Chicken Balado are fried chicken wings covered in a spicy sambal sauce that I usually get every week. It's that good!! It is paired with steamed rice and cucumber slices which help tame the heat. My son's favorite is the Indonesian curry (stew) chicken. Wonderful flavor, and not spicy. It also comes with steamed rice. A new dish was just added, the beef randang.
