It is plastic, so made me cringe a bit, but I let it be. Milk tea I ordered was 25% sweet and just right for me, the milk tea was very good and fragrant, but there wasn't much cheese foam left on a hot drink and the lady left out the boba. I did enjoy the milk tea as it was nice and fragrant and a good quality milk tea was used and not made from powder. I'd definitely come back here and next time, will ask for the cold one so I can enjoy the cheese foam more and make sure to emphasize that I want boba. Although it wasn't on the menu, I asked for a foam on top, and a vanilla cold foam was added on top of my drink for an additional $1. I don't know the exact volume of the cup, but it seems a little bigger than normal bobas due to its width (but maybe I'm tripping). Ultimately, I spent under $10 for a customized drink that I love and couldn't be happier! I loved the taste of the tea specifically and the sweetness of the rest of the drink.
