They were super kind with my toddler and amicable with us. The food was delicious. We ordered the sausage sampler with potato salad and also tried the schnitzel sandwich. I was surprised by the portions and the quality of the bread and sauerkraut. So good that we ordered another portion of sauerkraut! Fries came out hot and crispy. We honestly enjoyed all the food. The beers were cold, but my only complaint is that they were out of a few of the draft options. I understand it's Sunday, but that was a bit of a negative. However, we got a draft beer and a bottled beer, and both were fantastic. Parking could be challenging on busy days, but on this occasion we had easy free street parking. Free is very rare thing in Miami. They have happy hour deals every day. I believe around 3 PM. I need to come back to check that out. I saw a sign for Tuesday all-day happy hour and $5 brats. That's a deal! Overall, a great German restaurant with delicious food, friendly staff, cold beer, TV screens for sports and homey ambiance.

What really sets Cuckoo Clock Brauhaus apart is the atmosphere. It is not your typical German restaurant. It has fun Apres Ski vibes and a lively, cozy, social feel. They also host great events like Oktoberfest, Christmas Market, and Honky Tonk nights, which makes every visit feel special. The service is excellent, super friendly, attentive, and welcoming. You truly feel like a guest. It is also a great place to watch sports with a beer in hand. Free parking is available, and the location is just three minutes from I 95, which makes it very easy to get to. If you are looking for real German food, great energy, and a place that knows how to host a good time, this is the spot.

Nothing pretentious, nothing overworked. Just solid, crave worthy dishes that remind you why simple food done well is hard to beat. The menu is dependable in the best way, with flavors that feel intentional and satisfying. Portions are generous without being over the top, and everything comes out the way you hoped it would. Service is warm, efficient, and welcoming, which somehow makes the food taste even better. It feels like a neighborhood spot even though people from all over Miami seek it out. Blue Collar is the kind of restaurant you recommend without hesitation and keep in your regular rotation. Comforting, consistent, and always a good idea.

The shrimp and grits were initially served a little warm so I asked for them to be warmed up. They came back piping hot, which I appreciated. The side of sweet potatoes was yummy and I didn't even need to use the sauce that was served along with it. The Philly with fries was a large portion and the fries were delicious. There is a parking lot in the back but looks limited.

The buffet was $18-$20 (price dependent on drink you choose). There was a nice small variety of foods to choose from like lechon, pancit, lumpia, longanisa, and more. My favorites were the lechon and longanisa. The lechon was so crispy and juicy. I have never eaten longanisa as a whole sausage before and I loved it! It was sweet and went so good with rice. The people running the place were so friendly and great. This is such an authentic place.

Add in one of the nicest old ladies I have ever met and you have yourself a great build up. This is a restaurant which happens to stock some Filipino snacks and dry goods on one wall. The tables are old and weather-worn. The buffet is 18 trays of hot food, plus a condiment area and some desserts and coffee. For $18 it's all you can eat and soda or water is included. In downtown Miami that's madness. But the food. Downright amazing. You eat off paper plates on a cafeteria style tray. It is simple. And it is awesome. I served myself a bite of about 12 dishes, tasted them all, enjoyed them all, and went back for second of the best stuff. There are signs posted gently asking you only take as much as you can eat and that is totally reasonable. It's all you can eat man - take a little and if you want more go back! No big deal. But whereas some restaurants post these signs as a threat, the old lady was imploring us to go get another plate as we finished our first and second. Sorry granny I'm full!! Then she insisted we eat some desserts. She wants you to eat and I just loved that. For a woman pushing 80 she has energy and frankly, she is reason enough to visit. Fantastic experience. One of my all-time favorite Miami restaurants and it was like $22. Crazy.

The designated parking isn't clear and was full. We did get help and guidance to park in the empty lot next door but it was overgrown grass with trash not friendly to my outfit and no setting the tone. The trash and environment outside of the venue is distracting ... Im a native born and raised and knew what to anticipate but still it was disappointing. If you are willing to overlook that aspect, it is a unique experience and I would recommend you try it. I cant say enough good things about chef and his beautiful lady.
