's the WORST COMPANY they've ever dealt with, well, they've lived sheltered lives.

Triangle shade 249''x169"x108'', or 20x14x9 feet, falls way short.

Ordered was a straight edge Triangle shade 249''x169"x108, Invoice COV1016646258. When received, see attachment* it was not a straight edge triangle and had on the tag of the shade taffeta label has COV1657563/1. Different from on the COV on my Invoice. They said being the measurements from the three D-rings were correct, it was not on there end, but the created a useless triangle shade anyway. Total area of triangle was cut in half with two long 3 inch ends to create the triangle size requested. See nowhere here I can attach a photo. Poor customer service that you can't understand the broken English.

So, I was super skeptical ordering new patio covers and inserts from here. I found mixed reviews on different sites. I paid around $160 for two custom sized chairs (Back and bottom cushions). They arrived after about 2.5 weeks, PERFECT fit and decent quality for the price. The pads are slightly thinner because they come vacuum sealed, hopefully they fluff out a little bit. The color looks nice two. I thought for sure this was going to be a scam or they would be wrong sizes. I think I will be ordering more in the future. Beige Cushion Rite fabric on these. If the seats dont fluff out fully I will just order thicker inserts, but I dont expect to have to. Overall stoked on these. Everywhere else seems to be super high priced.

I absolutely love the cover I purchased for my glass fire pit table. Fabric is sturdy and seems durable. Fits great and I got it monogramed as I have a lot of wind in the area so if it flies away my name and address are on it.. I am super happy with its construction. It is so much better that the junk you buy off the shelf.

I recently ordered custom length sunshades. The website includes a sketch and instructions for how to provide measurements. All measurements indicate hanger point to hanger point NOT the required length of the sunshade. It was not clear, but they will only deduct length IF you buy the hanging hardware through their website. The delivered product was larger than the provided dimensions and it was at this point I learned they do not account for the hanging hardware if you do not purchase through the website. The "accessories" aka hardware to hang the sunshade wasn't even available when I purchased the sunshades. When I discussed these issues, I was told "we manufactured per your approved sketches" and they advised I should purchase two new sunshades. So, to summarize, the instructions are poor and confusing. The quality is poor because they didn't even it make it to the dimensions I had specified. Those dimensions are too large because of the poor measurement instruction they provide. They refuse to acknowledge their mistake, do anything to help make it right and to top it off they asked that I buy new sunshades from them! I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody.

I don't have to do this on the weekend.. upon checkout with a dozen two by fours no one knew how to use an agricultural tax exempt card. so three people 15 minutes later one supervisor Deborah one manager Deonte. They finally had a trick the system cause none of them knew how to use an agricultural gate card tax exempt. -I think Deonte and he just turned and walked off not sorry for the inconvenience not have a nice day not you're welcome nothing. The young girl and the surprise Deborah's were still there. I paid for my purchase. I told them thank you wish them a nice day and neither one of them responded to me at all. I told him that they all need to work on the customer service skills and they just looked at me like a deer in headlights unbelievable how you can go from a registered girl to a supervisor to a floor manager and not one person can say thank you for your business respond to a thank you or even sorry for the convenience or wish you a nice day Rude, discourteous, and not 1 ounce of common sense or customer service skills I did not have to do this project this weekend. I would've left everything there at the register and walked out. I really do not patronize businesses that does not show appreciation to their customers.

Been a minute since I've been to any Target. Here's my take- I went to get wrapping paper for my…read moredaughter & a card, etc. Parking lot is always full. Walk in & it seems like there are no customers. Odd, they are inside, absolutely. This specific store could have used some straightening up, but overall clean & organized. SO QUIET- like, literally I could hear my own thoughts. I passed a kind associate helping an older man find a book & had a pretty good conversation about if his 18 yr old son would enjoy a specific book- she engaged & it was refreshing to overhear. I found a great card- they have a LARGE selection, paper to match, fun matching candles & even an extra gift I wasn't expecting to buy. Target definitely has a great team of buyers. They think about what matches what, instead of Walmart that buys nice things but hard to put a whole package together- if that makes sense. Always a fun seasonal section too! For a card, 2 candles, wrapping paper & a cute extra gift- $42.00. I guess I am re-hooked?!
