Littlefield Express sits comfortably in the category of: "Not bad, but I'm not writing home about…read moreit." If you just need a quiet, dark place to shut down for a 10-hour break, this spot absolutely gets the job done. It was peaceful enough that I didn't feel like I was parked on the runway at Hartsfield-Jackson -- a rare luxury these days. Now... if you're staring down a 34-hour reset, I'd personally drift across the street to the Pilot or cruise down the interstate to Love's. More amenities, more to do, and probably a bathroom that doesn't feature recurring guest appearances by the same wad of toilet paper I saw on the floor both days. I didn't try the fried chicken or the showers, so I can't judge that part of the experience. I did, however, take a chance on the tuna-salad sandwich (yes, yes, gas-station tuna -- I know). Let's just say if regret had a flavor profile, that was it. Overall: Quiet & dark -- excellent for sleeping Fine for a quick overnight Tuna sandwich tasted like a dare Bathroom "cleaning" seems more theoretical than actual Bottom line: Solid spot for a 10-hour nap. For a full-reset weekend getaway? I'll be across the street.

100% improvement over the now closed Pinoy Express in Cabot, but there are still things that could…read morebe improved. The young lady who greeted us when we walked in was kinda soft spoken. There was a young girl sitting at the front table working on a laptop. She should be at a table more in the back, really. There is a TV inside but it was off. Should have it on to TFC! The young lady who brought us menus didn't ask if we'd ever been before or if we had any questions about the menu. Unsure if it was because she could tell I was Filipino or not. One suggestion is to improve the menu, update the design, etc. Maybe add a bit more like "this is a Filipino delicacy or a Filipino staple" something. Could easily have a breakfast section of the menu since they offer tapsilog. Some longanisa, tocino, garlic fried rice? Oh man. The food we ordered was great and made me sad because the food is delicious and yet we were the only patrons! Definitely need to hype up more on social media or something, get more traffic in, offer specials or something. Someone mentioned in an earlier review that they should offer a rotating menu and I couldn't agree more. I'd say maybe have an item of the day or item of the week. I told the young lady that helped us and was the only one working (waited on us and looked like the only one cooking) that they should definitely offer sisig! People out here would LOVE it and it's so easy to spice it up too like on a burrito or something to change things up. Offer a different item a week, see what's popular (ask for customer feedback) and then have a weekly rotating special or daily rotating special. Another thing to improve is to engage patrons when they walk in. When we were finishing up, a lady walked in alone. The young girl that was working on her laptop got up and offered a menu to her, and that was it. We are in a state where the Filipino population is SMALL, so Americans in this area aren't familiar with our food like California. After greeting people, ask if they've ever been to your restaurant before, welcome them, explain how the Philippines is a country of islands in SEA, that we have many different cultures that have influenced a lot of our cuisines but we also have our own dishes. Give recommendations like the staples of adobo or lumpia, ask if they have a type of meat or dish they have in mind and offer something similar, etc. Hope this place lasts a long time!

About every five minutes, my waitress came by and apologized for the wait and told me the food would be out soon. 42 minutes after I ordered food, it finally arrived. The food was very good and had amazing flavor. I just can't get over waiting 42 minutes for a plate of food. I hope their service will pick up and they can be a little bit quicker in the future.
