I informed the server, but they just dismissed me and said it's normal. Is it really normal to serve raw pork?? For it being their "signature dish", I was hoping for it to be better. Risotto was al dente and pretty good. We got 2 portions but when serving, we saw them save a portion for a table that didnt order any risotto. Nice, for that table. but it seems like we didn't get the full 2 portions.

I wasn't really impressed with the food, but I don't have a cultural link to Milanese food to begin with, so I don't think I was fully able to appreciate it. If my grandmother made this when i was a kid, perhaps it would have been better, but the meal was lost on me.
