Be aware of this company I called them to pump my cesspool they charge me 600 cash and do nothing, I recorded everything they supposed to do in my camera and I comeback and they told me they did everything and is all good but I probably get only 2 year, also I called another company a month after to check and they told me they didn't do anything but just toke the water out and chemicals. County Cesspools - Warranty is a Lie! I contacted County Cesspools to address my overflowing cesspool. Instead of properly pumping the tank, they opted for hydrojetting. They assured me their service came with a one-year warranty. However, the relief was short-lived. Within a few months, the cesspool overflowed again. When I contacted them, they returned and poured acid into the tank, which lasted a few months. When they returned within the 1 year warranty period, they wanted to charge me for additional services. I refused to do any more business with a company that does not honor its warranty. They prioritize quick fixes over long-term solutions. If they pumped the cesspool in the first place, it would have lasted much longer. I strongly advise against using their services. You'll likely end up paying for a temporary fix and dealing with their unprofessionalism when things inevitably go wrong. read more

I'm so lucky I was referred to County Cesspool! Spoke to Mike the owner, & explained to front of my house the lawn was caving in. He came over, evaluated the problem & he knew the cesspool needed to be replaced. He gave us an estimate & we agreed. Best price by FAR. He showed up when he said he would, the work was completed & he & his men did a GREAT job. we have a house on the church property at Ascension Lutheran Church in deer park. Saturday afternoon we had a back up in the line causing suwage to back up in the tub. They sent a man to clear the line and fix a smart leak. He was there 45 minutes and charged us 1000.00!! he took advantage of us because the young man who was living there said he would pay and the church could reimburse him. I've had many drains cleared and they only charged 250-350. I would never use them again and I plan on spread the news. redicillusion!!!!! read more

It is very rare that you find a good honest company however I have been lucky to find one named County Cesspool & Drain. Owner Mike came to my house as scheduled and not only performed the needed work but exceeded my expectations. Not once did he ever try to upsell me anything like all other cesspool companies around but rather gave me some tips that in the long run will save me lots of money and was so very professional. I would highly recommend Mike and his company. It was 8:00 pm weeknight and our main waste pipe backed up all over our basement, with a family of 6, it was a Big deal. I called County Cesspool and the phone was answered right away. I was told someone would be there in a couple of hours, 45 minutes later Bobby came and within 30 minutes he cleared the clog. Absolutely horrible experience with Mike owner of County Cesspool. He installed our septic tank pitched towards the house and then the 2 pipes going to the pools of course wrong. After going to consumer affairs he finally came to repair the problem BUT only lowered the pipes!!! So we lost 1 ring on 1 of the pools and the other pool we found out 3 years later that its completely empty because the pipe is still wrong!! His answer when we called because we have the water coming into the basement is that he will ONLY lower the pipe. Which means instead of 2 rings (remember the first time he lowered the pipe and we lost a ring) we would only have 1.5 ring!!! Also what we found out is that instead of a 1500 gallon septic tank he installed a 900appx gallon septic tank!!! Stay away from County Cesspool and Mike. Stay away unless you want a horrible job done and lose your money and have them tell you, its either lowering the pipes or i dont care!!!! Stay away. I can provide pictures, videos etc. We will of course proceed and do whatever legally possible we can so unless you need problems do not go to them!!!! read more
