I saw a pair of sequin shorts at the mall and they only had a XL which was too big. I called 3 stores in Diego to no avail. I decided to call here. I greatly appreciate her checking and me not having to waste time and gas driving from store to store. This is the 2nd time this location has come through with what I needed.

The hat selection is not as large as some of the other locations I went in looking for a pair of boots, ended up, walking out with a different type of food that I wasn't looking for, but it was on clearance and the person that helped me out, put a little bit of conditioner on them because one looked a little more worn than the others, which it looked good. It's just that the new one that wasn't tried on as much too new so it made it look like it was a different color because people handled the other ones with their hands more than the other one we put some conditioner on it let it dry looked at them. I decided I'll take them. I used my $15 credit that I had on my account and a $25 off store coupon so I got a pair of $200 boots that we're already discounted to 140 after they applied the coupons. The boots came out to around $120. It's pretty good for a pair of boots. I probably won't be coming back to this one just because of the way it looks inside. It feels like a Ross or similar type of shop. It's kind of messy the staff most of them aren't as friendly and personable as some of the other locations. I was only asked if I needed help twice by one staff member, and then once by another who will continue to help me the rest of the time they were pretty good. I walked by at least three other staff members, but none of them said anything to me. The selection of hats seems to be a little small. They're all pretty much Cody James only oh no it's not the best place. It's not the worst place.

The clearance racks are 70% off! Found a cashmere sweater for only $20 in a gorgeous burgundy color. Didn't buy it because it was too hot for me to think about buying a sweater no matter the bargain, but I did buy a cute green beaded bracelet and a pair of long dangly earrings with clear spherical and oblong beads for a total cost of $19 . The staff were kind and helpful--one gave me the bathroom code when I needed it, and another helped me sign up for the reward program and pay for my purchases. I think I'll have to go check out the Nordstrom rack in my area sometime, because there are good deals, for shoes too!

As a tall individual with long arms, finding professional attire that fits correctly off-the-rack is nearly impossible; I usually resort to buying cheap shirts and paying for custom tailoring. Brittany's expertise completely changed that. Her deep knowledge of fit and body types allowed her to find shirts and coats that fit perfectly right then and there. Her ability to assess my frame and provide stylish, accurate suggestions is a level of service I'd expect from a high-end custom tailor or Nordstrom. I wasn't even planning on buying shirts, but I walked out with three because of her skill. Brittany is a remarkable asset to the store.
