The store has great, unique clothing at an affordable price. And I love the jewelry selection. The only downside is having to make a choice among all of the fabulous clothes they have! What horrible customer service! I completely agree with another yelper. Our 10 year old kids when in with us to shop. The lady was so rude and basically stated there were other family stores similar we could shop at. I already provided a Google review but wanted my Yelp readers to be aware of this store. I went today to the store at St Augustine around 645 and the store Clerk was very rude. I asked if the system was working (since I came in earlier and she said that I needed to pay cash because system was down) when I asked she looked at me, hesitate and answered in a very rude attitude YES, it's working. I told her that I did not like her attitude and that she was rude and i she said " so you don't like my attitude? I just put back the two dresses and left. when I came out of the store she slammed the door on me. check your cameras, Saturday Sept 14 betw 6:30 Pm and 6:45 Pm. she has dark hair, again very rude and unprofessional. I am hopping it's not because I am a Latina. This type of behavior should not be tolerated. read more

The woman was so rude. I went to shop with my mom and we wanted to try on a bunch of items. They only have two fittings rooms and we were going to share one not only because we were paying customers but out of consideration if other people. The lady did not speak to us the entire time we shopped but the minute we walked in to try on our clothes she repeatedly and rudely yelled "it's only one at a time" and "did you hear me ladies" This policy makes no sense and lost her business and money. We would have bought things but did not because the shopping experience was ruined from her rudeness and the policy. Let people shop how they want. read more

I don't typically leave reviews. But I felt I should warn people. There's a rude woman with dark hair at the counter. Not sure if she's the owner or whatever, but wow. I walked in with my father and mother. She was horribly sarcastic when we greeted her as we walked in. Asked if we were looking for anything in particular. I said no, but asked if there were any sales, aside from what was outside. She said "No. That's it!" She fake smiled and then when the interaction was completed, she frowned and said something under breath. Because the atmosphere felt tense, I put back a dress on the outside sales rack where I got it from to not give them any of my business. She stood at the door with her arms crossed, shoulder on the door frame. I asked if all was okay since she was staring us down. She said "OH YES! Everything's just fine!" And we left. Y'all, I'm pretty sure she's not okay. There was no reason for how she acted. I won't say she's racist... she just can't be because she lives in a city founded by Spaniards. I stumbled upon this hidden gem while walking in St. Augustine. A cute dress hanging outside caught my eye and lured me in. I'm picky about my clothes, so I knew this place had to be good to tempt me inside. Kimberly, the sales clerk, stated that it was 30% off. Get out of town! Ok. Now my ears are up. She said that the dress came in a few colors. Great! One size fits all. Brakes applied. I'm not a one size fits all kind of gal. I'm short, wide shoulders, larger in the upper arms, and fuller in the chest. Let's just see about this one! Kimberly suggested that I try it on and see. I've heard that before. It never works out. Too small. Every single time. I scoffed. Ok. Ok. After some gentle reassurance from her, I went into the dressing room. Whoa! The dress fit me in every single aspect and it complimented me. Not too small! It was a miracle! Kimberly suggested some accessories to compliment the dress. I told her what kind of accessory style that I liked, and she went right to the ones that I liked. I ended up choosing a pair of beautiful earrings. Kimberly really knows her stuff. She is great with people, friendly, and an asset to this business. I recommend this store to anyone visiting St. Augustine. Great selection. Great staff. I will be back! read more

I had the worst experience in my life inside this store. I was with two friends whom was buying a dress. When the attendant of the store asked me which perfume I was using, happily I answered her the name mademoiselle channel, she told me that the perfume o was so strong that was hurting her nose. I was so embarrassed around my friends I left the store. I never felt this way before. read more

Came upon this great little shop with my granddaughter.. she is six but loves sparkly girly things. Now, I know this is an extremely nice women's shop... so I reminded her we look with our eyes, not our hands... Kim was so nice. She noticed my granddaughter very much liked a particular necklace and chatted with her about it. She was not irritated or rude and even though she was talking with child... as she was so sweet!
