My wife was in need of getting updated hearing aids quickly since her older ones were performing poorly. They say they have a "Low-Income" program and require you to send tons of paperwork as proof, which we did. It took us over two hours to gather, scan and e-mail everything they requested. After close to two months of waiting their story changed and she was told it could take up to 6 MONTHS to get hearing aids on their "Low Income" program. While in the process of waiting for their "Low Income" program, they were of course pushing their $4,000 hearing aids with Financing. They weren't even able to fix the old hearing aids so we have to go to a more accommodating company.
