My car was stranded at the top of an incline main street. My car is a manual/stick, and I couldn't…read moreshift gears fast enough. And cars lining up behind me. I would roll backwards. My AAA Road Service would not cover. Only tow to a repair place. I posted a request for towing on Yelp. 5 responses would not help, or not that type of business. Vasquez Towing came to my rescue. The dispatcher answered my request and the tow man, Doug, was very patient. He looked under the hood. At first, he thought it was the starter. He had me test each adjustment he made. And concluded it was the battery. Probably because I had my emergency lights on too long. Doug charged my battery (replacement not needed), and my car started. He tested gear shifting and movement. Doug was successful and I made it home safely. I praise Vasquez towing for being professional, accommodating, and quick to respond. And Doug was friendly, helpful, and made sure I was okay to drive with no issues. AAA wouldn't help me, not a good response from other companies, but Doug and Vasquez Towing came to my rescue. ,I give Vasquez Towing a well-deserved high-5!

The area was dangerous so I had to drive off to the next exit. Golden Gate changed the flat within 10 minutes and we were on our way!!!Definitely would recommend them!

They refused to give their insurance information to me or the Jeep dealer, but insisted I pay them, which I did. They are ignoring my insurance companies efforts to collect what they owe them for the damage they caused as well as my $500 deductible. I was without my Jeep for 4 weeeks while parts were ordered and the damages were repaired and so far I am out my $500 too. Very untrustworthy and dishonorable company.

I wanted something nearby, instead of having to travel south to pick up my car, plus the last shop I used charged me full price while doing a subpar job. Initially, the other shop had done a good job on my car the first time that I used them. But the last time, they forgot to do some of the painting on the car repairs and instead sent a guy out there with a jar of touchup!?!?! I didn't say anything, I just decided to not use them anymore and look for another shop the next time I needed paint and bodywork work done. So the next time came a lot sooner than I wanted - like a few months later. I guess someone had gotten mad at me during the long commute and somehow sought out my car in my work parking lot and took a key to it. They scratched up several panels on the doors, back panels, front panels, window! I just looked for another shop, closer, with some good reviews and had the incredible luck of finding Tom's. They worked with me on the copayment, I was able to spread it out a little, use more than one card, etc. When I went to pick it up, I asked them to touch up a little area of the glitter black paint. They waxed and touched up the whole car to even it out. It looked incredible, better than the day I bought it (I bought it used). I had to bring it back again a few months later when some young driver hit my car over the rear passenger tire. Again, they did an incredible job and they also made sure that the under-car mechanical damage was repaired, too, so that the car would drive safely and properly. So, while my car's "karma" is questionable, at least I have this great shop that I can come to for repairs! ‍ ‍ The only downside is that since everyone else has found this shop it can be a wait to get in with your car. But it's worth your wait.
