A colleague and I were in town on business, and a local person strongly recommended this restaurant. I'm glad that we heeded the advice, because this eatery is a hidden gem within Stuttgart. Our meals were customized to our spice comfort levels, with the servings quite ample and delicious. At the time that I dined here, their buffet was only being offered during supper time (and no longer during lunch time). The service was competent and friendly. If in the area again, I would stop here, if only to try their steaks. (Inexplicably, they offer during dinner time some of the best prepared steaks in the area!) read more

Lotus Blossom is a nice sized restaurant featuring a variety of Asian cuisine. Buffets are available at certain times or one can order from the menu at any time. The staff was friendly and the food was tasty. Though a bit on the expensive side, their steaks are the best I've had. I actually was able to the steak with my fork. read more

This place was gross! The floors were sticky to the point you had trouble walking in spots. The buffet foods were half cold even though we got there 15 min after opening. Didn't even have steamed rice. Just fried rice. The food tasted like pre-packaged and seasonings came from ramen packets. The "spicy beef noodles" were clearly straight from the package and not even cooked all the way. The dessert was clearly from Walmart. Don't waste your time or money. read more

We Ordered off the menu. I Ordered the egg rolls at a price of 3.00 for two. The eggs rolls where very good and I would say a fair price. My husband ordered the Mongolian beef for a price of 8.49 the price was fair but that was the only thing good about it. It was the worst Mongolian beef he had ever had, he told the waitress who had the owner come talk to us. My husband explained that it was to sweet, tasted as sweet as if sugar was added to the hoisin sauce. We cook often with hoisin sauce and it's never this sweet. The owner did not offer another item, we still paid for the item even though he could only eat three bites due to the sweetness. The owner said well....I would not recommend based on customer service and the taste. read more

Stopped here for dinner on a Thursday evening about 7 p.m.. Saw the Lotus Blossom sign touting Thai food and a buffet. The buffet was disappointing in that it was common "chinese" food such as General Tsao's chicken, hot & sour soup, fried chicken, fried rice, etc. Don't misunderstand me. The food was good quality and was well prepared, it just wasn't the Thai experience I expected from the signage. (Wish I had fired up Yelp and read the one previous review.) As there was severe weather in the area, the TV in the side room was tuned to the weather channel versus sports. The staff and friendly and efficient. They also offer free wifi, which enabled me to send an update to family monitoring my trip on this bad night. So, if you want Thai food in Stuttgart, you found the right place, but you'll need to ask for a Thai menu on arrival. read more

Lotus Blossom is one of my families favorite places to eat. Their food is always delicious,fresh and hot. Love that they have the buffet option as well as order from the menu. Cooks and wait staff are always helpful when i wasn't sure about what something was. They know their stuff. The staff is always nice and helpful. Never have to ask to have my glass refilled. Always get a smiling, caring waiter or waitress. We hate when they close down in the summer to go visit family in Thailand but it makes us more appreciative of them when they come back. Whats that they say about absences making the heart grow fonder? Seems to work for the stomach to. :-) They have fed my family and friends for years and I hope they are around for many many more read more

Make sure to ask for the Thai menu. Due to the local population's taste, by default they give you a Chinese food menu / buffet. Their Chinese food is pedestrian, but their above average / exceptional Thai food is unexpected in a community of this size. read more

The buffet has no healthy options - everything is breaded and/or fried and coated with gloppy sauce. I imagine this is what the locals want so that is what they provide. The good news is that the staff here are very accommodating and happy to cook just about whatever you want however you want. I was able to get a big plate of steamed veggies and chicken which was both satisfying and healthy. If I have to eat out in this town I would choose this place. read more

We went in around regular lunch hours on a week day. We did the buffet, which consisted of regular Chinese food (beef and broccoli, fried rice, egg rolls, etc). The food was below average. A real disappointment. Not fresh and just bland. If you want better Chinese food, I'd recommend the other Chinese restaurant in Stuttgart. read more

Mostly Chinese on the buffet, but it's fresh and good. I like the crab Rangoon and spring rolls. Also the curry and beef dishes are good. If this review was for Little Rock, I might give it four stars. But for Stuttgart this is a very good option. Now that I know there's a Thai menu, i'll ask for that next time.
