To all Costco employees. You remind me of Disney, your organized and detail to everything in the store. I went to buy the necessary items and water for the hurricane. It was impressive how everyone was working to get everyone out and with the items they needed. Thank you so much. I highly recommend Costco. read more

Hello everyone. I have been a Costco member for many years since they've been open. I just want to make a comment on this time of the coronavirus pandemic. I want to thank the managers employees of Costco for trying their best to make everything organized and as safe and sufficient as they can. I appreciate the kindness and caring of the majority of employees at Costco. We are all in this together and I appreciate all your help for the community. Two thumbs up for the administration at Costco thank you again read more

As expected, Costco is always filled with swarms of people almost as if it is forever Black Friday at this store. If it wasn't such a good store, there wouldn't be so many people. On top of the heaps of money you already save by buying in bulk, Costco sends out cupons to save a couple dollars here and there. My favorite aisles are always the produce, and the meats. Somehow Costco has managed to sell cherries way out of season. I don't know how and I don't want to know, but I am grateful! After shopping here a couple of times, you get really greedy going into other stores and see that you are paying the same price for smaller quantity. The self-checkout lines can become somewhat of a pain, with such heavy and oddly shaped items, the itty bitty scanner is nearly impossible to work with. Aside from that, once you check out, be sure to stop off at the little cafeteria. The pizza is actually really delicious and when you buy the whole pie is cheap. Who'd have thunk? read more

Costco - Yummy pizza - Wholesale Stores Near Me - Miami, Florida

I live in Cooper City and have always shopped at Davie Cosco. Although I have never had a problem I must say that I will forever make Miami Lakes my go to Cosco. I do not mind the drive. The customer service I received in Miami Lakes from a supervisor named Sheldon, is beyond exceptional! He truly went out of his way to make a customer happy. Cosco should be so so proud to have an employee like him! Thank You Sheldon read more

I LOVE COSTCO!! But don't use their auto savings program. It sucks! I was referred to Honda of Aventura, who are way shady and say they "honored" the Costco savings price, but hid charges into the sale not easily seen by the naked eye! When called out on it they had cockamamie excuses. Should have gone over the contract with a fine tooth comb and also a calculator. read more

Amber from the photo department was absolutely superb! She was efficient, knowledgeable and helpful with not just my concerns but as well as other customers. Amazing customer service all around! read more

Costco store okay. Long lines often. Poor rating for terrible incompetent tire store. Lost my order for two weeks. Waited over two hours at my appointment. Nobody knew how to balance my tires. Badly managed. read more

Thurs 7pm. Dozens of parking spots unusable due to abandoned carts. Restrooms filthy and full of trash. Snack bar area tables and floor wet and sticky. And they're blasting disco so loud in the checkout area that you can't hear the clerks. read more

God this place sucks now. It's been great 10 years ago when you can actually find good deals. Now everything is overpriced... think PUBLIX prices on bulk items that all goes bad in a day or two. Try returning something? You will probably be greeted by Magdiel, a fatass who will pretend to examine your item like he knows what he's doing (when he's not gathering carts out back or working the forklift... or running around getting free samples) gives you condescending looks because you return crappy laptop or chinese flatscreen. The staff has their own parking now but wouldn't you know it they still park in the back of the parking lot and take up spaces and smoke their weed.... tire shop prices suck you could find cheaper and better stuff at tirerack. Crappy cars always parked outside costco with "costco exclusive" member pricing ($100-200 off sticker.) The only thing that's still good here is the $2 pizza slices. read more

love it!

Very good selection of wine & lots of ready to heat food, love this place! Especially great prices on brand name items.

I love this Costco is very convenient, lines as usual long but moves quick! You can do self checkout quickly! Love the products and I got an upgrade on my membership! read more

What's not to love about Costco? Huge place and out of all bulk retailers, the one with the best selection of goods.

A strong inventory of products in this South Miami Costco off the Turnpike. They even have a self-serve checkout where you scan your own purchases. This was the first time I noticed that some of the Scanners have a reader on both the bottom and the side. There are UPC codes on the bottom of the boxes to make it easier to scan. That all said, the Self Serve Checkout did take the coupons but not my end of year rebate check (that would have been nice to know before checking out). With the service level of a Discount Warehouse, the checkout guy told me I'd have to use it next time. Now that's the service level a customer expects but doesn't rightfully deserve from a leading "Membership" Discount Warehouse Superstore. I guess for some consumers, cost savings is more important than anything else and they're willing to overlook a not so gracious customer service experience. read more

I am a huge fan of Costco. they have great prices and staff. Their return policy is ridiculous. For example I recently threw a big party and bought all my beer, wine and alcohol from Costco. It turns out about half of it was untouched and unopened so i was able to return it all for full refunds! Their hot food area always hits the spot! I have become a fan of all the extra costco benefits as well, I got my tires from the Costco Tireshop, when I am in the area i get Costco gas! Its an all around great experience. Sure other shops like BJs have more selection, but the Costco staff is always customer service oriented! read more

Been a member for the past 10 years and the yearly membership pays for itself. I recently started getting contact lens here and eye glasses and the different in prices can be steeP! I was shelling out 500 for what I now paid 200. They have good variety of products and good prices. Downside is the lines to pay ( if it's weekend) and yeah the " Receipt checkers" can be annoying to stand in another line just to get out. Over all this id one of monthly place to stock up. Just be careful filling the cart, it can get pricey. P.S. Have not braved yet the gas lines it's always long and the prices are not that discounted to be worth the long wait read more

I LOVE Costco, I could live there! Everything is much more affordable than the actual stores. The photo books are cheap and cute. They have awesome deals. My favorite part is that you can sample some stuff while you walk around! read more

After going to BJ's my whole life I didn't think Costco could ever live up it its standards. Wow was I effing wrong ! Costco takes the cake when it comes to wholesale ! Sooo many food samples, interesting food products, good service & I looove the food court. Costco pizza & turkey pesto sandwiches mmmm :) read more

For my 100th review...I'm praising Costco. My children enjoy the samples, the rotisserie chicken, the hot dogs and fountain drinks and the pizza!! Their pizza makes me break my diet every-time! It's big, a little greasy, cheesy, and priced to make you forget the calories because you just saved a few bucks! I like fine dining but I also need bulk size tissue and soap...may as we'll enjoy a slice while I'm shopping. read more

Idk wtf is going on with Costco and their new wine section policy, but by you having Costco associates hovering over the wine section is hurting you're wine sales. I know what I'm looking for and don't need anyone trying to push Vivino ratings on me. Honestly, it's annoying and they don't know a damn thing about wine. They try to push a below average wine you. I'm. f'ing done with Costco and their damn wine section. F all of you! read more

Hate the crowd, love the prices! Ok, I like all the free food samples. But really you can not go to this place for one item. For one thing u can't but one item cuz it will be packed in bulk. But it is so divers and cheep u will find other things you gotta get!!! read more

We buy most of our groceries here. I love that they started to bring in lots of organic items. And they always have good deals. They always bring in little gems like wild caught salmon that go fast. I realized that it's cheaper to buy their roasted chicken instead of making it myself. Their roasted chicken is not dry and most of the time it's pretty fresh. read more

I absolutely love this place. This is the only place where I put gas but make a note: the only accept credit cards for gas. On the weekends this place gets very very busy & kind of hard to find parking but they deals you get are great. If you go on the weekend mornings you'll be able to catch people around the store giving out great samples! read more

Great costco. I'd rather drive all the way to Kendall than go to the one in Doral. Service and quality of the foods they carry are superb when compared with Doral Costco. They should open another one in Miami preferably by Pinecrest ! read more

Had an enjoyable experience finding the items I needed. Good parking and it has a gas station.

Got my Christmas trees at a great price. I bought just a few things inside and on the self-service checkout, a cashier helped me without asking, service is always quick and polite at the store. read more

The greatest deal in America is the Costco hot dog and slice of pizza. Good quality for the price and always great savings at Costco.

Been a Costco member for almost 20 years, and while I also have a membership to BJ's Wholesale Club, I come here for certain items I can't get a BJ's and because some items are cheaper. I use the travel services often for great deals. I do miss my Plano Texas Costco where they used to roast the coffee beans, but this location is nice although really busy. read more

I love Costco!!! I go in needing two or three items and come out with a cartload. The quality of their meats, fish and seafood is excellent. At this particular Costco I find fresh Corvina and make ceviche. There are also excellent products for my grandchildren's lunch boxes. read more

OMG! Glasses broke and wanted to switch to contact lenses. I though it was going to be a mission. Someone told me they get their contacts at Costco, so I followed her advice. Walked in without an appointment, they took my vision test, wrote me a prescription for new glasses and gave me a 2-week trial of my new contact lenses, eye drops, and capsule for only $124. All under 30-minutes. Doctor was quick yet respectable and all office members really helped me out. THANK YOU SO MUCH. read more

Great customer service, even though they were closing they offered to wait for us to go get our truck to fit the patio furniture we wanted to purchase. read more

Love the prices... Hate the crowds!! anytime during the week is good but, early in the morning any day is best... (=

Best place to do ur shopping they have everything it's huge and very organized and clean

Costco is a beast for wholesale shopping. Any wholesale place is gonna get you cheap paper towels and soda, but with Costco it doesn't end there at all. As many will tell you, you can't beat their $1.50 hotdog with a refillable drink for a budget lunch and most of the other hot food items are reasonable as well. But before you dine-in, be sure to make the rounds for the free samples! Just stay away from the 'rush hours' as with any wholesale place, however, even during those crowded times the staff is still pleasant and helpful! read more

I am a fan and always be a fan of Costco. I have been a member for the past five years. Toilet paper and $5 dollar chickens,$1.50 for a hot dog /drink and the list goes on and on but Prices do not change. I have shopped at many locations. This location is in Kendall and very busy every day and night. Costco is one of the "Fortune 500" recommended companies to work for great benefits and decent starting wage. I purchase many items here and go at least 3 times a week. I guess I should apply for a job..lol read more

Everything is great, from the food, to the utilities, the people and the customer care. Everything I need is in bulk what more could I ask for. Only there is no gas station. read more

Latest housewares outdoor furniture and prices inexpensive. We ended up getting food at the cafeteria and it's a good deal, we just wanted something fast so they had two footlongs with a drink for 3 dollars. They were nathans hotdogs so they are good, plus you can put all the topping u want. It's a good place for buying evrything you need. I like coming to costco over walmart for the lines and pricing and people. Tip: Sign up for their weekly add and you can save more money and you can pre-order the things you need to make it a fast trip, sometimes we get caught up in there for a while looking at everything. Pros: no lines Cons: Membership fees.... read more

on line appliance order! horrible experience! i ended up cancelling my order. costco is extremely disorganized so when the shipment of the appliances came damaged, it took nearly 3 weeks to get a replacement refrigerator and after 5 weeks...still no range! do not order from these people! it took 3 weeks for them to arrange to remove the appliances from my home since they couldn't tell me when the 4th appliance was arriving. ***i got the same deal from brandsmart and received my order in 2 days!!!!!! costco was a nightmare!!!! n e v e r again will i order anything like this on line with them!!!!!! after all the trouble they put me through and the 40 phone calls to their customer service department, they never did anything to in line of an apology! disgusting!!! read more

Costco Rocks! That being said, there is one thing I would like to see changed. You need an express line. Or you need to limit "self check-out" to 5 items or less and no alcohol. The people who get in the self check-out with a basket full of stuff (most of which they can't even lift) hold up the line. Then they want to pay with a visa card, did they not ready the enormous sign? They do not know how to scan and this also holds up the line. Please make an express self check out for those of us who just want to run in for your amazing one of a kind items. Thank you. read more

We were shopping for a crib, dresser, glider, and some patio chairs and it was nice to have a Costco employee offer to help us load these items onto our van. Excellent customer service! The Kirkland Marinara Sauce is also our new fave. It doesn't need any spice added to it as it is very flavorful. Before we leave the warehouse we usually stop for their $1.50 hot dog and soda combo. Great prices! read more
