The service was quick and they would check on us frequently. It did smell like something had burnt so it was a bit bothersome for a bit. I ordered the border plate and I was really underwhelmed. It wasn't special and it tasted really bland. It was a bit of a let down because I enjoyed my breakfast last time I came. My friend ordered an omelet, but it had so many chiles in the middle that had no flavor as well. The parking here is easy, but their bathrooms were extremely dirty.

Special entree ; Country Waffles (Holmes St, Livermore) grilled salmon flank omelette... Happy Mother's Day

I just had the most delightful tasting breakfast @ Country Waffles, Holmes St, Livermore. It was a special entree for the day, very Moist & savory, it was grilled salmon flank, (onions, chopped tomatoes, jalapenos ) type salsa,& light spices, all on an egg omelette. It came w/fried potatoes, & rye toast. Well done Natalie , you came up w/ the tastiest meal I've had all year... So THANKS, for this Happy Mother's Day special, it was phenomenal !

First timer. Place was packed but our food still came out quickly. The hostess, server, and bus service were around frequently to pour coffee and what not (very good service). I ordered a sausage patty with eggs and hash browns and a half waffle. All very good but not dissimilar from other good diners. The ambience was awesome. Bustling with families (it was Sunday around brunch) and lots of employees. We had a positive experience and I'd visit again.

Eggs Benedict, kinda

Nice service, but a little slow. Waffle was great but took a while to make. Eggs Benedict was bad. Ham burnt, sauce was thick and almost chunky. See pic. Farmers Scramble was ok, but mostly green peppers (uncooked). Coffee was ok. I would go again and just get waffles. It's in the title. Makes sense.

Hog Skillet: 2 eggs scrambled w/ diced ham & bacon on country potatoes, topped w/ cheese, tomatoes & green onions

Seriously I don't understand why people gave this place bad reviews. My experience here was pleasant. Service: very attentive and friendly staff. A lady kept on coming back to our table to offer coffee refills. It was impressive. Food: I ordered the Hog Skillet, which was two eggs scrambled with diced ham and bacon on a bed of country potatoes, topped with cheese, tomatoes and green onions. It was heavenly. The cheese was stringy as you forked into your meal. The country potatoes were amazing; crispy, well browned, and served still in their skins. Delicious. I also ordered a side of two toasts to go with that. Super yummers. Price: mine was $10.50 and I left that place stuffed!!! Also, Yelp offered 7% cash back. It was totally a deal! I would go back and try their other stuff.

We went on a weekend morning, I think around 10am. It was busy, long lines, but it didn't feel too…read morelong because we were too busy looking at what to get. This place seem smaller than the other location in Dublin I think it was. Everything else seems the same though. You get a number after you order at the counter and look for somewhere to seat. You also take this opportunity to grab your drink, utensils, and chips and salsa. Food was served right after. Ube pancakes - Delicious. Tall stack of ube pancakes, ube sauce, whipped cream, and fruits. It was soo good but it was a lot. I think it is pretty shareable. I would get this again and again when I come back. We also got the avocado toast that came with a side salad that was also pretty good. I remember we got some items from the case too and I think they were also good I just don't remember. The only draw back to the place is it does get pretty busy especially in the weekends, and it is pretty pricey. Overall still a must visit!

You have to wait in the line to place order and then you can take a seat. The Hawaiian influenced cuisine and big portions cannot be beaten by any restaurant in nearby area. We ordered pancakes, Vietnamese iced coffee, keiki pancake, veggie omlette, chicken apple salad sandwich, scrambled eggs and everything was scrumptious. No place to pinpoint something was amiss. The service is quick. Chips and salsa on the house is perfect for hungry bellies. Space is less but the place runs busy on weekends. They have a shared parking lot and it wasn't difficult to find two parkings. It's a typical fast paced American diner but with realistic flavors and portions.

Great brunch spot! I love brunch, especially Asian brunch, and this place did not disappoint. The…read morestaff is nice and service was quick. The restaurant is cute and clean. Smaller restaurant with Asian decor. For the food we got the chicken omurice and pad kee mao with chicken. All very good! Chicken omurice: definitely the highlight and seems like one of their more popular dishes. The chicken was flavorful, hot, and has a nice crispy light batter. So good! The rice with egg really complimented the chicken as well. Good flavors and not overwhelming. Highly recommend Pad kee mao: good traditional flavors. It comes mild, so didn't have much of a kick. I don't eat too spicy so that was fine for me. If you prefer more spicy I recommend asking to increase the spicy level. Not the best I've had, but overall good I would definitely come back to try more dishes. Just the chicken omurice alone is enough to bring me back!

When…read morewe arrived, the place looked pretty calm with just one large party and a few scattered tables Honestly, perfect timing, because within minutes the brunch rush hit and the place filled up fast. We started strong with the truffle tots: crispy, well-seasoned, and topped with Parmesan. The sauce? Genuinely great. No notes there. The chicken omurice was also a win! flavorful, comforting, and exactly what you'd hope for. My daughter's "bear in a blanket" dish was almost too cute to eat, and our server kindly offered complimentary mini pancakes for my toddler (which we didn't even know was a thing). They were adorable and surprisingly good, even without syrup. I also ordered the cloud matcha, which was delicious. Now... the duck Benedict. I'm saving it for last for a reason and not a good one. It was, unfortunately, a complete miss. It lacked flavor in a way that was almost impressive. Like... aggressively bland. The spinach and tomato completely overpowered the duck, and even tasting the duck on its own didn't help. It was giving absolutely nothing. Nothing. I'd honestly suggest pulling it from the menu until improvements can be made. Overall, I'd return for everything except the duck Benedict. Hard pass on that one.

Omg! I've been having breakfasts in Livermore for a long time and how did I miss this place?!!!…read moreSuper cute place with multiple seating areas, out front, indoors and back area with a BAR!!!!! The back area is so spacious to accommodate large parties! Let me tell you about the food!!! I got Ohana Pancakes, it comes with pineapple, coconut and Mac nut syrup. I got mine without pineapple and it was drooling delish!! The two pancakes were light and airy, not dense like some pancakes. Sprinkled with coconut and a heaping serving is their delicious Mac nut syrup!! I wish there was more mac nuts...but all good, still delish. My sister ordered Joe's omelette (scramble listed on the menu). It comes with ground beef, spinach, onions, mushrooms, and cheese. Comes with a side of toast and country potatoes. Again, a large portion of deliciousness! We also ordered Aloha mimosas- made with bubbles, vodka, passion, and guava. I couldn't finish it cuz they made it so good the alcohol was getting to my head This place is going to be a repeat place cuz I want to try everything on the menu! Everything we had was very tasty! Oh and of course one of our fav servers works there now. He didn't serve us but glad I got to see him. Pepe- we'll seat where you serve next time!!! See you again! I was so preoccupied by the cute place I forgot our server's name, which also provided excellent service!!! Thanks everyone! We'll be coming back again. After having been seated, it took quite some time to get our food. Staff nonetheless were nice but a little slow to bring over requests (ie napkins). I ordered a Bloody Mary - 2/5. Tall cup but I felt like there was very little inside. Overall taste was nothing out of this world, very bland as was the garnish. For food I ordered the Philly Omlette - 2/5. The meat was so dry and lacked any seasoning! Disappointing - salsa was the only thing that saved it and ketchup for my potatoes. Of which, the potatoes were OK. Portion is huge, I definitely could have shared with 1 other person. Overall my experience was OK. Not to be my first choice for a future brunch spot in the area.
