I wanted something nearby, instead of having to travel south to pick up my car, plus the last shop I used charged me full price while doing a subpar job. Initially, the other shop had done a good job on my car the first time that I used them. But the last time, they forgot to do some of the painting on the car repairs and instead sent a guy out there with a jar of touchup!?!?! I didn't say anything, I just decided to not use them anymore and look for another shop the next time I needed paint and bodywork work done. So the next time came a lot sooner than I wanted - like a few months later. I guess someone had gotten mad at me during the long commute and somehow sought out my car in my work parking lot and took a key to it. They scratched up several panels on the doors, back panels, front panels, window! I just looked for another shop, closer, with some good reviews and had the incredible luck of finding Tom's. They worked with me on the copayment, I was able to spread it out a little, use more than one card, etc. When I went to pick it up, I asked them to touch up a little area of the glitter black paint. They waxed and touched up the whole car to even it out. It looked incredible, better than the day I bought it (I bought it used). I had to bring it back again a few months later when some young driver hit my car over the rear passenger tire. Again, they did an incredible job and they also made sure that the under-car mechanical damage was repaired, too, so that the car would drive safely and properly. So, while my car's "karma" is questionable, at least I have this great shop that I can come to for repairs! ‍ ‍ The only downside is that since everyone else has found this shop it can be a wait to get in with your car. But it's worth your wait.

Because of the overall interaction with Shari & Allen and how clean the shop was. They did a fantastic job in a timely manner. They even arranged for my car rental to be extended once they knew it was going to take a day longer. When I picked my car up, it was clean & shiny inside & out.

The result is absolutely amazing -- the car looks as if you have just picked it up brand-new from the dealership. I have always been extremely particular, even obsessed, about the way my car looks, so I do not trust just anyone with bodywork or painting. Auto360 is the one company I trust completely when it comes to repairing and painting deeply scratched or slightly dented bumpers, panels, or other parts of a car. Their attention to detail is exceptional, and the quality of the finish is simply outstanding. And the speed was unbelievable! They repaired my car at warp speed -- I got it back in just one day, and I could not have been happier with the result. Perfect quality, beautiful workmanship, and incredibly efficient service. It is very rare to find all three in one place. I also want to say a few words about Gino, the owner of Auto360 Garage. He is genuinely friendly, open, straightforward, and incredibly easy and comfortable to talk to. You immediately feel that you are dealing with someone who cares about his customers, his reputation, and the quality of every car that leaves his shop. Lydia and Joseline, who worked with me, were wonderful as well -- extremely respectful, responsive, attentive, and pleasant throughout the entire process. They made everything easy and stress-free. This is not simply a body shop where they repair your car. It is a place where people take real pride in their work and make you feel that your car matters to them almost as much as it matters to you. Bless you, guys! You absolutely deserve tremendous success. I wish Auto360 Garage many years of prosperity and thousands of happy customers. I will recommend you without hesitation to everyone I know. If you love your car and want it to look perfect again, Auto360 Garage in Daly City is the place I would trust.

Rob and Octavio were super responsive and took great care of the car, even after a week delay due to my insurance company being slow and an additional several days of Tesla parts delivery fiasco (it's hard for non-owners to reach them, then they delivered the wrong color wheels before getting it right!) Rob got the wheels and tires fixed and alignment absolutely perfect (drives and looks even better than before the pothole!) I'm a bit of a car guy and can tell this shop really cares about the quality of their work and treating customers right! Finally, a week after the incident, Tesla still hadn't picked up the incorrect new wheels the delivered and he followed up to make sure they got their property back. Upstanding guy all around.

I was happy with the fast service and excited about my new wheels. To my fault, I took a back angle photo of the back right tire then left. Fast forward a week and not using my truck, I washed it. When I got to my wheels, I used a sponge and car soap. I see a black oily substance and scratches on the center area of one wheel. I inspected the last 3 and find all the same marks. I called Hanlon's and they told me to send photos. I did and had to call back over 30 minutes later to get a response. I was told by Rob, "the manager", that he would get back to me on the following Monday. Of course, he didn't and I had to call back. He told me he would get back to me the next day. Tuesday, 3 days after the initial call, I am given the "he's on lunch" excuse for the second time. I called again and I'm out on hold for 13 minutes and 22 seconds. Rob proceeds to say it wasn't their fault according to an online service "specialist". I then told him I'm coming in. As I drive in, I felt the hostility of 3 of his workers surrounding my truck, probably trying to justify their work was good and it wasn't them. Rob used a flashlight and inspected a couple of the wheels and proceeded to deny it. He showed me a paper of an email of someone else's wheel that was scratched and said "see, this is how our machine would've scratched them". If you're the only shop to touch my BRAND NEW $2000 WHEELS, and there's scratches on all 4 wheels in consistent locations, how can you deny my claim? Three out of 4 boxes were sealed. Long story and you've probably moved on from my review already, but think twice before going to Hanlon's. Rob has my number and he has the opportunity to correct his mistake. However he sees fit on a settlement, I'm all ears. He mentioned "refurbish" on the phone and I'm not refurbishing my brand new wheels. I support small business and local shops, but he just made me want to go commercial from now on. See you soon, America's Tire. Below are photos of 4 separate wheels with CONSISTENT markings. There was a black oily substance on them but I cleaned it off when I washed the truck. He also blamed the car wash for it
