They even provided a location view for myself and my friends in New Hampshire where the pieces were going. (Move was from Hudson Valley to NH). One of the pieces being moved was a vintage 1850s Armoire and it was heavier than i remembered, and the team did an incredible job taking care of it. It was in a basement with a low ceiling that led out to a grassy path before reaching a driveway, so while not far per se, it was a difficult journey and I am grateful they took such good care of it. I highly, highly recommend Shamrock & Michael M. and will be working with them again in the future.

Took 11 hours to do a move that should have been 5 (the new house is literally 5 minutes away), insisted on 2 movers even though we requested 3 and then charged us for overtime. Damaged a mint condition vintage chair, and the worst of it all: "built" all 3 beds incorrectly and dangerously and HID PIECES (like literally the center support beam) under moving bags. I had to switch the mattresses after they left because they put them in the wrong spot and discovered all beds were barely hanging together by a few loose screws - had we slept on them as is, the beds could have easily collapsed while we were sleeping. Had to buy new parts and rebuild all 3 beds myself. They also "ran out of time" to put our boxes away in the right places, so even though it took ELEVEN HOURS for this move and we paid extra for each staircase, we still had to move all of our boxes up multiple levels into the proper rooms ourselves. Mike acknowledged how horrible the move was and promised compensation/refund, but then completely ghosted us. Pretty despicable for a young father and someone who clearly prided himself on being "a standup guy" (he mentioned it about 3 times that day). He's honestly lucky we don't sue this company... maybe we should if he still refuses to get back to us. Mike, just do the right thing and refund us, man.

We received our estimate in email about three days later and we accepted the estimate. A solid date ( weather permitting) was set with the possibility of a sooner date if someone rescheduled or just changed their mind about the work. Our contact person was Deirdre, who was very knowledgable, responsive and just lovely to speak with. Respectfully and profesionally was just how we were treated by all. The installation Crew showed up on time and went straight to work. The Job was completed in just one day and was 100% cleaned up like they were never here. The gutters and down spouts look fantastic and we would certainly recommend Tinman Gutters to anyone looking for a contractor that returns calls, shows up....on time even, works quickly and quietly and cleans up to perfection.
