No regard. my jobs crippling me. No restrictions when I clearly said Im jacked up because of the repetitive tasks. WHO is he working for?
London D.

Yet one more doctor not listening to me and not asking questions. He had a loud voice and tried to command the room. He did shake my hand. I CLEARLY TOLD HIM I was there for more than one issue and that the repetitive nature of my work is crippling me. He didn't write a restriction letter to take me off of those tasks. He does give me what looks like a medical note and it has NO RESTRICTIONS ON IT! Something's not computing in his mind. Another mindless disappointment. I have been getting literally crippled at work BECAUSE OF THE REPETITIVE STRESS MOVEMENTS. Does he have ADD or ADHD. Having a restriction note that will put me off a specific task for a certain amount of time is extremely invaluable and he wouldn't even do that and he actually thinks I can go back all crippled as I am to do the same goddamn task that got me to this place in the first place!!!! Disgusting lack of intellect, compassion, observation and lack of questioning. Yes also the wait is long. I waited 1.5 hours before he ever stuck his head into my room. Where I waited and wondered if he was going to pay attention to me. He did not.

I highly recommend Dr. Costigan who has recently performed a microdiscectomy on my L5/S1 lumbar spine. I am so pleased with my results after just a few weeks post op. I am walking again with no pain, and owe so much to him for being a state of the art surgeon! And he referred me to a great physical therapist to speed along my recovery. The team at Congress Medical in Pasadena are fantastic! I am so blessed to have them helping me with all aspects of my care! Dr. Costigan is an amazing person who really wants to help his patients get healthy again. I could not hope for a better Surgeon!

Beware! He misdiagnoses and orders unnecessary treatments. You will have to get a second opinion from another doctor, such waste of time!!!

I recently had a full knee replacement with Dr. Klenck and he made sure that all precautions were taken to ensure a successful experience. He really cares about his patients. The Surgery Scheduler, Jennifer, also does an outstanding job of scheduling procedures and making sure that all of the necessary pre op referrals are completed in a timely manner. Highly recommended!

If you care about your health and well being, do not come to a place that practices mill medicine,…read morecontrary to the standard of care. Multiple rushed and poor experiences here with several physicians. Most of your face time here is with physician assistants. When a doctor experiences significant tactile resistance during an injection and openly admits a lesion isn't behaving like a typical cyst, shifting to a passive "wait-and-see" approach without looking at your historical imaging is simply a contradiction in clinical logic. Calling that out isn't about being confrontational; it is about recognizing that your intuition was right, your questions are valid. Dr. Billings operates a medical mill. I came to see Dr Billings (incidentally CEO of Pasadena Orthopedics) for a thumb lesion xrayed 5 years ago and never biopsied. She injected my thumb without so much as objectively establishing if the lesion was solid or cystic. She told me with utmost confidence that I have a cyst. She suddenly revised her diagnosis while in the midst of obviously struggling to inject the lesion with steroids. She wanted to move fast because volume means Benjamins $. I walked in with little to no pain, and walked out unable to fully flex or extend my thumb without pain. The office then gave me the run around for a simple imaging request after the pain progressively worsened and insinuated that the response to my injection in 6 weeks is "diagnostic." No rationale was offered. Billings tried to pivot with, "let's see if we get a treatment response." Truth is, she realized unnecessary needle trauma would have to be healed from forcefully trying to inject steroids (liquid) in something with the density of an eraser (before imaging could become meaningful). I offered to show them prior imaging, but they were too busy churning out patients. I came here for diagnostic clarity, not to sit around for 2 hours and be provided substandard care. The audacity of trying to pass it off as, "let's wait to see if the treatment responds" (damn well knowing it's not behaving like a cyst and forcing fluid in a solid mass in a patient's thumb). Come on now.

I'm extremely disappointed and concerned by our experience with Dr. Tang…read more My husband tore his calf, and about 3 weeks later suddenly developed severe pain that felt noticeably different. We came to Huntington Orthopedics for a 2nd opinion and repeatedly stressed that this was a significant change. We specifically asked for an ultrasound because we were concerned something else could be going on. Dr. Tang was incredibly dismissive and condescending. He repeatedly told us that calf injuries have "good days and bad days," that the chances of a blood clot were low, and made it clear he thought getting an ultrasound would be a waste of time. I kept pushing. Eventually, I literally begged him, "Please, just do it for my anxiety." Only then did he finally agree to order the ultrasound. The ultrasound found a blood clot. The radiologist sent the results to Dr. Tang's office, and we called immediately. We were told he had already left for the day (4:45pm) and that we would need to schedule a telehealth appointment for another day to discuss the results. Given our concern, we begged his assistant to please read us the results. After some back and forth, thankfully, she did (Grateful for her!). We contacted my husband's primary care doctor, who immediately started him on blood thinners. That is what makes this entire experience so upsetting. We recognized that something had changed, communicated it repeatedly, and specifically asked for the test that ultimately identified the problem--yet we were made to feel like we were overreacting. More than anything, I'm just sad and deeply disappointed by how this was handled. I was so close to giving up and accepting that maybe we were overreacting. I'm incredibly grateful I trusted my gut and continued advocating for my husband. Patients deserve to have significant changes in their symptoms taken seriously and to be treated with respect when raising concerns. Based on our experience, we would not return to this doctor.

Dr. Lee changed my life. I went to him in February 2026 as a second opinion on a herniated disc…read more(L5/S1) that was pressing on my sciatic nerve and causing sever left leg pain. Prior to that appointment, I was in PT for 2 months which only made the pain worse and then received an epidural shot from a pain physician. The epidural shot wore off after 6 weeks and the pain came back in mid-March 2026 worse and persistent. I made the decision to get a microdiscectomy and got it done on April 21, 2026. Dr. Lee and his office is very professional. He takes his time and answers every question I had about the surgery, recovery, and anything I could think about. He never rushes me out the door and spends the time talking through everything with me. He called for two days after the surgery, and his team was able to answer any questions via phone I had. Dr. Lee has been a resource at several milestone appointments: 2 weeks post op, 6 weeks post op, and 4 months post op. He also gave me a great recommendation for the PT required after my 6 weeks of recovery. Two things I would like to point out is the hospital nurses all had great things to say about him the day of the surgery and kept telling me I was in good hands. The OR nurse even told me she's consulting with him about her pain. The PT office I selected based on Dr. Lee's recommendation has also been great. At my first appointment with them during the physical exam, based on my physical responses to the exam, they told me I had a great surgeon who worked on me, and I was in great shape just 6 weeks after the surgery. I know a full recovery can take up to a year so I am still in recovery and doing PT (more for my sanity) as I had a large herniated disc, but I am no longer in pain and feel like my prior self 95% of the time. I would recommend Dr. Lee in a heartbeat!

I explained that…read moreI had already had a nerve test and x-rays completed recently and offered to provide him with the disc from the facility that completed the tests. Dr. Lee was fine with this. I prepared the disc to be mailed off with the USPS, which required a signature once delivered to Dr. Lee's office. I did this because the disc has my Personal Health Information (PHI) and my Personal Identification Information (PII). I also called Dr. Lee's office and spoke his female staff members - twice - to alert them of the disc being sent and the need for someone's signature. I was brushed off and ignored. I few days later, I get a bill for the office visit. Long story short, my disc sat at the USPS in Glendale until it was returned to me by USPS as no one went into the USPS to sign for the disc. A female staffer calls me to ask if I had received their bill, to which I told her I had. She tells me to ignore it because they filed the claim wrong!?!? I would not recommend anyone going here.
