Free samples are my favorite thing in the world, but besides that this costco is pretty good. It has basically everything a normal person needs in their daily life and also some more foreign things while still being cheap and in bulk. The only issue would be the lines, but not from a lack of trying on Costco's part. I also like how they're not evil walmart, so I don't feel guilty going there and knowing their employees are slaves. read more

I would just like to say, during the panic of Hurricane Irma, his store has been a life saver for so many families. Here are all they have done for us here in South Florida: 1) they stayed over night to reorganize THE ENTIRE STORE to make an easier and quicker system for the hundreds of families coming in to get water and other survival supplies. 2) We came in to get water and the process was extremely smooth and simple and the entire staff was incredibly helpful and calm and nice. 3) They implemented a water limit to two cases for every person to ensure EVERYONE gets adequate amounts of water. 4) They structured the gas lines so that in a line of hundreds of cars, we were done filling up the car in LESS THAN 30 MINUTES. 5) Whatever team it was that helped us and organized us and everything today September 8, 2017 deserves ALL OF THE RECOGNITION AND PRAISE IN THE WORLD. i do MOST of my shopping from costco .. in addition to how ASWESOME the prices are , everything they carry has an amazing quality , you have to try their quarter pounder burgers all beef ! best burgers ever ... i also love to go and eat their fresh out of the oven pizzas ! and have their frozen raspberry yogurt .. all for like 3 bux ! the only bad thing has to be the gas lines .. and that's why i one star them off . read more

Kendall Costco is nice,bright,great prices for bulk items . Very convenient optical service, . I also had my tires changed there and the guys Really really know about tires... The only thing I don't like is the parking...is always busy.....once you pass that part,the rest is great! read more

Ive never written a review for Costco, but I have never experienced anything like I repeatedly do in this one. In all the Costcos Ive shopped at, this one has a serious problem with their produce. It is amazing if you can find unripened produce at this location. Nearly everytime I go here (couple times a month), everything is so ripe or rotting that I often have to pass up buying what I wouldve liked to. Sometimes, Ive thought I was lucky and a day or two later, my produce is already rotted! Ive wasted so much money throwing food away, I will no longer be buying produce here. I love Costco, but I am extremely disappointed with this location. I really wish someone would look into this and do something about it. Its really wrong that people are paying for a membership and getting rotting food. read more

I remember when Costco first appeared here in miami many moons ago when i was but a little teenager. I had no idea i would end up hating it with a passion. I would spend hours upon hours in there going through every dam aisle looking at every dam product. That was then and this is now. I go in with a list and stick to it and i am in and out like a chep hooker. With there new location in London Square it is now larger and with more crap than ever. I use the term crap lossely but i think you know what i mean. They have......well everything...pretty much dam near everything you would need to survive. I like to stock up on meats and healthy snacks when i go. I dont have a family of 15 so i stay away from produce and stuff like that. I stock up on paper towels anf toilet paper just in case i need some in 6 months or so. The highlight of the day would have to be the cashiers. They make the trip worth while every so often especially this time. They get you in and out in a jiffy. I have not had to deal with any of the other employees so i have nothing negative to say. Now the people that litter the store do seem like zombies at times and that gets frustrating because it can get real difficult to manuever the oversized carts when you are trying to get around. I have to go here at least twice a week to stock up and it is always very clean and the propane service is always nice and courteous.

What a terrible Customer experience getting a membership with associate Kimberly At this location I felt I was waiting at DMV where you wait a long time and they treat customers with attitude. It is probably a long day for Kimberly but it is retail and you need to have a smile for every customer. She probably needs to get some customer experience training read more

Member services is extremely slow. Plan on at least an hour if you need a copy if your membership number. Never have I seen people work so slowly. read more

My Family always buys from Costco, we have been members for years. Now in the time of a Hurricane Emergency My husband waited patiently in those long lines to get necessary supplies for our household, he finally reached the cashier and then the most ridiculous thing happened, the cashier refused to accept my husband payment. it was a visa credit card that had my name on it, its also a joint account that I have with my husband and we have the same last name and he still would not take the payment, my husband had to call me ( I was at work because we had to secure our office for the upcoming storm) to tell me he had to leave behind all the supplies he got with exception to the water (he at least was able to scrimp some money for that) and now drive out to another grocery store in order to get those same supplies. I called to speak with a manager and his tone was rude he explained that Costco does not take cards from members if the name doesn't match. I told him no one has ever had an issue before and what if my husband used the self-check out ? the manager hung up on me and I decided to write this review. I am very upset with the customer service at Costco especially during this time of emergency that they would DENY supplies to their customer. our funds are very tight and that was the ONLY Credit Card with credit that we could use and they treated us unfairly. read more

Costco should be re named Sodium Palace. All the frozen foods are loaded with sodium and fat. They don't seem to be able to be more health oriented in their products. I shop there once a week.. Their frozen oatmeal is good but all the frozen fish, lasagna and other frozen products are loaded with preservatives, salt and fat and sugar. read more

Wow, this store has completely terrible service. The store manager treated me in such a wrong way today for checking out groceries and medication for my mom at home. I recommend no one visits this store because of how bad the customer service is, when I left the store I had people that came up to saying they got miss treated as well for purchasing groceries. And then the manager then tried threatening me saying she was gonna block my moms card for me purchasing groceries instead of saying It in a mannered way. I had no words when I left the store, but to write a complaint because of how awfully upset I was walking out the store without even buying my groceries for my family. Wasted my time in the store for 30 minutes to go home at night to my family and tell them what happend. It's sad because my family has been members for 15 years and when I told them what happend they were in shock because they would not think something like that would happen. How sad must your life be to take It out on other people... for that get a new job. read more

The parking lot is always packed and so is the store. Also, people are inconsiderate with parking in the middle of the aisle or not letting you get by. For some people that's just a part of the store's culture, and for other people it's a deal breaker. I don't ever buy there personally...I do know they often check your membership card, but I wasn't 100% sure you needed the card (more like 80%) because my aunt is the one who always shops there. I go with her but don't pay too much attention as she is always paying, so...but I was pretty SURE you needed it. Unfortunately my aunt had gone to the bathroom and didn't give me her membership card, so the one employee informed me in a very rude tone when I, with trepidation, gave him my other credit card, that "You need a Costco membership card to shop here, blah blah blah"...I told him I understood, but I was really pissed off that he said it so rudely. Wasn't arguing with him, very willing to step out of the line. He should not have been so rude. Then later on when we were back in line he told me, not "Move please"...but very abruptly "Move!" when he was standing in front of me and I could not even move. I think he is one of the main employees there, though he has been nice before. My main point here is that you can save on items, but the store environment is very jammed and the store culture isn't always the nicest if people don't like what someone else is doing. This goes also for people who arbitrarily think they own the aisle or want someone to move and get all flustered and decide to hit your cart when moving by. read more
