The tree in our backyard broke off and landed on top of our garage and fence during a recent storm. I contacted a couple of tree removing companies to get estimates. Brian from County tree came out on the same day I called and gave us the best estimate and came the next day to remove the tree. I really appreciated Brian because he knew we were out of power due to the tree. I was very impressed with his team who came out to remove the tree. They were super organized and very professional. They made sure I was happy with the work and clean-up was to my satisfaction. read more

This company delivers. How often do you have to remove a 50ft tree and a number of 25ft pines, not often. Looking through Yelp and took a leap of faith. These guys came out and gave an estimate the day I called, showed up 20 minutes early on the day of tree removal and finished the job by removing and cleaning up after themselves like I would have done myself. This was the start of returning an elderly family members yes to to its former glory and I am grateful for the help done the right way. They had all the tools and all the guys with experience to get the job done right the first time. I could not recommend this company more to anyone needing help with trees on their property. read more

We have used County Tree for several years. They are professional and do a wonderful job with cleanup afterwards. They have great work ethic. They are also priced fairly. read more

I came into this totally unprepared. Brian was prompt, patient, and the price was on point. The scheduling worked out very easily for my schedule, and the work was done quickly, non-intrusively(I work from home and the tree is directly in my front yard), and they cleaned up very nicely. A+ would recommend read more

They came out quickly to remove a fallen tree. Fair price. Great cleanup I'd definitely call them again. read more

Heard from Brian quickly. Came the next day. Quote was very reasonable. Arrived next day in morning. Trimmed fir trees, did my overgrown hedges. Crew worked fast and was neatly done. Trees limbs were shredded. Cleanup was through. I would definitely recommend them and hire them again. Also Dan was very knowledgeable about the trees. read more

Brian provided the quote within one day and the price was very reasonable and less than all the others. The crew removed two trees and were very professional and easy to work with. I was very pleased with everything and highly recommend the company. read more

Brian was responsive and had a no nonsense approach. He provided the best price. I had peace of mind this company was insured and accepted credit card payments. The crew was friendly and polite. The tree was removed with no issues. The only part that is a bit annoying is the big pile of mulch that's left from the stump removal. I wish they would have included the mulch removal since I have no need for it. It had to be added as a separate process with additional cost. Overall the most important thing was to remove the tree safely. read more

Hello, A neighbor had referred County Tree Service to me on our morning walk. I called them and spoke with Brian around 10:00 am in the morning. The same day in the afternoon the crew arrived, cut down the tree and took care of all the debris left. It looked perfect after they were done. Next day gentleman came and removed the stump. We had lose rocks around the tree and he put up a large screen so no debris would hit our windows. Service fast same day, great job done and clean up perfect. Would highly recommend. read more

They were amazing. Within an hour of posting, they were out looking at this huge stump. Within 2 hours they were cutting it down. The stump was 6 feet tall and 3-4 feet wide. It wasn't easy but they got it down and cleaned up nicely. I should mention that I waited 3 months for another tree company to do the job. One excuse after another and I had paid a deposit. Then they came out, looked at the tree, and took an hour lunch break in front of my house. Then they came to my door and said they couldn't do it and will come back the next day. The reason was it was too wet. That was BS. Immediately, I said I was done with them. The owner called me and then returned my deposit. Be careful whom you hire. It was a waste of time as I need to repair my fence which came down with the tree. I would definitely use County Tree Service again for any tree work. read more

Brian was quick to respond to my Yelp request for a quote. In fact, he was at my home within a couple of hours that same day. He looked at the trees, answered my questions, and wrote out a quote on the spot. The price was so reasonable. I shouldn't have to take out a mortgage to get dying trees removed like other companies were quoting. I texted Brian once Julie came and marked the ground. His team of 5 or 6 guys were out just 3 days later. Brian texted that evening to ensure we were happy with the service and to let him know if there were any issues. There were none! Great prices to have 2 large Austrian Pines removed and a large arborvitae. They took away the stumps too. read more

Decided to go with these guys for 2 large tree removals and to have another tree trimmed. After they originally contacted me through Yelp they came the next day to give me a free quote. We decided to go with them because they quoted us the lowest price and also had good reviews. They came the day after the quote to do the work. They spent 6 hours total doing the job and it was actually amazing to watch them work. They got all the debris out of my yard and driveway before leaving, and even cut up and left some of the wood for us to have firewood (at our request). Aside from the missing trees, our yard looks like they were never even here. They did a really good job and I will definitely use them again in the future! read more

I needed my neighbors tree trimmed as it was over my property line and several branches were above my roof. I called and within 45 minutes Brian provided me a quote and we agreed upon the job. Within 3 hours the job was complete. These guys were pros. They provided me with ample time to iron out details with my neighbor on getting the job done. Then they were done within the hour. They exceeded my expectations from a thoroughness perspective and went above and beyond with how clean they left my lawn and my neighbors lawn. No complaints. Nice work Brian and crew. They will be my first call next time I need tree services. read more

These guys are AWESOME! TRUE PROFESSIONALS! They have all the equipment to do the job and the expertise to get the job done. I had to have a huge sick Boxelder tree removed from an awkward spot in my backyard, they used a crane and my neighbors driveway. Halfway through the job, the Maple tree, in front of the Boxelder, was discovered to have a crack in it and it was explained to me that over time water gets in and freezes and that it could split at any time or last for years, no one can say for sure. They said they could still trim it, it was up to me. I felt no pressure at all and ultimately decided to have it removed, they gave me a very competitively priced quote on the spot and stayed and did the job the same day. The mulch was put in two neat piles for me to use around the yard. They also cleaned up everything before leaving. If I could give these guys more than five stars, I absolutely would! read more

I have a side yard with some monster bushes. Greg took care of them at a very reasonable price, and did a great job cleaning up too

ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! Why would you hire anyone other than County Tree Service? Had dying, not maintained trees and other overgrown brush that I needed removed. It couldn't have gone smoother. 1) came out within 2 hrs of my first call. 2) free estimate 3) came out the following morning (as promised!) and completed everything at the agreed upon price. Seriously, just call them already. You won't be sorry. read more

Great service dependable people very professional and great price and clean up when the job is done.

Great support. Quick service. In and out in no time (45 minutes tops) and left everything cleaned as if they were never there. Gave us advice on future planting in the spot. County Tree Service was great. Did a great job Curt down a tree in a tight space and protected the plants that I wanted to keep. The price was reasonable and they were quick to get back to me. I would use them again. read more

Great job. Highly recommended. They came on time. Did a difficult job trimming large dead branches from our huge maple tree. The team was efficient and very careful with our property, plants and outdoor furniture. Everything that could be moved was moved and put back in place after a thorough cleaning of branches, leaves and wood chops. Also, of the three estimates I got, this company was the most reasonable. Very pleasant and competent workers that took pride in their work and made sure everything looked neat and clean when completed. read more

Brian came out right away for a quote. He's a very nice guy and understood my concerns. Kept me informed on dates and times. The crew was great. Took my 30 year old tree down. I miss it, but it had to go. It was too big of a tree in that place. Paul one of the climbers was extremely careful not to damage personal property. He was great! Greg also was very professional and nice to work with. Loved Greg. I appreciate these guys and the rest of the crew. read more

County Tree Service - Tree Services Near Me - Stickney, Illinois

I had a tree that was growing through a gate. I wanted it to be removed including the stump. County Tree gave me a fair quote that was similar to other tree removal companies that Yelp suggested. Since it was the first company to give me a quote and I read the reviews of others, I gave them a try. To set an appointment for the tree removal, I had to call a few times. They came a few weeks later and in less than an hour the tree was cut down to the stump, however, I also wanted the stump removed. The workers shared that the gate had to be removed for the stump to be removed, so I had to remove the gate on my own. Country Tree was paid for their services and shared they would remove the stump. The following week, they did come back, but didn't remove the stump, only trimmed it down but two feet remained. They later shared that their equipment could not remove the stump (which was the reason why I hired them was to remove the tree down to the stump). If I had known beforehand that they could not finish the job, I would have hired a different company. So I would recommend them for speedy services and fair price, but not if you need a tree removed down to the stump. read more
