After I had my exam The cost of the glasses were nearly 400 over my benefit. At that point I was stuck with this provider. I purchased the glasses. My glasses broke and they were brought back and she did replace them, however she said "Be careful these are cheap glasses" . The lenses still do not seem right and I will be following up with an Ophthalmologist. However I do not recommend this location, particularly if you have UFT Optical Benefits. There are much better options.

I've been wearing glasses for years and I've never had that problem before. They did replace one set of lens due to this, but the new ones scratched just as badly. When I picked up the glasses, I laid them on the counter and they were clearly uneven, as one earpiece laid flat on the counter and the other was up in the air. I pointed it out to the guy and he grabbed them, bent one earpiece, and then said "Here, ok?" kind of rudely. They also have a limited selection of glasses. I'm not going to go back there and I'm looking for a new place.

I was so pleased with the experience that I went back to have lenses put into my own frame, and he was just as helpful and accommodating the second time around. I was so happy to learn that Scott loves music, which made the experience feel that much more enjoyable and personal. It's rare to find someone who combines skill, kindness, and such a friendly personality so naturally. Dr. Romanelli was also very strong in his recommendation of Brookhaven Opticians, telling me that if I wanted a decent pair of glasses, this was the place to go. I may not remember his exact words, but I do remember how strongly he recommended them. The selection is excellent, the service is top-notch, and the value is absolutely there.
