Great restraunt supply. They have cooking equipment as well as food. You don't have to own a restraunt to shop here, you just have to be a Costco member. Some of the prices are lower than other Costco stores. One of the nice things about this Costco is it is not as crowded. There is not clothing or holiday items. If all you need is food or gas, try this location out.

This place is like normal Costco but better because there are way fewer people and the lines are much shorter. It has no clothes/electronics/pharmacy/home goods as it's aimed towards small businesses and restaurants (any Costco membership can shop here though). In exchange it has a slightly smaller floorplan and an extended refrigerated foods section, in addition to the regular foodstuffs and disposable goods that normal Costcos sell (though, in some cases, in increased quantities--see pictures). If you're in the market for office furniture or industrial grade kitchen supplies they do have a nice selection of those too. This location does have gas but no food court. Beware the slightly different hours than regular costco--open earlier in the day, and closed on Sundays. Navigational note: if you're coming from 405 N and then briefly swinging back around on I-5 S to get to the west side of the freeway, the exit for Hwy 524 is also labeled as 196th Street, presumably having to do with which segments of the road are maintained by state vs local government. It is the exit IMMEDIATELY when you get "on" I-5 S after the interchange (you don't actually fully get onto I-5), so don't be deceived by the signage!

Compared to the Costco gas I go to in Florida, this one rarely has long lines. Today I was going to another Costco gas location But online, I saw this one was listed 3 cents cheaper. So I drove all the way back over here to see that it's the same price as the other location! The website and price was not updated.

There is no one here!!!!!! So nice & quiet!

This isn't your regular Costco. This location is set up for those convenience stores, small mom and pop's and other small businesses to come in and stock up on supplies as they have inventory specifically for businesses. This is also a really great place to go if you have like 6 kids, are in charge of the church bbq or a school fundraiser. Also, if you want to be a nut and give your husband a case of his favorite candy. You can get crazy huge things here like a 50 pound box of chicken or a giant tub of jam or a case of candy bars. They still sell things here that you can find at the regular Costco but there's mostly just the gigantic things you think a family of 12 would need or someone planning for the apocalypse or a Boy Scout that wants to resell those granola bars at a markup price to pay for Scout camp. Restaurant supplies are here along with office furniture, too. They have a gas station here too and there's hardly ever anyone here getting gas so there's no line ever when I'm here! Woo hoo! They don't have a snack/hot food station though so you can't get your hot dog and soda for $1.25 so you'll have to drive up the street to the Shoreline location for that. Smaller parking lot than a regular Costco as well. The couple times I've been here, there's always been parking available though. I would recommend going during a weekday and there will be even less humans to navigate around.

If you are a small business owner and have not checked out Costco Business Center yet, you are seriously missing out. You don't need a special membership, just your Costco card to shop. Check out this location, it's generally less busy. Only drawback is they have limited hours on Saturdays and are closed on Sundays. Costco is already known for selling huge size quantity products to families that can feed a small army. The Business Center sells products that are primarily catered to a small business Mom and Pop retailer, convenience store and/or restaurant owner. I love the restaurant gadget section! Stainless steel measuring cups, measuring spoons, wooden spoons, mixing bowls, thermometers, cookie sheets, coffee makers - to name a few and all the heavy duty version designed for restaurant use. My BIL even bought a pressure cooker at a bargain price! We've found that these products are built incredibly sturdy and have lasted the test of time. I particularly enjoy their coffee aisle. You can't find a 2 lb. bag of Peet's Major Dickason's blend at the regular Costco! Major score. Also offered are flavored soda syrups by both major brands: DaVinci and Torani. Every flavor imaginable, and some you've probably never heard of! Much cheaper per bottle than the average grocery store will sell. I've also seen large bottles of chocolate and caramel syrups available for purchase. Many years ago when we were planning our wedding, we discovered that the Business Center had a counter inside that specializes in Professional Printing Services. They carried high-end wedding invitations that would be generally found at the finer stationary stores. A huge selection of books with tons of invitation styles and fonts to choose from. Truly amazing and top quality. We ordered all of our wedding invitations, thank you notes, menus, personalized cocktail napkins and match boxes at the Business Center. True to Costco's store model, they have abundant meat, dairy, produce and deli sections. However, these cold case sections are all in larger sizes than you'd find at the neighborhood Costco. Once, I saw an entire goat hanging in the cold case! Surprisingly odd to see at the time, but amazing they offer this butcher quality animal directly to the public. Last, but certainly not least....huge bonus perk - they have a gas station! Despite catering to the restaurant crowd clientele, unfortunately no Food Court at the Business Center.

As I approached the self-checkout area with only five items, I noticed an associate glance at my cart, change direction, and then proceed to follow me closely to the register. When I turned to ask why, the associate replied that he could help me scan my items--while continuing to focus on the two boxes of sneakers in my cart. I explained that I was fully capable of scanning my own purchases. The way this interaction unfolded felt intrusive and gave me the impression that I was being scrutinized, rather than assisted. It left me questioning whether I was being unfairly targeted as a paying member. I came simply to make a purchase, not to feel policed. I later spoke with a manager, Dominick, who was professional and empathetic. He explained that Costco has been encouraging associates to assist more at self-checkout. While I understand and respect that initiative--particularly for heavy or bulky items--the manner in which this situation occurred came across as forced, aggressive, and unnecessary. I value Costco and have always appreciated the high standards of service and integrity your company is known for. My hope is that this feedback will be used constructively so that assistance at checkout continues to feel helpful and welcoming, rather than suspicious or invasive.

There aren't a lot of staff on the floor (like EVERY grocery store) but they are helpful and knowledgeable. Packaged, bulk and organic veggies. Not the prettiest in town but that's ok. Well-stocked, reasonably priced refrigerated salad dressing. Large bulk item section. Smallish bakery section. Reasonably priced meats (some name brands). Extensive dairy section with Darigold FIT milk. Organic eggs. The seasonal aisle is up front. That's where things go on sale. They haven't reorganized in the years I've been shopping here. Once you're familiar with the layout, zoom. Good prices every day. No loss leaders. If you're worried one of the big three has something on sale, price check with their apps. Self checkout (15 recommended limit) is now debit only. You can use Apple Pay if you have a cash card installed. Cash is now (late 2025) taken only at staffed registers. No CCs. May not be the best store for once-a-month shopping as you bag your own (unless there are two folks shopping). I have never seen a shopping cart filled with trash. Occasionally there might be a plastic veggie bag. No boxes like at Costco unless you bring your own. Don't like their bags? Bring your own. (All stores here charge for bags; it's the law.) A few plants outside. Nothing like Freddy's or even QFC. Big parking lot. Hungry? Run to Dick's! Smallish hot food section in the store. What's not to like? In long Probably most people know the deal with these places. The stock changes all the time--they buy unsold inventory from other businesses and sell it cheap. The layout is super basic, lots of big mismatched shelving units, not a lot of merchandising. You look around, maybe see something you can use, and note the price. They do have some perishables, and some beer and wine. The alcohol selection is super big-brand stuff, but most of the perishables looked healthy enough. Probably need to get eaten soon but that's cool. The shelf-stable stuff and knickknacks are even easier to shop with confidence. We found chips and snacks and candies, some for us, some for family, nice variety, everything usually at least 50% cheaper than what mainstream stores charge. We found a Hello Kitty coffee mug for $5--that's a goofy stocking stuffer now for my sister, and at the price, even if all it gets is a laugh out of her, it's worth it. We found quite a few other things, including several pounds of wagyu ground beef, all for under $70. These days those are screaming deals. I will say that everybody seemed nice, and not everybody looked like they spend every second of their lives on a tight budget. More people said hello and beg your pardon and all that here than at most stores. Friendly. But as we were leaving, that lady in the gigantic fake leopard-skin coat with the wild hair, wrestling with the shopping carts, crashing them around and cursing, well, that played into the stereotype a bit of who shops at places like this. She almost bumped us pretty hard, but now it just seems like some amusing local color.
