I asked her if she could say "Health Department Complaint"...I put the raw chicken in a bowl and returned to the restaurant the next day and asked for a refund. The lady there, before looking at the chicken I had in the bowl, that's how we cook our chicken. So I showed her the RAW CHICKEN and she still wanted to argue about it. Littlefield Express sits comfortably in the category of: "Not bad, but I'm not writing home about…read moreit." If you just need a quiet, dark place to shut down for a 10-hour break, this spot absolutely gets the job done. It was peaceful enough that I didn't feel like I was parked on the runway at Hartsfield-Jackson -- a rare luxury these days. Now... if you're staring down a 34-hour reset, I'd personally drift across the street to the Pilot or cruise down the interstate to Love's. More amenities, more to do, and probably a bathroom that doesn't feature recurring guest appearances by the same wad of toilet paper I saw on the floor both days. I didn't try the fried chicken or the showers, so I can't judge that part of the experience. I did, however, take a chance on the tuna-salad sandwich (yes, yes, gas-station tuna -- I know). Let's just say if regret had a flavor profile, that was it. Overall: Quiet & dark -- excellent for sleeping Fine for a quick overnight Tuna sandwich tasted like a dare Bathroom "cleaning" seems more theoretical than actual Bottom line: Solid spot for a 10-hour nap. For a full-reset weekend getaway? I'll be across the street.
