Yesterday we met Alex and he worked so hard for countless hours in the heat trying to dig up a cover that was buried deep and raise it to code. He discovered a huge hole had been punctured into the existing cover, most likely from 1997, and saved us from a dangerous situation were someone could have stepped on the grass above it and fallen into the pit. After the inspection, Alex spent a long time going over everything with us in detail. He was a pleasure to talk to and truly takes his job seriously. The company is coming back today to do the actual inspection with a longer camera and I have full faith it will go smoothly.
