My wife and I were getting coffee and decided to stop in to browse. My wife is on a mission to get a funky pair of Burberry frames. A salesperson comes over and starts helping her with the various frames. They were able to find the pair she wanted online. Now, my wife turns her attention to me and says, look at these frames, I think they'd look nice on you. I try them on, sure enough, I look like a runway model. Sold! Now we need to upgrade our eyewear prescription. The person giving me the eye exam, I'm joking with her and we're making small talk. She's finished with the exam and I'm told my glasses should be ready in a few days. A few days pass and I get a call, my glasses are ready. I pick them up and the next day I wear them for the first time. I noticed the long distance was blurry? That night, I went back to the black hand of eyewear and I said check these glasses because my eyes are going batshit crazy. When I was there, the optometrist is working. He gives me a new eye exam and checks the prescription. He said the distance was increased? I guess that's what you get when you joke around with the eye examiner.. The problem was rectified, I just picked up my glasses with the correct lens. Now I can see like a hawk! No harm, no foul on the mistaken prescription. I do have to point out one thing, this place smells like there was a flood? Change the damn carpet, its mildewed!

The glasses are beautiful glasses, but they locked up and after exhausting about three hours of trying to remedy the situation and restart the glasses or reset the glasses and talking to a techie from Meta, the glasses are permanently frozen Well within the two week purchase. I was basically told that because I ordered them online. I wasn't entitled to purchase a warranty, but I need to go back to Rayban and there's nothing they could do. To me, this is the greatest form of horrible service you could offer a customer and after buying many pairs of glasses from sunglass hut through the last 20 years or so, I won't anymore and I would highly recommend you not shopping at the Smith Haven mall sunglass hut. The manager today, at 5:07 PM was very short and dismissive and basically said you'll just have to deal with Rayban. It's not their policy to exchange the glasses. Sadly, the worst customer service so be aware. Beyond disappointed.
