For $11, the chicken hibachi was a hefty portion with rice, veggies, and cubed chicken seasoned with teriyaki sauce with a spicy and tangy mayo sauce on the side. This is completely Americanized "Chinese" style fast food, which was expected. The meat was not tough, the veggies were basic but sufficient, and rice very filling for this road tripper passing through Arkansas. The food was ready in under 10 minutes and the staff at the counter was so friendly! I ordered to go but there is ample seating space for those who want to sit inside. This place is amazing! Thank you to the wonderful Yelp reviews I decided to give it a chance...despite the location (former Popeyes connected to a gas station). Looks are deceiving...outside. Inside the restaurant is clean, light and you can tell they take care of the space. Now to the good! I was craving fried rice, been craving it since I was in Hawaii about two weeks ago. A Google maps search followed by a Yelp look up lead me to FC Hibachi Express. I was torn between the Bibimbap and Beef bulgogi and landed on a special request, Bibimbap with beef bulgogi. Stopped here passing through on a late night road trip. Was excited to try something new besides the standard fast food options. This place was great! We each got hibachi that was a large serving of protein, rice and veggies. The rare steak was just right and the chicken was breast meat! We also got a sushi roll while waiting, but got our food delivered to our table before we could even finish it. Would definitely stop again if in the area. read more

For Forrest City Arkansas, this place is top notch. It's not Mexican and it's not fast food. Love the idea of come inside to order and pick up via drive thru. But let's talk food. Cause that's what Yelp food reviews are mostly about. I had the Philadelphia Roll and it was really good. Smooth cream cheese, tight roll, fresh fish. No after taste, avo was clean and not turning. Love the black sesame seeds. Also had a side of the fried rice. To me, personally it was missing something. It didn't have the punch I'm used to. Don't get me wrong it was good, it may have been the fresh rice, or lack of green onions, but it's missing that umph of fried rice. Co-worker had chicken and steak teriyaki. No complaints. Chicken on point. Not tough, well seasoned. Steak was a little over cooked but still tender. Tastes fresh and looked really good. Everything smelled amazing and tasted really good. If you're tired of the same stuff in town, come visit the amazingly sweet people at this restaurant. I will be eating here again. read more

The Monster roll was pretty good. The chicken hibachi was mediocre at best, chicken was way over cooked and nothing had flavor. Good thing they gave 2 yum yum sauces. If bot for the monster roll i would have given one star read more

Doesn't look like much from the outside but the food was great. Got the salmon hibachi, the salmon was a large portion and beautiful. It is attached to a gas station but worth a stop. Food was really good and people were friendly and helpful. You should try it! read more

Food was so good. Have been to Hibachi in major cities like Miami, Dallas, NYC and this can compete. Service was so nice and quick. We called 10 mins out to place order and it was ready when we arrived. Ambiance is not what you would expect but for a new restaurant in a new area give it a chance.
